गंदे मां-बाप: नशा देकर बेटी को 'गिद्धों' के आगे परोसते, पीड़िता गई जीजा के पास; वहां भी न मिला किस्मत का साथ

हरियाणा के पलवल जिले में मानवता को शर्मशार करने वाला मामला सामने आया है। जिले के एक गांव में मां-बाप ने ही अपनी 16 वर्षीय नाबालिग बेटी को वेश्यावृति में उतार दिया। आरोप है कि मां-बाप द्वारा बेटी को खाने में नशीला पदार्थ खिलाकर बेहोशी की हालत में चार माह तक दुष्कर्म कराया गया। बदले में दुष्कर्म करने वालों से रुपये ऐंठे गए। 

किशोरी ने अपने पिता पर भी दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगाया है। परेशान होकर पीड़िता अपने जीजा के पास रहने लगी तो उसकी शादी के लिए एकत्रित किए एक लाख रुपये व चांदी को उसकी मां ले गई। महिला थाना पुलिस ने किशोरी की शिकायत पर नामजद माता-पिता के खिलाफ षडयंत्र कर नशीला पदार्थ खिलाने, पोक्सो एक्ट सहित विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है। अभी तक पुलिस ने आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया है।

महिला थाना प्रभारी इंस्पेक्टर सुशीला देवी के अनुसार एक गांव निवासी एक लड़की ने शिकायत दर्ज कराई है कि उसकी सगी मां रात के समय खाने में नशीला पदार्थ मिलाकर बेहोश कर देती थी। बेहोशी की हालत में उसका पिता व अन्य लोग (ग्राहक) उसके साथ दुष्कर्म करते थे। ऐसा चार माह से चला आ रहा था। मां-बाप दुष्कर्म कराने के लिए रुपये लेते थे। परेशान होकर पीड़िता भागकर अपने जीजा व बहन के पास चली गई और उनके साथ रहने लगी।

शिकायत में कहा कि उसके जीजा ने उसकी शादी के लिए एक लाख रुपये व 500 ग्राम चांदी जोड़ रखे थे, जिन्हें उसके जीजा ने हथीन में एक व्यक्ति के पास रखा हुआ था। पीड़िता का आरोप है कि इस बारे में उसकी मां को पता चल गया तो वह उक्त व्यक्ति से एक लाख रुपये व 500 ग्राम चांदी को ले गई। शिकायत में कहा गया कि उसके मां-बाप के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए, ताकि कोई और अपने बच्चों के साथ इस तरह के बर्ताब न करे।

पुलिस ने शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपी माता-पिता व अन्य के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है। पुलिस का कहना है कि आरोपियों की गिरफ्तार के लिए दबिश दी जा रही है। जल्द ही आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा।

A case that puts humanity to shame has come to light in Palwal district of Haryana. In a village in the district, parents forced their 16-year-old minor daughter into prostitution. It is alleged that the daughter was raped by the parents for four months in an unconscious state by giving them intoxicants in her food. In return, money was extorted from the rapists.

The girl has also accused her father of rape. Being upset, the victim started living with her brother-in-law, so her mother took away one lakh rupees and silver collected for her marriage. On the complaint of the girl, Mahila Thana Police has registered a case against the named parents under various sections including conspiracy to feed intoxicants, POCSO Act. The police have not yet arrested the accused.

According to Mahila police station in-charge Inspector Sushila Devi, a girl resident of a village has lodged a complaint that her real mother used to mix intoxicants in the food and make her unconscious at night. While she was unconscious, her father and other people (customers) used to rape her. This was going on for four months. Parents used to take money to get the rape done. Feeling upset, the victim ran away to her brother-in-law and sister and started living with them.

In the complaint, it was said that her brother-in-law had kept one lakh rupees and 500 grams of silver for her marriage, which was kept with a person in Hathin. The victim alleges that when her mother came to know about this, she took away one lakh rupees and 500 grams of silver from the said person. It was said in the complaint that strict action should be taken against his parents, so that no one else behaves like this with their children.

On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case against the accused parents and others and started action. Police say that raids are being conducted to arrest the accused. The accused will be arrested soon.
