राजस्थान में एक और दुखद छात्र आत्महत्या की घटना, 21 वर्षीय एमबीबीएस छात्रा सुधांशी सिंह ने छात्रावास की बालकनी से कूदकर अपनी जान दे दी। उसकी हथेली पर दिल दहला देने वाला सुसाइड नोट छात्रों के मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के बारे में चिंता पैदा करता है। राज्य सरकार ने ऐसे मामलों की बढ़ती संख्या को संबोधित करने के लिए नए दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं, जिनमें शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में छात्रों के लिए सुरक्षा उपाय और परामर्श शामिल हैं

राजस्थान में स्टूडेंट सुसाइड केस रुक नहीं रहे हैं। इस साल अबतक 27 छात्रों की मौत हो चुकी है जो अबतक सबसे ज्यादा है। ताजा मामला डूंगरपुर से सामने आया है जहां MBBS छात्रा ने हॉस्टल बालकनी से कूदकर सुसाइड कर लिया। मृतका 21 वर्षीय सुधांशी सिंह राजस्थान के डूंगरपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज में एमबीबीएस फर्स्ट ईयर की छात्रा थी। छात्रा ने हथेली पर उसके परिवार के लिए एक दिल दहला देने वाला संदेश लिखा हुआ था।
मृतक MBBS छात्रा ने अपनी हथेली पर लिखा, "आज के बाद मैं कोई गलती नहीं करूंगी, मैं वादा करता हूं। माफ करना, मां, पापा, भाई और रोहित।" परिजनों के आने के बाद शव का पोस्टमार्टम किया गया।
हॉस्टल के अन्य छात्राओ ने बताया कि सुधांशी अपने हॉस्टल के कमरे में अकेली रहती थी। बुधवार सुबह कुछ छात्रों ने उसे वॉशरूम जाते हुए देखा जिसके बाद वह अपने कमरे में वापस गई और बालकनी से कूदकर जान दे दी। जैसे ही वह तेज आवाज के साथ गिरी, अन्य छात्राओं ने आनन-फानन में उसे अस्पताल पहुंचाया। उसकी खोपड़ी फट गई थी। अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।
छात्रावास के अधिकारियों ने घटना के बारे में पुलिस को सूचित किया। देर शाम छात्रा के परिजन भरतपुर से मेडिकल कॉलेज पहुंचे। पुलिस मौत की असली वजह जानने के लिए उनसे बात करेगी।
गौरतलब हो राज्य सरकार ने सभी कोचिंग सेंटरों और संस्थानों के लिए नए दिशानिर्देश जारी किए हैं। इस साल राज्य भर में ऐसे मामलों की संख्या में तेजी से वृद्धि देखी गई है। संस्थानों को गिरने से बचने के लिए सुरक्षा जाल लगाने, छत के पंखों में स्प्रिंग लगाने और छात्रों को नियमित रूप से सलाह देने के लिए कहा गया है।

Student suicide cases are not stopping in Rajasthan. So far this year, 27 students have died, which is the highest so far. The latest case has come to light from Dungarpur where an MBBS student committed suicide by jumping from the hostel balcony. The deceased, 21-year-old Sudhanshi Singh, was a first year MBBS student at Dungarpur Medical College, Rajasthan. The student had written a heart-wrenching message for her family on her palm.
The deceased MBBS student wrote on her palm, "After today I will not make any mistake, I promise. Sorry, mom, dad, brother and Rohit." Post mortem of the body was done after the arrival of the family members.
Other students of the hostel told that Sudhanshi used to live alone in her hostel room. On Wednesday morning, some students saw her going to the washroom, after which she went back to her room and committed suicide by jumping from the balcony. As soon as she fell with a loud noise, other girl students hurriedly took her to the hospital. His skull was cracked. Doctors declared him dead in the hospital.
The hostel authorities informed the police about the incident. Late in the evening the student's family reached the medical college from Bharatpur. The police will talk to them to know the real cause of death.
It is noteworthy that the state government has issued new guidelines for all the coaching centers and institutes. This year has seen a rapid increase in the number of such cases across the state. Institutions have been asked to install safety nets to prevent falls, install springs in ceiling fans and regularly counsel students.
