ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ: नागौर में 101.12 ग्राम स्मैक बरामद, दो तस्कर गिरफ्तार; वेन्यू कार जब्त

नागौर। जिले में नशे के खिलाफ सख्त अभियान के तहत पुलिस ने बड़ी सफलता हासिल की है। ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ के दौरान मेड़ता थाना क्षेत्र में 101.12 ग्राम स्मैक की तस्करी करते हुए दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। बरामद हुए मादक पदार्थ की अंतरराष्ट्रीय मूल्य लगभग 21 लाख रुपये बताई जा रही है। साथ ही तस्करी में प्रयुक्त वेन्यू कार RJ 21 CD 0253 को भी पुलिस ने जब्त किया है।

नागौर जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री मृदुल कच्छावा के निर्देशन में चलाए जा रहे इस अभियान का उद्देश्य जिले को नशे के जाल से मुक्त करना है। कार्रवाई का नेतृत्व मेड़ता रोड थाना अधिकारी सत्यनारायण चौधरी की टीम ने किया। पुलिस रात्रि गश्त के दौरान रेण कस्बे के पास गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर नाकाबंदी की गई। इसी दौरान संदिग्ध कार को रोका गया और तलाशी में तस्करों के पास से स्मैक बरामद हुई।

गिरफ्तार आरोपी

• मोहम्मद आबिद (32) पुत्र मोहम्मद सुलेमान निवासी तारकिशन जी की दरगाह

• जयसिंह उर्फ राजेंद्र सिंह (31) पुत्र कल्याण सिंह निवासी जैन मंदिर रेलवे स्टेशन

जांच में सामने आया कि मोहम्मद आबिद नागौर कोतवाली थाना का हिस्ट्रीशीटर है, और इस पर पूर्व में कई आपराधिक मामले दर्ज हैं। दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ एनडीपीएस एक्ट धारा 8/21 के तहत केस दर्ज किया गया है।

एसपी मृदुल कच्छावा ने बताया कि नशे का कारोबार समाज और युवा पीढ़ी के लिए गंभीर खतरा है। ऑपरेशन नीलकंठ का लक्ष्य जिले को मादक पदार्थों के दुष्प्रभाव से मुक्त करना है। इस कार्रवाई से तस्करों में खौफ बढ़ेगा और सप्लाई नेटवर्क पर पुलिस की मजबूत पकड़ बनेगी।

पुलिस अब आरोपियों से विस्तृत पूछताछ कर सप्लाई चेन, स्रोत और नेटवर्क से जुड़े बड़े तस्करों की जानकारी जुटाने में लगी है। उम्मीद है कि इस कार्रवाई के बाद कई अन्य लिंक भी उजागर होंगे।

नागौर पुलिस की सतत मुहिम

बीते कुछ समय में जिले में पुलिस ने नशे के मामलों पर लगातार सख्त कार्रवाई की है। कई इलाकों में छापेमारी, विशेष नाकाबंदी, कोरियर व वाहन चेकिंग अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं। जिले में युवाओं को सुरक्षित रखने और समाज में नशा मुक्त वातावरण बनाने की दिशा में यह बड़ी उपलब्धि मानी जा रही है।

पुलिस ने जनता से भी अपील की कि नशे के कारोबार से संबंधित सूचना तुरंत स्थानीय थाने को दें, ताकि अपराध पर रोक लगाई जा सके।

Operation Neelkanth: 101.12 grams of smack recovered in Nagaur, two traffickers arrested; Venue car seized.

Nagaur. In a major success under a strict campaign against drugs in the district, the police have arrested two individuals for smuggling 101.12 grams of smack in the Merta police station area during Operation Neelkanth. The seized narcotics are estimated to be worth approximately Rs. 21 lakh in the international market. The police also seized the Venue car (RJ 21 CD 0253) used in the smuggling operation.

This campaign, being conducted under the direction of Nagaur District Superintendent of Police, Mr. Mridul Kachhawa, aims to free the district from the clutches of drug trafficking. The operation was led by a team from the Merta Road police station, headed by Station Officer Satyanarayan Chaudhary. During a night patrol, the police set up a roadblock near Ren town based on a tip-off. A suspicious car was stopped, and during the search, the smack was recovered from the smugglers.

Arrested Accused:

Mohammad Abid (32), son of Mohammad Suleman, resident of Tarkishan Ji Ki Dargah

Jaisingh alias Rajendra Singh (31), son of Kalyan Singh, resident of Jain Mandir Railway Station

Investigations revealed that Mohammad Abid is a history-sheeter at the Nagaur Kotwali police station and has several previous criminal cases registered against him. A case has been registered against both accused under Section 8/21 of the NDPS Act.

SP Mridul Kachhawa stated that the drug trade is a serious threat to society and the youth. Operation Neelkanth aims to free the district from the ill effects of narcotics. This action will instill fear among smugglers and strengthen the police's grip on the supply network.

The police are now conducting detailed interrogations of the accused to gather information about the supply chain, source, and other major smugglers involved in the network. It is expected that this action will uncover several other links in the drug trafficking network.

Nagaur Police's Continuous Campaign

In recent times, the police in the district have been taking continuous and strict action against drug-related cases. Raids, special roadblocks, and courier and vehicle checking campaigns are being conducted in several areas. This is considered a major achievement in keeping the youth safe and creating a drug-free environment in the district. The police also appealed to the public to immediately report any information related to drug trafficking to the local police station so that the crime can be stopped.
