जीजा के साथ घूम रही लड़की का अपहरण, खंडहर में ले जाकर 8 बदमाशों ने किया गैंगरेप

राजस्थान में ऐसी घटना सामने आई जिससे मानवता शर्मसार हो गई. अजमेर में बेखौफ बदमाशों के हौसले इतने बुलंद हैं कि उन्होंने दिनदहाड़े लड़की का अपहरण कर लिया. लड़की अपने जीजा के साथ पुष्कर घाटी के महाराणा प्रताप स्मारक में घूमने आई थी. इस दौरान 4 बदमाशों ने बंदूक की नोक पर पहले अपहरण किया, फिर खंडर नुमा मकान में ले जाकर अपने 4 अन्य साथियों के साथ गैंगरेप कर लावारिस हालत में छोड़कर फरार हो गए. इस मामले में पीड़िता ने एसपी देवेंद्र कुमार विश्नोई के समक्ष पेश होकर 8 बदमाशों के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई है. 

SP के आदेश के बाद क्रिश्चियन गंज थाना पुलिस ने पीड़िता की शिकायत के बाद 8 बदमाशों के खिलाफ गैंगरेप की धारा सहित विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज कर अग्रिम कार्रवाई शुरू कर दी है. 

क्या है पूरा मामला
इस मामले की जांच कर रहे CO रामचंद्र चौधरी ने बताया कि ब्यावर से पीड़ित 18 मार्च को अपने जीजा के साथ पुष्कर घाटी स्थित महाराणा प्रताप स्मारक पर घूमने के लिए आई थी. इसी बीच मौका देखकर 4 बदमाशों ने पहले जीजा के साथ मारपीट की और पीड़िता को बंदूक दिखाई. इसके बाद आरोपी पीड़िता को अपने साथ जबरन कार में बैठाकर ले गए. 

पीड़िता के अनुसार खंडहरनुमा मकान में पहले से ही 4 लड़के मौजूद थे और सभी ने पहले शराब पी और उसके साथ दुष्कर्म किया. बदमाशों ने पीड़िता को अजमेर रोडवेज बस स्टैंड पर लावारिस छोड़ दिया और फरार हो गए. इस दौरान बदमाशों ने पीड़िता का फोन भी स्विच ऑफ कर दिया था. उसके बाद पीड़िता ने अपने जीजा से संपर्क किया और पूरी वारदात की जानकारी अपने परिजनों को दी.

आठों आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज
जांच अधिकारी CO रामचंद्र चौधरी ने बताया कि पीड़िता की शिकायत पर गैंगरेप की धारा सहित अन्य धाराओ में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया गया है. अब पीड़िता का सरकारी अस्पताल में मेडिकल कराया जाएगा और उसके न्यायालय में 164 के बयान दर्ज किए जाएंगे. वहीं आरोपियों की तलाश भी शुरू कर दी गई है.

The girl had come to visit Maharana Pratap Memorial in Pushkar Valley with her brother-in-law. During this time, 4 miscreants first kidnapped them at gunpoint, then took them to a ruined house, gang-raped them along with 4 other associates, left them abandoned and ran away. In this case, the victim has appeared before SP Devendra Kumar Vishnoi and lodged a complaint against 8 miscreants.

After the order of SP, Christian Ganj police station, following the complaint of the victim, has started further action by registering a case against 8 miscreants under various sections including the section of gangrape.

what is the whole matter
CO Ramchandra Chaudhary, who is investigating this case, said that the victim from Beawar had come with her brother-in-law to visit the Maharana Pratap Memorial in Pushkar Valley on March 18. Meanwhile, seeing the opportunity, four miscreants first assaulted the brother-in-law and showed the gun to the victim. After this, the accused forcibly took the victim with them in the car.

According to the victim, four boys were already present in the ruined house and all of them first drank alcohol and then raped her. The miscreants left the victim unattended at Ajmer Roadways bus stand and fled away. During this time, the miscreants had also switched off the victim's phone. After that the victim contacted her brother-in-law and informed her family about the entire incident.

Case registered against all eight accused
Investigating officer CO Ramchandra Chaudhary said that on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered under the section of gangrape and other sections. Now the victim will be given medical treatment in the government hospital and her statement of 164 will be recorded in the court. The search for the accused has also been started.
