जोधपुर जिले के राजीव गांधी नगर थाना क्षेत्र में स्थित चोखा गांव के कच्छवाह नगर से एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है। पैतृक जमीन को लेकर चल रहे पुराने विवाद ने बुधवार देर शाम अचानक गंभीर रूप ले लिया। आरोप है कि चचेरे भाई द्वारा गुस्से में दंपति पर एसयूवी चढ़ा दी गई और उन्हें करीब 15 से 20 फीट तक घसीटा गया। इस घटना में दंपति गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए, जिनकी स्थिति नाजुक बनी हुई है।

जानकारी के अनुसार, कच्छवाह नगर निवासी सेठाराम कच्छवाह और उसके चचेरे भाई अशोक के बीच एक भूखंड को लेकर लंबे समय से विवाद चल रहा है। यह जमीन विवाद फिलहाल कोर्ट में विचाराधीन है, लेकिन भूखंड पर कब्जा सेठाराम के पास है।

बुधवार शाम सेठाराम अपनी पत्नी छेनादेवी के साथ प्लॉट पर CCTV कैमरे लगवा रहा था। बताया जा रहा है कि दूसरे पक्ष को शक था कि कैमरे लगवाने का यह काम उनके खिलाफ सबूत इकट्ठा करने के उद्देश्य से किया जा रहा है। इसी बात को लेकर विवाद बढ़ गया।

विवाद के बीच अचानक गुस्से में आए अशोक ने अपनी एसयूवी गाड़ी मौके पर लाई। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के मुताबिक, अशोक ने बिना चेतावनी दिए गाड़ी स्टार्ट की और सीधे सेठाराम व उसकी पत्नी पर चढ़ा दी। टक्कर इतनी जोरदार थी कि दोनों गाड़ी के नीचे फंस गए और करीब 15 से 20 फीट तक घसीटते चले गए। आसपास मौजूद लोगों ने चीख-पुकार सुनकर दौड़ लगाई और किसी तरह दंपति को बाहर निकाला।

घटना के बाद घायल दंपति को तुरंत मथुरादास माथुर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहाँ उनकी गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए उन्हें अहमदाबाद रेफर कर दिया गया। डॉक्टरों के अनुसार दोनों की स्थिति बेहद नाजुक बनी हुई है।

इधर, सेठाराम के भाई ज्ञानपाल ने मामले की रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई, जिसमें अशोक, उसके भाई दिनेश और महेश को आरोपित बनाया गया। रिपोर्ट में स्पष्ट आरोप लगाया गया कि यह जानलेवा हमला पूरी योजना के तहत किया गया था।

थानाधिकारी सुरेश पोटलिया के अनुसार, पुलिस ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी अशोक पुत्र दौलतराम को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। साथ ही घटना में प्रयुक्त एसयूवी गाड़ी को भी जब्त कर लिया गया है। अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश जारी है।

स्थानीय ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि जमीन विवाद पहले भी कई बार विवाद की स्थिति बना चुका था, लेकिन कभी इस हद तक नहीं पहुंचा था। घटना के बाद गांव में तनाव का माहौल है और पुलिस की टीम लगातार निगरानी कर रही है।

इस घटना ने एक बार फिर परिवारिक जमीन विवादों की गंभीरता और बढ़ते तनाव को उजागर किया है। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है और जल्द ही अन्य आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी की संभावना जताई जा रही है।

According to reports, Setharam Kachhwaha, a resident of Kachhwaha Nagar, and his cousin Ashok have been involved in a long-standing dispute over a plot of land. This land dispute is currently pending in court, but Setharam retains possession of the plot.

On Wednesday evening, Setharam and his wife, Chenadevi, were installing CCTV cameras on the plot. It is reported that the other party suspected the cameras were being installed to gather evidence against them, leading to an argument.

A suddenly enraged Ashok brought his SUV to the scene. According to eyewitnesses, Ashok started the car without warning and drove straight into Setharam and his wife. The impact was so severe that they were trapped under the vehicle and dragged for approximately 15 to 20 feet. Hearing the screams, bystanders rushed to the scene and somehow pulled the couple out.

Following the incident, the injured couple was immediately admitted to Mathuradas Mathur Hospital, where, due to their critical condition, they were referred to Ahmedabad. Doctors say both remain in critical condition.

Meanwhile, Setharam's brother, Gyanpal, filed a report, naming Ashok, his brother Dinesh, and Mahesh as accused. The report clearly alleged that the deadly attack was a well-planned conspiracy.

According to Station House Officer Suresh Potliya, police immediately took action and arrested the accused, Ashok, son of Daulatram. The SUV used in the incident has also been seized. The search for the other accused is ongoing.
