अलवर. अलवर के जलदाय विभाग के अधीक्षण अभियंता यानी एक्सईएन दिव्यांक त्यागी को सोमवार शाम को जयपुर एसीबी की टीम ने रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोप है कि उन्होंने ठेकेदार विजय कुमार से 3 प्रतिशत कमीशन की मांग की थी, जिसके लिए उन्होंने 2.50 लाख रुपए की रिश्वत मांगी थी। शिकायत मिलने के बाद, एसीबी ने दोनों टीमों की संयुक्त कार्रवाई में एक्सईएन को ठेकेदार की गाड़ी से रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगे हाथों पकड़ लिया। उसके बाद जब तलाशी के लिए टीम उनके मकान पहुंची तो वहां से इतने नोट निकले की नोट गिनने की मशीन मंगानी। यह पैसा रद्दी की तरह प्लास्टिक के बोरों में भरा हुआ था।
ठेकेदार का बिल पास करने मांगी थी रिश्वत
जयपुर एसीबी टीम के एडिशनल एसपी बलराम मीणा के अनुसार, विजय कुमार के लगभग सवा करोड़ रुपए के बिलों का भुगतान लंबित था और इस बिल को पास कराने के लिए दिव्यांक त्यागी ने 3 प्रतिशत कमीशन की मांग की थी। 14 सितंबर को शिकायत मिलने पर एसीबी ने मामले की पुष्टि की और एक्सईएन से पहले डेढ़ लाख रुपए भी ले लिए थे।
एसीबी की टीम ने मारा छापा
शिकायतकर्ता को अंबेडकर नगर बस स्टैंड के पास बुलाकर, दिव्यांक त्यागी ने ठेकेदार की गाड़ी से बैठते हुए रिश्वत की एक लाख रुपए की राशि ली। इसके बाद एसीबी ने त्यागी के घर पर छापा मारा, जहां से 60 लाख रुपए से अधिक तो कैश ही बरामद किया है। यह पैसा ठूंसकर एक प्लास्टिक के बोरे में भरा हुआ था।
पत्नी भी जलदाय विभाग में तैनात
त्यागी अलवर में कार्यरत थे और नए जिले बनने से पहले भिवाड़ी तक का चार्ज उनके पास था। फिलहाल, उमरैण और मालाखेड़ा क्षेत्र का चार्ज उनके जिम्मे है। उनकी पत्नी विभा भी जलदाय विभाग में एईएन के पद पर कार्यरत हैं। इस मामले की जांच जारी है और जल्द ही पूरी रकम का खुलासा किया जाएगा। कल देर रात तक की जांच में सामने आया है कि त्यागी के पास दो लग्जरी कारें हैं जिनकी कीमत ही करीब पचास लाख रुपए है। इसके अलावा पॉश इलाकों में करोड़ों रुपयों के प्लाट और मकान के बारे में भी जानकारी मिली है। साथ ही बैंक लॉकर्स में करोड़ों रुपयों का सोना होने के बारे में पता चला है। आज बैंक के लॉकर्स खोले जा सकते हैं।

Bribery was sought to pass the contractor's bill
According to Balram Meena, Additional SP of Jaipur ACB team, Vijay Kumar's payment of bills worth about Rs 1.25 crore was pending and Divya Tyagi demanded a 3 percent commission to pass the bill. On receiving the complaint on 14 September, the ACB confirmed the case and also took one and a half lakh rupees before XEN.

Calling the complainant near Ambedkar Nagar Bus Stand, Divyank Tyagi took an amount of one lakh rupees of bribe while sitting in the contractor's car. After this, ACB raided Tyagi's house, from where more than 60 lakh rupees have been recovered. This money was filled in a plastic sack.

Tyagi was employed in Alwar and he had charge up to Bhiwadi before the new district was formed. At present, he is responsible for the charge of Umrain and Malakheda region. His wife Vibha is also working in the post of AEN in the Department of Water. The investigation of the matter is going on and the entire amount will be revealed soon. Till late night investigation, it has been revealed that Tyagi has two luxury cars whose price is about fifty lakh rupees. Apart from this, information has also been received about plots and houses worth crores of rupees in posh areas. Also, it has been learned about gold worth crores of rupees in bank lockers.
