महिलाओं ने रची थी साजिश, व्यापारी से लूट के मुख्य आरोपी ने गांव में छुपाए थे 31 लाख रुपए
जोधपुर.मण्डोर थाना पुलिस ने नौ मील के पास लोहे के पाइप से हमला कर व्यापारी से 31 लाख रुपए लूटने के मामले में मुख्य आरोपी को भी गिरफ्तार कर लिया। उसकी निशानदेही से गांव में छुपाए लूट के 31 लाख रुपए बरामद किए गए।
थानाधिकारी रमेश खिडि़या ने बताया कि प्रकरण में पाली जिले के शिवपुरा थानान्तर्गतहापत गांव निवासी अर्जुन देवासी मुख्य आरोपी है। जो गत 2 अक्टूबर की रात वारदात के बाद फरार हो गया था। उसके गांव में होने की सूचना मिली। पुलिस की एक टीम हापत गांव भेजी गई, जहां तलाश के बाद अर्जुन को पकड़ लिया गया। जोधपुर लाकर पूछताछ के बाद अर्जुनराम पुत्र गुमानाराम देवासी को गिरफ्तार किया गया। उसकी निशानदेही से गांव में छुपाए लूट के पूरे 31 लाख रुपए बरामद किए गए। आरोपी अर्जुन को कोर्ट में पेश करने पर न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भेज दिया गया।इससे पहले वारदात में शामिल ट्रक चालक शिवपुरा थानान्तर्गतभाणिया गांव निवासी बुधाराम देवासी, उसकी पत्नी गीतादेवी और अर्जुन की पत्नी ललिता को 4 अक्टूबर को गिरफ्तार किया गया था। इन तीनों को भी न्यायिक अभिरक्षा में भेजा जा चुका है।
कर्जा उतारने के लिए मौसा व भांजे ने रची थी साजिश:
आरोपी बुधाराम की पत्नी गीतादेवी और मुख्य आरोपी अर्जुनराम मौसी भांजा है। दोनों पर 5-5 लाख रुपए का कर्जा हो रखा है। गीता का पति बुधाराम ट्रक चालक है। उसका राममोहल्ला में दामोदर कॉलोनी निवासी मण्डी में व्यवसायी मनीष डागा से परिचय है। उसने दो अक्टूबर की रात व्यापारी को मिलने के बहाने नौ मील बुलाया था, जहां अर्जुन ने लोहे के पाइप से व्यवसायी पर हमला कर 31 लाख रुपए लूट लिए थे। फिर बुधाराम के साथ फरार हो गए थे।

He had fled after the incident on the night of 2 October. Information was received that he was in the village. A police team was sent to Hapat village, where Arjun was caught after a search. Arjunram son of Gumanaram Dewasi was arrested after being brought to Jodhpur and interrogated. With his information, the entire looted 31 lakh rupees hidden in the village was recovered. Accused Arjun was sent to judicial custody after being presented in the court. Earlier, truck driver Budharam Dewasi, resident of Bhaaniya village under Shivpura police station, his wife Geeta Devi and Arjun's wife Lalita were arrested on October 4. These three have also been sent to judicial custody.
Uncle and nephew had hatched a conspiracy to pay off debt:
Accused Budharam's wife is Geeta Devi and the main accused is Arjun Ram, an aunt and nephew. Both have a debt of Rs 5 lakh each. Geeta's husband Budharam is a truck driver. He is acquainted with Manish Daga, a businessman in Mandi, resident of Damodar Colony in Rammohalla. He had called the businessman to Nau Mile on the night of October 2 on the pretext of meeting him, where Arjun attacked the businessman with an iron pipe and looted Rs 31 lakh. Then he fled with Budharam.
