कोटा के आरकेपुरम डबल मर्डर केस का खुलासा हो गया। ₹60 हजार के विवाद में मृतका ज्योति के मामा प्रदीप ने अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर मां-बेटी की हत्या की। पुलिस ने दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया, तीसरा फरार है।

कोटा। आरकेपुरम थाना पुलिस ने 7 नवंबर को हुई मां-बेटी की दोहरी हत्या के सनसनीखेज मामले का खुलासा कर दिया है। पुलिस ने मृतका के दूर के मामा प्रदीप वैष्णव और उसके साथी भरत को गिरफ्तार कर लिया, जबकि तीसरा आरोपी राजू उर्फ मामू अभी फरार है। यह खौफ़नाक हत्या ₹60 हजार के लेन-देन के विवाद के चलते की गई थी।
पुलिस के अनुसार, मृतका ज्योति वैष्णव ने प्रदीप से करीब 60 हजार रुपए उधार लिए थे। कई बार पैसे मांगने के बावजूद ज्योति ने रकम वापस नहीं की, जिससे प्रदीप नाराज़ हो गया। बदले की भावना से उसने अपने दो साथियों के साथ मिलकर हत्या की योजना बनाई।
घटना वाले दिन तीनों आरोपी बाइक से रोजड़ी गांव पहुंचे। डीएसपी मनीष शर्मा के मुताबिक, प्रदीप ने पहले ज्योति से घर में बैठकर चाय पी और रुपए मांगे। जब ज्योति ने फिर बात टाली, तो प्रदीप और उसका साथी राजू रसोई में गए और चुन्नी से उसका गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी।
इसी दौरान स्कूल से लौटकर 8 साल की बेटी पलक घर पहुंची। उसने मां को बेहोश देखकर चिल्लाना शुरू किया। पकड़े जाने के डर से आरोपियों ने बच्ची का भी गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी। पुलिस जांच में सामने आया कि यह हत्या एक दिन पहले यानी 6 नवंबर को ही की जानी थी, लेकिन उस दिन मृतका का पति घर पर होने के कारण आरोपी भाग निकले। अगले दिन मौका पाकर वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया।
शुरुआत में यह ‘ब्लाइंड मर्डर’ लग रहा था, लेकिन पुलिस ने परिजनों, पड़ोसियों और रिश्तेदारों से पूछताछ की। इसके साथ ही सीडीआर लोकेशन, मोबाइल डेटा और सीसीटीवी फुटेज की मदद से आरोपियों का लोकेशन मैच हुआ और पुलिस ने उन्हें धर दबोचा। फिलहाल तीसरा आरोपी राजू मुकदरा के जंगलों में छिपा हुआ है, जिसकी तलाश जारी है।
सबसे दर्दनाक पहलू यह है कि मृतका के पति भगवान वैष्णव इस वारदात से टूट चुके हैं। उन्होंने कहा—
“अगर पैसों का विवाद होता तो ज्योति मुझे बताती, मैं पूरा पैसा लौटा देता। मेरे परिवार को ही खत्म कर दिया गया… अब डेढ़ साल के बच्चे को उसकी मां के बिना कैसे पालूं?”
पुलिस यह भी जांच कर रही है कि हत्या के बाद आरोपी पैसे या अन्य सामान लेकर भागे या नहीं। वहीं ग्रामीणों में भी इस वारदात के बाद गुस्सा और भय है।
इस डबल मर्डर केस का खुलासा पुलिस की तकनीकी जांच और त्वरित कार्रवाई का परिणाम है, लेकिन तीसरे आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी अभी बाकी है।
Kota double murder case solved: Mother and daughter murdered over a dispute involving ₹60,000; uncle Pradeep arrested.
Kota. The RK Puram police station has cracked the sensational double murder case of a mother and daughter that occurred on November 7th. Police have arrested the deceased woman's distant uncle, Pradeep Vaishnav, and his accomplice, Bharat, while the third accused, Raju alias Mammu, is still at large. This horrific murder was committed due to a dispute over a ₹60,000 debt.
According to the police, the deceased, Jyoti Vaishnav, had borrowed approximately ₹60,000 from Pradeep. Despite repeated requests, Jyoti did not return the money, which angered Pradeep. Driven by revenge, he conspired with his two accomplices to commit the murder.
On the day of the incident, the three accused arrived at Rojdi village on a motorcycle. According to DSP Manish Sharma, Pradeep first sat down with Jyoti in her house, had tea, and demanded the money. When Jyoti again evaded the issue, Pradeep and his accomplice Raju went into the kitchen and strangled her with a scarf.
At that moment, 8-year-old Palak, the daughter, returned home from school. Seeing her mother unconscious, she started screaming. Fearing being caught, the accused also strangled the child to death. Police investigation revealed that the murder was initially planned for the previous day, November 6th, but the accused fled because the deceased woman's husband was home. They committed the crime the following day when they found an opportunity.
Initially, it appeared to be a 'blind murder,' but the police questioned family members, neighbors, and relatives. Using CDR location data, mobile data, and CCTV footage, the police matched the location of the accused and apprehended them. The third accused, Raju, is currently hiding in the forests of Mukadara, and a search is underway for him.
The most heartbreaking aspect is that the deceased woman's husband, Bhagwan Vaishnav, is devastated by the incident. He said—
“If there was a money dispute, Jyoti would have told me; I would have returned all the money. My entire family has been destroyed… How will I raise my one-and-a-half-year-old child without his mother?”
The police are also investigating whether the accused stole any money or other valuables after the murder. The villagers are also filled with anger and fear following this incident.
The solving of this double murder case is the result of the police's technical investigation and swift action, but the arrest of the third accused is still pending.
