कांग्रेस नेता के होटल पर चला बुलडोजर, नोटिस के बाद नहीं हटाया अतिक्रमण तो हुई कार्रवाई

सीकर नगर परिषद और सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग ने अतिक्रमण हटाया. कल्याण सर्किल पर नटराज होटल के नीचे बनी दुकानों को बुलडोजर से तोड़ दिया गया. कांग्रेस नेता एवं पार्षद नवीन अग्रवाल का नटराज होटल है. 

कोर्ट ने अवैध अतिक्रमण मानते हुए जारी किया था नोटिस 
नटराज होटल के नीचे बनी दुकानों के कुछ हिस्से को कोर्ट ने अवैध अतिक्रमण मानते हुए नोटिस चस्पा किए थे. होटल मालिक और दुकानदारों को 24 घंटे में दुकानों को खाली कर अतिक्रमण करने की नोटिस में बात कही गई थी.

होटल मालिक और दुकानदारों ने नोटिस के बाद अतिक्रमण नहीं हटाया. 16 जून की सुबह जिला प्रशासन के अधिकारी, नगर परिषद, सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग और पुलिस विभाग के अधिकारी अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए कल्याण सर्किल स्थित नटराज होटल पहुंचे. 

2 जेसीबी और एक बुलडोजर से अवैध अतिक्रमण हटाया 
नगर परिषद के दस्ते ने 2 जेसीबी और एक बुलडोजर से अवैध अतिक्रमण को हटाने की कार्रवाई की. अतिक्रमण हटाने के दौरान कल्याण सर्किल से डाक बंगले तक पूरी तरह से बंद रखा गया. भारी संख्या में भीड़ मौजूद रही. 

होटल मालिक और दुकानदारों ने जताया आक्रोश 
होटल मालिक और दुकानदारों ने अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई को लेकर आक्रोश जताया. होटल से अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्रवाई के दौरान अतिरिक्त जिला कलेक्टर शहर हेमराज, अतिरिक्त पुलिस अधीक्षक गजेंद्र सिंह जोधा, नगर परिषद आयुक्त शशिकांत शर्मा, एसडीम जय कौशिक सहित शहर कोतवाली, उद्योग नगर व दादिया थाना का पुलिस जाब्ता भी मौजूद रहा.

Sikar Municipal Council and Public Works Department removed encroachment. Shops built under Natraj Hotel on Kalyan Circle were demolished with a bulldozer. Natraj Hotel is owned by Congress leader and councilor Naveen Agarwal.

The court had issued notice considering it illegal encroachment

The court had pasted notices on some parts of the shops built under Natraj Hotel considering it illegal encroachment. The hotel owner and shopkeepers were told in the notice to vacate the shops and remove the encroachment within 24 hours.

The hotel owner and shopkeepers did not remove the encroachment after the notice. On the morning of June 16, officials of the district administration, Municipal Council, Public Works Department and Police Department reached Natraj Hotel located at Kalyan Circle to remove the encroachment.

Illegal encroachment removed with 2 JCBs and a bulldozer

The Municipal Council squad took action to remove illegal encroachment with 2 JCBs and a bulldozer. During the encroachment removal, the road from Kalyan Circle to Dak Bungalow was completely closed. A large crowd was present.

Hotel owners and shopkeepers expressed their anger

Hotel owners and shopkeepers expressed their anger over the encroachment removal action. During the encroachment removal action from the hotel, Additional District Collector City Hemraj, Additional Superintendent of Police Gajendra Singh Jodha, Municipal Council Commissioner Shashikant Sharma, SDM Jai Kaushik along with police force from City Kotwali, Udyog Nagar and Dadiya police station were also present.
