कोटा के गुलाबबाड़ी इलाके में 17 सितंबर को एक 5 साल के मासूम पर चार से पांच स्ट्रीट डॉग्स ने अचानक हमला कर दिया। घटना उस वक्त की है जब वह ट्यूशन जा रहा था। बच्चे को अकेला देख उस पर हमला कर दिया, जिसमें बच्चे के शरीर पर 12 जगहों पर गहरे जख्म हो गए। वहीं यह खूंखार कुत्ते प्राइवेट पार्ट भी चबा गए और उस पर तीन टांके आए हैं।
घर से 50 मीटर दूर खूंखार कुत्तों ने मासूम को घेर लिया
बच्चे का नाम देवांश है, जो एलकेजी में पढ़ता है। उसकी मां, मीनाक्षी जैन, ने बताया कि देवांश रोज घर से 50 कदम की दूरी पर ट्यूशन जाता है। परसों जब वह बैग लेकर ट्यूशन के लिए निकला, तभी पीछे से आए कुत्तों ने उस पर हमला कर दिया। चिल्लाने की आवाज सुनकर आस-पड़ोस के लोग दौड़े और किसी तरह बच्चे को कुत्तों से बचाया।
मासूम अब इतना डरा कि मां की गोद नहीं छोड़ रहा
बच्चे के पिता कमलेश जैन ने कहा कि घटना के 15 मिनट बाद बच्चे को रामपुरा सैटेलाइट हॉस्पिटल ले जाया गया। वहां ड्रेसिंग के बाद, डॉक्टरों ने उसे जिला अस्पताल के लिए रेफर कर दिया। लेकिन वहां बच्चे का इलाज समय पर नहीं हो सका। इस कारण शाम को फिर से दूसरे अस्पताल बच्चे को ले जाया गया। आखिरकार, शाम को प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल में देवांश का इलाज कराया। डॉक्टरों ने मासूम के प्राइवेट पार्ट पर तीन टांके लगाए और अगले सात दिनों में फिर से ड्रेसिंग करने का निर्देश दिया। जहां घाव हैं वहां करीब पंद्रह से ज्यादा टांके और लगाए गए हैं। बच्चा अभी भी इतना डरा हुआ है कि मां की गोद नहीं छोड़ रहा है।

कमलेश जैन, जो रामपुरा में ड्राई फ्रूट्स की दुकान चलाते हैं, ने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि ऐसे खतरनाक कुत्तों के खिलाफ ठोस कदम उठाए जाएं । इस बारे में आज प्रशसन को जानकारी दी गई है। नगर निगम को भी स्ट्रीट डॉग पकड़ने के लिए निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
