बीकानेर। शहर के लोगों को जल्द ही एलपीजी सिलेंडर नहीं ढोना पड़ेगा, न ही बुकिंग और डिलीवरी में परेशानी होगी। बीकानेर शहर में पाइपलाइन के माध्यम से घरेलू गैस (PNG) सप्लाई की तैयारी तेज हो चुकी है। पहले चरण में समता नगर, गांधी नगर और करणी नगर में 20 किलोमीटर पाइप लाइन बिछा दी गई है। गैसोनॉट कंपनी इस परियोजना को संचालित कर रही है और 139 घरों ने गैस लेने के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन भी करा दिया है।

कंपनी के अनुसार, इन सभी घरों में दिसंबर के अंत तक घरेलू गैस की सप्लाई शुरू कर दी जाएगी। गैस स्टेशन रीको के करणी नगर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में सेटअप कर दिया गया है। बीछवाल रोड और इससे जुड़े कॉलोनियों में लाइन का काम पूरा होने के बाद कनेक्शन देने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है।

एलपीजी से होगी करीब 200 रुपये सस्ती
PNG की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि यह वर्तमान एलपीजी गैस से लगभग 200 रुपये तक सस्ती पड़ेगी। इसके अलावा सिलेंडर बदलने, बुकिंग करने या डिलीवरी का इंतजार करने जैसी परेशानियां भी खत्म हो जाएंगी। हर घर के बाहर मीटर लगाया जाएगा, जिसमें रोजाना गैस की खपत दिखेगी। उपभोक्ता घर बैठे ऑनलाइन पेमेंट कर गैस रिचार्ज कर सकेंगे।

139 उपभोक्ताओं का रजिस्ट्रेशन पूरा
गैसोनॉट कंपनी के कर्मचारियों द्वारा लगातार रजिस्ट्रेशन अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। अब तक 139 घर ऑनबोर्ड हो चुके हैं। कंपनी का लक्ष्य है कि शहर में करीब 200 किमी गैस पाइप लाइन बिछाई जाए, ताकि अधिकतम घरों को सुविधा मिल सके।

देशभर में चल रहा है पाइपलाइन गैस प्रोजेक्ट
गैसोनॉट के प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर गंगा प्रसाद बरुआ के अनुसार, केंद्र सरकार के पेट्रोलियम एवं प्राकृतिक गैस नियामक बोर्ड की बिडिंग प्रक्रिया के तहत राजस्थान के 19 जिलों में पाइपलाइन गैस वितरण का काम चल रहा है। अभी कोटा, जयपुर, अजमेर, पाली, झुंझुनूं, सीकर, नागौर, दौसा, करौली, सवाई माधोपुर और टोंक में भी PNG प्रोजेक्ट तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है।

Preparations for supplying domestic gas (PNG) through pipelines in Bikaner city have been accelerated. In the first phase, a 20-kilometer pipeline has been laid in Samta Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, and Karni Nagar. Gasonaut company is operating this project, and 139 households have already registered to receive the gas connection.

According to the company, domestic gas supply will begin in all these houses by the end of December. The gas station has been set up in the Karni Nagar industrial area of ​​RIICO. After the completion of the pipeline work on Bichhwal Road and its connected colonies, the process of providing connections has begun.

Approximately Rs 200 cheaper than LPG
The biggest advantage of PNG is that it will be approximately Rs 200 cheaper than the current LPG gas. In addition, problems like changing cylinders, booking, or waiting for delivery will be eliminated. A meter will be installed outside each house, which will show the daily gas consumption. Consumers will be able to recharge their gas supply by making online payments from home.

139 consumers registered
A continuous registration campaign is being conducted by Gasonaut company employees. So far, 139 houses have been onboarded. The company aims to lay approximately 200 km of gas pipeline in the city to provide the facility to the maximum number of households.

Pipeline gas projects underway nationwide
According to Gasonaut's Project Manager, Ganga Prasad Barua, under the bidding process of the Central Government's Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, pipeline gas distribution work is underway in 19 districts of Rajasthan. Currently, the PNG project is also progressing rapidly in Kota, Jaipur, Ajmer, Pali, Jhunjhunu, Sikar, Nagaur, Dausa, Karauli, Sawai Madhopur, and Tonk.
