खबर राजस्थान के भीलवाड़ा जिले से है। जहां आज स्थानीय कोर्ट में दोपहर में हंगामा हो गया। चोरी के आरोप में 2 साल से बंद एक बदमाश को सुनवाई के लिए पुलिस वाले कोर्ट लेकर आए थे। उसने जज से कहा आज फैसला सुना दो मैं परेशान हो चुका हूं । जज ने उसकी बात नहीं सुनी और अगली तारीख दे दी। इसी बात पर गुस्सा होते हुए उसने भरी कोर्ट में जज के ऊपर चप्पल फेंक कर मारी । यह देखकर कोर्ट में हंगामा मच गया। पुलिस ने उसे तुरंत काबू किया।
कैदी 2 साल में 20 बार कोर्ट में पेश हुआ था
पुलिस ने बताया कि भीलवाड़ा जिले की स्थानीय कोर्ट में इस्माइल खान नाम के विचाराधीन कैदी को लेकर आए थे। वह 2 साल से जेल में बंद है । उस पर चोरी के दो केस चल रहे हैं । 2 साल के दौरान करीब 20 बार वह कोर्ट में पेश हुआ है और हर बार अगली तारीख दी गई है। उसने जज को कहा कि उसके केस में फैसला सुना दिया जाए या तो उसे जेल कर दी जाए या फिर जमानत दे दी जाए।
फैसले को सुरक्षित रखा और दे दी अगली तारीख
जज ने पुलिस और गवाहों के पक्ष सुनने के बाद फैसले को सुरक्षित रखा और अगली तारीख के लिए पुलिस को फिर से पेशी पर लाने के लिए कहा । इसी बात से इस्माइल को गुस्सा आ गया और उसने जज पर गुस्सा निकाल दिया। इस घटना के बाद पुलिस सुरक्षा में जज को कोर्ट से बाहर किया गया। आरोपी के ऊपर एक और केस दर्ज करने की तैयारी की जा रही है।
