'मिशन कर्मयोगी' की शुरुआत, अब सरकारी कर्मचारियों को मिलेगी प्रोफेशनल ट्रेनिंग

राजस्थान के अधिकारियों को स्मार्ट तरीके से काम करने के लिए सरकार द्वारा नई योजना तैयार की गई है. केंद्र सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई योजना 'मिशन कर्मयोगी'  के तहत जोधपुर जिला परिषद और ब्लॉक स्तरीय अधिकारियों के रजिस्ट्रेशन भी शुरू हो चुके हैं. इसके बाद इन सभी रजिस्टर्ड अधिकारियों को उनके विभाग और पद के अनुरूप ही ऑनलाइन ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी.

जोधपुर जिला परिषद के सीईओ IAS धीरज कुमार सिंह के बताया कि जिला स्तर पर सभी अधिकारी और कर्मचारियों को यह प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा. यहां करीब 1700 के करीब अधिकारी-कर्मचारी को भी इस मिशन कर्मयोगी के तहत रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया जाएगा. ट्रेनिंग पूरी होने के बाद एक प्रमाण पत्र भी जारी होगा.

क्या है मिशन कर्मयोगी
बता दें कि नेशनल प्रोग्राम फॉर सिविल सर्विसेज कैपेसिटी बिल्डिंग (एनपीसीएससीबी) के तहत अधिकारियों को रुल बेस्ड से रोल बेस्ड व्यवस्था की ओर ले जाने के लिए उनकी क्षमता का विकास किया जा रहा है. अत्याधुनिक ट्रेनिंग की इस व्यवस्था को केंद्रीय कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण मंत्रालय (डीओपीटी) ने मिशन कर्मयोगी नाम दिया है. यह ट्रेनिंग ऑनलाइन दी जाएगी वहीं केंद्र और राज्य सरकार की अधिकांश योजनाओं को डिजिटल माध्यम से भी आम जनता तक पहुंचने में भी सहूलियत रहेगी. इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के बीच प्रोफेशनल एप्रोच को बढ़ाना है.

'खुद को अपडेट रखें अधिकारी' 
धीरज कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि कई बार ऑफिस में आते हैं या नौकरी में आते हैं तो समय के साथ हम अपडेट नहीं रह पाते हैं. इस मिशन कर्मयोगी का यही उद्देश्य है कि हमारे स्टाफ ऑफिसर्स और कर्मचारी समय के साथ रूल्स और नियमों के संबंध में जो भी सर्कुलेशन, गाइडलाइंस या योजनाएं चल रही है इसके बारे में अप टू डेट रहें. साथ ही इसका यह भी उद्देश्य है कि डिजिटलाइजेशन कैसे प्लेटफार्म पर जाकर इन सभी से जुड़े मटेरियल को देखें और उसके अनुरूप अपने आप को अपडेट रखें. निश्चित रूप से अधिकारी और कर्मचारी इसके माध्यम से अपडेटेड रहेंगे.

'Mission Karmayogi' started, now government employees will get professional training

A new scheme has been prepared by the government to make the officers of Rajasthan work smartly. Under the scheme 'Mission Karmayogi' started by the central government, registration of Jodhpur District Council and block level officers has also started. After this, all these registered officers will be given online training as per their department and post.

Jodhpur District Council CEO IAS Dheeraj Kumar Singh told that this training will be given to all the officers and employees at the district level. Here about 1700 officers and employees will also be registered under this Mission Karmayogi. A certificate will also be issued after the completion of the training.

What is Mission Karmayogi

Let us tell you that under the National Program for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), the capacity of the officers is being developed to take them from rule based to role based system. This system of state-of-the-art training has been named Mission Karmayogi by the Union Ministry of Personnel and Training (DoPT). This training will be given online and most of the schemes of the central and state government will also be able to reach the general public through digital medium. Its main objective is to increase the professional approach among officers and employees.

'Officers should keep themselves updated'

Dheeraj Kumar Singh said that many times when we come to the office or join the job, we are not able to stay updated with time. The objective of this Mission Karmayogi is that our staff officers and employees should stay up to date about whatever circulation, guidelines or schemes are going on in relation to the rules and regulations with time. Along with this, its objective is also that how to go to the digitalization platform and see the material related to all these and keep yourself updated accordingly. Certainly, officers and employees will remain updated through this.
