सीकर जिले के तारपुरा गांव में शुक्रवार को हुए दिल दहला देने वाले हत्याकांड ने पूरे क्षेत्र में सनसनी फैला दी। भाजपा नेता मुकेश भींचर को अपने ही छोटे भाई श्रवण उर्फ हवलदार की हत्या के आरोप में पुलिस ने मात्र 24 घंटे में गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस पूछताछ में आरोपी ने इस बात को स्वीकार किया कि वह पिछले चार दिनों से हत्या की योजना बना रहा था।

✔ घटना कैसे हुई?

परिवादी सुरेंद्र कुमार, दत्तक पुत्र रामचंद्र जाट ने पुलिस में दर्ज रिपोर्ट में बताया कि 23 नवंबर की दोपहर करीब 1:30 बजे आरोपी मुकेश, अपनी एक साल की बेटी पलक को उसके घर छोड़कर गया था। लगभग आधे घंटे बाद मुकेश के घर से अचानक चीख-पुकार की आवाजें सुनाई दीं। शोर सुनकर जब परिजन वहां पहुंचे तो देखा कि श्रवण खून से लथपथ फर्श पर गिरा हुआ था। मौके पर उसकी मौत हो चुकी थी।

✔ आरोपी ने पूछताछ में क्या बताया?

पुलिस हिरासत में आरोपी मुकेश ने माना कि—

• वह चार दिन से अपने भाई की हत्या की योजना बना रहा था।

• 23 नवंबर को उसने पहले श्रवण के हाथ-पैर रस्सी से बांधे,

• इसके बाद धारदार हथियार से हमला कर उसकी हत्या कर दी।

आरोपी का दावा है कि श्रवण शराब के नशे में आए दिन घर में मारपीट करता था, मां व भाइयों को परेशान करता था और कई बार गुस्से में घर में तोड़फोड़ भी कर चुका था।

✔ हॉस्टल का विवाद भी हत्या की वजह

मुकेश पिपराली रोड पर किराए से हॉस्टल चलाता था, लेकिन ग्रामीणों के अनुसार,

• श्रवण कई बार हॉस्टल में हंगामा करता था,

• जिससे उसकी बदनामी हुई और उसे हॉस्टल बंद करना पड़ा,

• इससे उसे हर महीने लगभग डेढ़ लाख रुपए का नुकसान झेलना पड़ा।

ग्रामीणों ने कहा कि इन सबके अलावा आरोपी श्रवण की जमीन हड़पने की भी कोशिश कर रहा था, जो हत्या की बड़ी वजह बताई जा रही है।

✔ पुलिस की त्वरित कार्रवाई

मामला सामने आते ही पुलिस ने घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर साक्ष्य जुटाए और संदिग्ध लोकेशन के आधार पर आरोपी की तलाश शुरू की।

• 24 घंटे के भीतर ही पुलिस ने मुकेश भींचर को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

• शव का पोस्टमार्टम करवाकर परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया है।

✔ गांव में शोक और तनाव

घटना के बाद तारपुरा गांव में मातम छा गया है। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि भाई की हत्या जैसे कदम ने सभी को हिलाकर रख दिया है।

पुलिस ने मामले की आगे की जांच शुरू कर दी है, जिसमें हत्या के पीछे की पूरी साजिश, विवाद और आर्थिक पहलुओं को खंगाला जाएगा।

The shocking murder that took place on Friday in Tarpura village of Sikar district sent shockwaves throughout the region. BJP leader Mukesh Bhinchhar was arrested within 24 hours of the incident for the murder of his younger brother, Shravan, alias Havildar. During police interrogation, the accused admitted that he had been planning the murder for the past four days.

✔ How did the incident happen?

Complainant Surendra Kumar, adopted son of Ramchandra Jat, stated in his police report that on November 23rd, at around 1:30 p.m., accused Mukesh left his one-year-old daughter, Palak, at her home. About half an hour later, screams and cries were suddenly heard from Mukesh's house. Hearing the noise, family members arrived to find Shravan lying on the floor, covered in blood, dead on the spot.

✔ What did the accused say during interrogation?

In police custody, accused Mukesh admitted that—

He had been planning to murder his brother for four days.

On November 23, he first tied Shravan's hands and feet with a rope,

and then attacked him with a sharp weapon and killed him.

The accused claims that Shravan, under the influence of alcohol, would regularly fight at home, harass his mother and brothers, and even vandalize the house in anger.

✔ Hostel dispute also a reason for the murder

Mukesh ran a rented hostel on Piprali Road, but according to villagers,

Shravan would often create a ruckus in the hostel,

which brought him disrepute and forced him to close the hostel.

This resulted in a loss of approximately 1.5 lakh rupees per month.

Villagers said that in addition to all this, the accused was also trying to usurp Shravan's land, which is being cited as a major reason for the murder.

✔ Police's swift action

As soon as the incident came to light, police arrived at the scene, collected evidence, and began searching for the accused based on the suspected location.

Within 24 hours, the police arrested Mukesh Bhinchhar.

The body has been handed over to the family after a post-mortem examination.

✔ Grief and tension in the village

Tarpura village is in mourning following the incident. Villagers said the act of killing their brother has shaken everyone.

The police have begun further investigation into the case, which will examine the conspiracy, disputes, and financial implications behind the murder.
