जोधपुर: दो स्पा सेंटरों पर पुलिस का छापा, थाईलैंड की 10 सहित 18 युवतियाँ पकड़ी गईं

जोधपुर। शहर में संदिग्ध गतिविधियों की सूचना के बाद पुलिस की टीम ने रविवार रात बड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए दो स्पा सेंटरों पर छापा मारा। इस दौरान थाईलैंड की 10 युवतियों सहित कुल 18 युवतियों को पुलिस ने हिरासत में लिया। दोनों स्पा सेंटरों के संचालकों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।

जानकारी के अनुसार, क्राइम स्पेशल टीम, सरदारपुरा थाना पुलिस और कालिका पेट्रोलिंग यूनिट को लगातार सूचना मिल रही थी कि शहर के कुछ स्पा सेंटरों में संदिग्ध गतिविधियाँ चल रही हैं और विदेशी युवतियाँ बिना उचित दस्तावेजों के वहाँ ठहराई गई हैं। इसी आधार पर पुलिस ने विशेष ऑपरेशन चलाया।

पहला छापा 9वीं पाल रोड स्थित वन मोर स्पा सेंटर पर मारा गया। यहाँ पुलिस को थाईलैंड की 10 युवतियाँ और 2 स्थानीय युवतियाँ मिलीं। पूछताछ और दस्तावेजों की जांच के बाद सभी को थाने ले जाया गया। इसके बाद दूसरी टीम ने 4वीं पाल रोड स्थित हाइड अवे स्पा सेंटर पर दबिश दी, जहाँ से 6 स्थानीय युवतियाँ पकड़ी गईं।

छापे की कार्रवाई के बाद सभी युवतियों को रात में सखी स्टॉप सेंटर भेज दिया गया। वहीं दोनों स्पा सेंटरों के संचालक—वन मोर स्पा के अनिल (श्याम नगर निवासी) और हाइड अवे स्पा सेंटर के रवि को पुलिस ने शांति भंग करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया।

थानाधिकारी जयकिशन सोनी ने बताया कि स्पा सेंटरों में विदेशी युवतियों की मौजूदगी को लेकर इमीग्रेशन विभाग को औपचारिक सूचना भेज दी गई है। अब यह जांच की जाएगी कि विदेशी नागरिकों को रखने से पहले जरूरी सी-फॉर्म और कानूनी प्रक्रियाएँ पूरी की गई थीं या नहीं। यदि दस्तावेजों में गड़बड़ी मिलती है तो मामला गंभीर धाराओं में दर्ज किया जा सकता है।

शुरुआती जांच में यह भी सामने आया है कि दोनों स्पा सेंटरों में आने-जाने वाले लोगों पर न तो सही रजिस्ट्रेशन होता था और न ही पहचान पत्र की जांच। इससे आशंका जताई जा रही है कि यहाँ अवैध गतिविधियाँ लंबे समय से चल रही थीं। पुलिस अब संचालकों के मोबाइल, रिकॉर्ड और CCTV फुटेज की जांच कर रही है ताकि यह पता लगाया जा सके कि किन लोगों का स्पा में आना-जाना था और विदेशी युवतियाँ किस तरीके से जोधपुर पहुंचाई गईं।

पुलिस अधिकारियों के अनुसार, यदि जांच में मानव तस्करी, अनैतिक गतिविधि या विदेशी कानूनों के उल्लंघन की पुष्टि होती है, तो संबंधित धाराओं में आगे कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

फिलहाल दोनों स्पा सेंटरों को बंद कर दिया गया है और मामले की गहन जांच जारी है। इस कार्रवाई के बाद शहर के अन्य स्पा और मसाज सेंटरों पर भी निगरानी बढ़ा दी गई है।

Jodhpur: Following information about suspicious activities in the city, a police team conducted a major operation on Sunday night, raiding two spa centers. During the raids, police detained a total of 18 women, including 10 from Thailand. The operators of both spa centers have been arrested.

According to reports, the Crime Special Team, Sardar Pura police station, and the Kalika patrolling unit were continuously receiving information that suspicious activities were taking place in some spa centers in the city and that foreign women were being kept there without proper documents. Based on this information, the police launched a special operation.

The first raid was conducted at the One More Spa Center on 9th Pal Road. Here, police found 10 women from Thailand and 2 local women. After questioning and checking their documents, all of them were taken to the police station. Following this, another team raided the Hide Away Spa Center on 4th Pal Road, where 6 local women were apprehended.

After the raids, all the women were sent to the Sakhi Stop Center for the night. The operators of both spa centers—Anil (a resident of Shyam Nagar) of One More Spa and Ravi of Hide Away Spa Center—were arrested by the police on charges of disturbing the peace.

Station House Officer Jaykishan Soni stated that formal information regarding the presence of foreign women in the spa centers has been sent to the Immigration Department. An investigation will now be conducted to determine whether the necessary C-forms and legal procedures were completed before employing the foreign nationals. If discrepancies are found in the documents, a case may be registered under serious sections of the law.

The initial investigation also revealed that there was no proper registration or verification of identity cards for people entering and leaving both spa centers. This raises suspicions that illegal activities had been going on here for a long time. The police are now examining the operators' mobile phones, records, and CCTV footage to ascertain who frequented the spas and how the foreign women were brought to Jodhpur. According to police officials, if the investigation confirms human trafficking, immoral activities, or violations of foreign laws, further action will be taken under the relevant sections.

Currently, both spa centers have been closed, and a thorough investigation into the matter is underway. Following this action, surveillance has also been increased on other spas and massage centers in the city.
