अजमेर में एक चौंकाने वाला मामला सामने आया है, जहां ट्रेन में काम करने वाली एक युवती ने उत्तर प्रदेश के युवक पर रेप, ब्लैकमेल और धमकाने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया है। पीड़िता ने सोमवार देर रात कोतवाली थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई, जिसमें आरोपी पर प्राइवेट फोटो-वीडियो का दुरुपयोग कर लगातार धमकाने और होटल में बुलाकर दुष्कर्म करने का आरोप लगाया है। पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

पीड़िता ने पुलिस को दी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि जनवरी में अजमेर में ड्यूटी के दौरान उसकी मुलाकात आरोपी से हुई थी। उस समय युवक ने अपना मोबाइल बंद होने का बहाना बनाकर उसका फोन कुछ देर के लिए ले लिया था। युवती को इस बात का अंदाज़ा भी नहीं था कि उसी दौरान आरोपी ने उसके मोबाइल से उसके बॉयफ्रेंड के साथ के प्राइवेट फोटो और वीडियो अपने पास सेव कर लिए थे।

कुछ दिनों बाद युवक ने पीड़िता को कॉल किया और बताया कि उसके पास उसके निजी फोटो और वीडियो हैं। इसके बाद से युवक लगातार उसे ब्लैकमेल करने लगा। उसने धमकी दी कि यदि युवती उसकी बात नहीं मानेगी, तो वह फोटो-वीडियो सोशल मीडिया और उसके परिवार के ग्रुपों में वायरल कर देगा।

पीड़िता ने बताया कि आरोपी ने धमकाकर उसे अजमेर के एक होटल में मिलने बुलाया, जहां उसने उसके साथ जबरन दुष्कर्म किया। इतना ही नहीं, युवक कई महीनों से उससे रुपए हड़पता रहा और बार-बार मिलने के लिए दबाव बनाता रहा। परेशान होकर युवती ने अंततः साहस दिखाते हुए पुलिस में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई।

कोतवाली थानाधिकारी धरमवीर सिंह ने बताया कि मामले में IPC की धारा 376 (रेप), 384 (ब्लैकमेल), 506 (धमकी) और आईटी एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है। पुलिस पीड़िता का मेडिकल कराएगी और बयान दर्ज करेगी। आरोपी की तलाश की जा रही है और उसके मोबाइल डेटा की भी जांच होगी।

पुलिस का कहना है कि यह मामला सोशल मीडिया दुरुपयोग और साइबर ब्लैकमेलिंग का गंभीर उदाहरण है। कई बार आरोपी मोबाइल वापस मांगने या दोस्ती दिखाने के बहाने निजी डेटा हासिल कर लेते हैं और बाद में उसका दुरुपयोग करते हैं।

अजमेर में बढ़ते साइबर ब्लैकमेल से जुड़े मामलों ने महिला सुरक्षा पर भी सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। पुलिस ने लोगों से अपील की है कि अपने मोबाइल की निजी सामग्री को सुरक्षित रखें और किसी भी अजनबी को फोन न सौंपें।

मामले की जांच जारी है और जल्द ही आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी की संभावना जताई जा रही है।

A few days later, the young man called the victim and told her that he had her private photos and videos. From then on, he began to blackmail her repeatedly, threatening to make the photos and videos viral on social media and in her family groups if she refused to comply.

The victim stated that the accused threatened her and invited her to a hotel in Ajmer, where he forcibly raped her. Furthermore, the man had been extorting money from her for several months and repeatedly pressuring her to meet him. Frustrated, the woman finally mustered the courage to file a police report.

Kotwali Police Station Officer Dharamveer Singh stated that a case has been registered under sections 376 (rape), 384 (blackmail), 506 (threatening) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the IT Act. Police will conduct a medical examination of the victim and record her statement. The accused is being searched for, and his mobile data will also be examined.

Police say this case is a serious example of social media misuse and cyber blackmailing. Often, accused obtain personal data under the pretext of asking for a mobile phone back or showing friendship, only to later misuse it.

The increasing number of cyber blackmail cases in Ajmer has also raised questions about women's safety. Police have appealed to people to protect their personal data and not hand over their phones to strangers.

The investigation into the case is ongoing and the accused is expected to be arrested soon.
