According to the report filed by the victim at the Sukher police station, the incident occurred on the night of December 20th, while the complaint was filed on December 23rd. The police have registered a case and have started an investigation, thoroughly examining all aspects of the incident.

In her report, the victim stated that on December 20th, her company's CEO's birthday and New Year's party was organized at a hotel. She arrived at the party around 9 PM. Dancing and drinking continued until around 1:30 AM. The company's CEO, the female executive head, and her husband were also present at the party.

According to the victim, she felt unwell late at night. Some people offered to drop her home, but the female executive head refused, saying she would drop her herself. Around 1:45 AM, she left with the victim in the victim's car. The female executive head's husband and the company's CEO were also in the car.

The victim alleges that on the way, the accused bought an intoxicating substance from a shop and forced her to consume it, causing her to lose consciousness. She alleges that during this time, she was gang-raped in the moving car. When she partially regained consciousness some time later, she found herself in a compromising situation and alleged that she had been sexually assaulted.

After the incident, the victim was deeply traumatized and, after gathering her courage a few days later, filed a police complaint. Police officials say that given the seriousness of the case, the investigation is being conducted rapidly. The victim's statement has been recorded, and other necessary legal procedures, including a medical examination, are being completed. Police are also investigating the roles of other people present at the time of the incident and how the entire sequence of events unfolded, from the party venue to the car.

The Udaipur gang-rape case once again raises serious questions about workplace safety, women's security, and law and order. Police say that strict legal action will be taken against the culprits based on the investigation.
