आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन में कलेक्टर को मिला नोटिस, जिंदबाद लिखने से राजस्थान में मचा हड़कंप

 राजस्थान में लोकसभा चुनाव को लेकर आचार संहिता लागू है। इसी बीच सभाओं के अलावा पार्टी के समर्थक सोशल मीडिया पर भी लगातार अपने नेताओं के समर्थन में पोस्ट कर रहे हैं। लेकिन रात को कोटा में सोशल मीडिया हैंडल एक्स पर हुए एक ट्वीट के बाद हड़कंप मच गया। जिसके बाद एक सरकारी कर्मचारियों को सस्पेंड कर दिया गया और उसके दो अन्य अधिकारियों को सौंप दी गई है।

प्रहलाद गुंजल जिंदाबाद
आपको बता दे कि कोटा लोकसभा सीट से भाजपा से बागी होकर आए प्रहलाद गुंजल चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। जिन्होंने अपनी नामांकन यात्रा होने के बाद एक धन्यवाद ज्ञापित करते हुए वीडियो अपलोड किया। जिसके नीचे कोटा के जिला कलेक्टर के एक्स हैंडल से कमेंट लिखा था कि प्रहलाद गुंजल जिंदाबाद।

कलेक्टर ने डिलीट करवाई पोस्ट
जब पूरा मामला जिला कलेक्टर को पता चला तो उन्होंने पहले तो पोस्ट डिलीट करवाई और फिर मामले की जांच अतिरिक्त आयुक्त नगर निगम कोटा जवाहरलाल जैन से करवाई। इस मामले में सूचना सहायक बृजबाला मीना को सस्पेंड कर दिया गया। वही पीआरओ रचना और एपीआरो आकांक्षा को चार्जशीट देकर 3 दिन में जवाब दिया गया है।

आचार संहिता का उल्लंघन
मामले में कलेक्टर की ओर से जो प्रेस बयान जारी किया गया है उसमें लिखा है कि इस तरह से राजनीतिक पोस्ट को लाइक और कमेंट करना आचार संहिता के सेवा नियमों का उल्लंघन है। इसमें सीनियर ऑफिसर के आदेशों की पालना न और गोपनीयता भंग करना का कृत्य हुआ है। जिसके लिए आप खुद जिम्मेदार हैं।

Collector got the post deleted
When the District Collector came to know about the entire matter, he first got the post deleted and then got the matter investigated by Additional Commissioner Municipal Corporation Kota Jawaharlal Jain. Information assistant Brijbala Meena was suspended in this case. The same PRO Rachna and APRO Akanksha were given charge sheet and their reply was given within 3 days.

Code of Conduct violation
In the press statement issued by the Collector in this matter, it is written that liking and commenting on political posts in this manner is a violation of the service rules of the code of conduct. In this, an act of disobeying the orders of a senior officer and breach of confidentiality has been committed. For which you yourself are responsible.
