उदयपुर (राजस्थान). उदयपुर जिले में अजीबो गरीब मामला सामने आया है। उदयपुर के कोर्ट चौराहा स्थित न्यायालय परिसर में मंगलवार दोपहर एक गंभीर हादसा हुआ। एसीजे जेएम प्रथम, साउथ कोर्ट के चेंबर की छत अचानक आ गिरी। जिससे मजिस्ट्रेट को गंभीर अंदरूनी चोटें आईं। यह हादसा मंगलवार दोपहर को हुआ और इसकी रिपोर्ट कल रात को दर्ज की गई। हादसा उस समय हुआ जब न्यायालय के पीठासीन अधिकारी देवेन्द्रपुरी अपने चेम्बर में लंच कर रहे थे। अचानक छत का प्लास्टर, लोहे की फ्रेम और फाल्स सिलिंग उनके सिर पर गिर गए।
जज के हादसे के बाद आरोपियों को मिली यह सजा
धमाके की आवाज सुनकर बाहर से वकील और जज साहब का स्टाफ अंदर दौड़ा और जज साहब को तुरंत अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। इस बारे में रीडर प्रकाश चंद्र जैन की ओर से पीडब्ल्यूडी के तत्कालीन अधिकारियों और ठेकेदार के खिलाफ पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है। रीडर की रिपोर्ट में आरोप लगाया गया है कि पीडब्ल्यूडी द्वारा आवंटित पूरा बजट बावजूद, अधिकारियों की मिलीभगत से ठेकेदार ने घटिया निर्माण कार्य किया। इससे न केवल निर्माण की गुणवत्ता प्रभावित हुई बल्कि सरकारी पैसे में गबन भी हुआ।
उदयपुर कोर्ट में इस कारण इतना बड़ा हादसा हो गया
दर्ज रिपोर्ट के आधार पर पुलिस ने बताया कि रिपोर्ट में इस बात का भी उल्लेख किया गया है कि पीड्ब्ल्यूडी विभाग को कोर्ट की बुरी हालत के बारे में सूचना भी दी गई थी और इसे लेकर कुछ समय पहले एक पत्र भी लिखा गया था। लेकिन उसके बाद भी कोर्ट रूम में इसकी मरम्मत नहीं की जा सकी और इस कारण अब इतना बड़ा हादसा हो गया। बताया जा रहा है कि इस छत का निर्माण अभी दो साल पहले ही पूरा किया गया है।
पुलिस को तुरंत एक्शन लेने के लिए दिए आदेश
रिपोर्ट में तत्कालीन एक्सईएन, एईएन, जेईएन और ठेकेदार के खिलाफ भी रिपोर्ट दी गई है और उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की गई है। इस पूरे मामले की सूचना एसपी को भी भेजी गई है। इस घटना के बाद फिलहाल इस कमरे को बंद कर दिया गया है और जांच की जा रही है। पुलिस को तुरंत एक्शन लेने के लिए कहा गया है। अब देखना यह है कि इस मामले में जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ क्या कार्रवाई की जाती है।

In the reader's report, it has been alleged that despite the full budget allocated by the PWD, the contractor did poor construction work in connivance with the officials. This not only affected the quality of construction but also led to embezzlement of government money.

But even after that it could not be repaired in the court room and due to this such a big accident happened now. It is being told that the construction of this roof was completed just two years ago.

In the report, a report has also been given against the then XEN, AEN, JEN and contractor and action has been demanded against them. Information about this entire matter has also been sent to the SP. After this incident, this room has been closed for the time being and investigation is being done. The police has been asked to take immediate action. Now it remains to be seen what action is taken against the officers responsible in this matter.
