नागौर शहर के माही दरवाजा इलाके में 18 दिसंबर 2015 को बुजुर्ग पर जानलेवा हमले और बाद में बुजुर्ग की मौत मामले में आरोपी तीनों हमलावरों को कोर्ट ने शनिवार को आजीवन कारावास और अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है।

नागौर अपर जिला व सत्र न्यायाधीश संख्या 2 के न्यायाधीश नरेंद्रसिंह राठौड़ ने नागौर कोतवाली की एफआईआर संख्या 615/2015 के तहत आरोपी सिद्ध हुए नागौर निवासी सद्दाम उर्फ अब्दुल माजिद, जाकिर उर्फ मोडा, शहजाद उर्फ टाईगर को आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है।

मामले के अनुसार धारा नागौर निवासी साजिद उर्फ गुड‌्डू ने कोतवाली थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई थी कि 17 दिसंबर 2015 को शहर के माही दरवाजा के पास मोटरसाइकिल सवार पीरजादों का मौहल्ला नागौर निवासी सद्दाम पुत्र अब्दुल कादिर ने अपने 3-4 साथियों के साथ पिता फतेह मोहम्मद पर हमला कर दिया। हमलावरों ने लोहे के सरियों से जानलेवा हमला कर दिया।

हमले में फतेह मोहम्मद को शरीर पर, सिर पर जगह-जगह गंभीर चोटें आई। हमलावर फतेह मोहम्मद को अधमरा करके वहीं छोड़ गए। आसपास के लोगों की सूचना पाकर फतेह मोहम्मद को पहले नागौर के सरकारी अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया। इसके बाद जोधपुर रेफर कर दिया गया। जहां उन्होंने इलाज के दौरान दम तोड़ दिया। पुलिस ने आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर आईपीसी की धारा 323, 341 और 302 के तहत हत्या व एकराय होकर मारपीट करने का मामला दर्ज कर अभियोजन शुरू किया। एडीजे राठौड़ ने इन तीनों को दोषी मानते हुए आजीवन कारावास व प्रत्येक को 21,500 रूपए के अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है।

न्यायालय ने आरोप सुनाकर ट्रायल संपन्न की। न्यायालय में अभियोजन की ओर से कुल गवाह 18 व 45 सबूतों को साबित करने के लिए पेश किया गया। न्यायालय ने आरोपियों काे आरोपीगण को धारा 341 में 1 माह व 500 रूपए के अर्थदंड व 323/34 में 1 वर्ष व 1 हजार रूपए के अर्थदंड व धारा 302/34 में आजीवन कारावास व 20 हजार रूपए के अर्थदंड की सजा सुनाई है। एडवोकेट घनश्याम मेहरड़ा ने अभियोजन पक्ष की ओर से पैरवी की।

According to the case, Sajid alias Guddu, a resident of Dhara Nagaur, had lodged a report in the Kotwali police station that on December 17, 2015, Saddam son Abdul Qadir, a resident of Nagaur's Mohalla Nagaur, riding a motorcycle near Mahi Darwaza of the city, killed his father Fateh Mohammad along with his 3-4 companions. Attacked. The attackers carried out a deadly attack with iron rods.

In the attack, Fateh Mohammad suffered serious injuries at various places on his body and head. The attackers left Fateh Mohammad dead there. After receiving information from nearby people, Fateh Mohammad was first admitted to the government hospital in Nagaur. After this he was referred to Jodhpur. Where he died during treatment. The police arrested the accused and registered a case of murder and aggravated assault under sections 323, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and started prosecution. ADJ Rathod found all three guilty and sentenced them to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 21,500 each.

The court concluded the trial by announcing the charges. A total of 18 witnesses and 45 evidence were presented in the court by the prosecution to prove it. The court has sentenced the accused to 1 month and fine of Rs 500 under Section 341, 1 year and fine of Rs 1,000 under Section 323/34 and life imprisonment and fine of Rs 20,000 under Section 302/34. Advocate Ghanshyam Mehrada appeared on behalf of the prosecution.
