राजस्थान के सीकर जिले में पारिवारिक विवाद ने एक भयावह रूप ले लिया, जब भाजपा नेता मुकेश भींचर ने अपने छोटे भाई श्रवण उर्फ हवलदार की बेरहमी से हत्या कर दी। घटना ने पूरे इलाके में सनसनी फैला दी है। पुलिस ने मामले में त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को मात्र 24 घंटे में गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

परिवादी सुरेंद्र कुमार (34), दत्तक पुत्र रामचंद्र जाट ने पुलिस को दी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि उसका बड़ा भाई मुकेश भींचर अक्सर सीकर में रहता है और 23 नवंबर को गांव तारपुरा आया था। दोपहर करीब 1:30 बजे वह अपनी एक साल की बेटी पलक को उसके घर छोड़ गया था। कुछ देर बाद मुकेश के घर से जोर-जोर से चिल्लाने की आवाजें आने लगीं।

परिजनों के मौके पर पहुंचने पर देखा कि कमरे में श्रवण उर्फ हवलदार फर्श पर लहूलुहान पड़ा हुआ था। उसके हाथ-पैर रस्सी से बंधे थे और शरीर पर धारदार हथियार से किए गए घाव स्पष्ट दिख रहे थे। तत्काल पुलिस को सूचना दी गई और श्रवण को मृत घोषित कर दिया गया।

पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपी मुकेश भींचर ने हत्या की बात स्वीकार कर ली। उसने खुलासा किया कि वह पिछले चार दिनों से हत्या की योजना बना रहा था। आरोपी ने बताया कि उसका छोटा भाई शराब के नशे में अक्सर घर पर मारपीट करता था, मां को परेशान करता था और कई बार घर में तोड़फोड़ कर चुका था। यही नहीं, श्रवण सीकर में पिपराली रोड पर स्थित उसके हॉस्टल में भी आकर झगड़ा करता था, जिसके कारण उसे हॉस्टल बंद करना पड़ा और हर महीने करीब डेढ़ लाख रुपये का आर्थिक नुकसान उठाना पड़ा।

पुलिस सूत्रों के अनुसार, हत्या के पीछे जमीन विवाद की आशंका भी जताई जा रही है। ग्रामीणों ने भी आरोप लगाया कि श्रवण की जमीन हड़पने की नीयत से ही मुकेश ने इस वारदात को अंजाम दिया।

घटना के बाद पुलिस अधीक्षक समेत उच्च अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे और कार्रवाई तेज कर दी गई। साइंस लैब टीम और एफएसएल टीम ने घटनास्थल से महत्वपूर्ण साक्ष्य जुटाए। पोस्टमार्टम के बाद मृतक का शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया।

पुलिस ने आरोपी के कबूलनामे, घटनास्थल से मिले प्रमाणों और परिजनों के बयान के आधार पर हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। आरोपी को न्यायालय में पेश किया जाएगा, जहां से उसे रिमांड पर लिया जा सकता है ताकि हत्या की पूरी साजिश और अन्य पहलुओं की जांच की जा सके।

घटना ने पूरे क्षेत्र में भय और दुख की लहर पैदा कर दी है। ग्रामीणों ने इस निर्मम हत्या की कड़ी निंदा करते हुए कहा कि भाई द्वारा भाई की हत्या बेहद दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण और समाज के लिए शर्मनाक कृत्य है। पुलिस मामले की गहन जांच में जुटी है।

A family dispute in Rajasthan's Sikar district took a horrific turn when BJP leader Mukesh Bhinchhar brutally murdered his younger brother, Shravan alias Havildar. The incident sent shockwaves throughout the area. Police acted swiftly and arrested the accused within 24 hours.

Complainant Surendra Kumar (34), adopted son of Ramchandra Jat, reported to the police that his elder brother, Mukesh Bhinchhar, often lives in Sikar and had visited Tarpura village on November 23rd. Around 1:30 p.m., he left his one-year-old daughter, Palak, at his home. Shortly afterward, loud screams began to emanate from Mukesh's home.

Upon arriving, family members found Shravan alias Havildar lying on the floor in a pool of blood. His hands and feet were tied with ropes, and wounds from a sharp weapon were clearly visible on his body. The police were immediately informed, and Shravan was declared dead.

During police interrogation, the accused, Mukesh Bhinchhar, confessed to the murder. He revealed that he had been planning the murder for the past four days. He stated that his younger brother, under the influence of alcohol, frequently fought at home, harassed his mother, and had vandalized the house several times. Furthermore, Shravan would also come to his hostel on Piprali Road in Sikar and start fights, forcing him to close the hostel and incurring a financial loss of approximately 1.5 lakh rupees per month.

According to police sources, a land dispute is suspected to be the motive behind the murder. Villagers also alleged that Mukesh committed the crime with the intention of usurping Shravan's land.

Following the incident, senior officials, including the Superintendent of Police, arrived at the scene, and the investigation was expedited. The Science Lab team and the FSL team collected crucial evidence from the scene. After the post-mortem, the deceased's body was handed over to the family.

Based on the accused's confession, evidence recovered from the scene, and statements from family members, the police have registered a murder case and arrested him. The accused will be produced in court, where he may be remanded to investigate the entire conspiracy and other aspects of the murder.

The incident has sent a wave of fear and grief through the area. Villagers have strongly condemned the brutal murder, stating that the killing of a brother by a brother is extremely unfortunate and a shameful act for society. The police are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.
