सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुई अश्लील तस्वीरें, हिस्ट्रीशीटर पर बलात्कार का केस दर्ज

जोधपुर में महिला से रेप और अश्लील फोटो वायरल, हिस्ट्रीशीटर मोंटू कंडारा पर केस दर्ज

MTCITYDILSE | 23 मई 2025 जोधपुर में हिस्ट्रीशीटर मोंटू कंडारा पर एक महिला ने बलात्कार, मारपीट और अश्लील फोटो वायरल करने का गंभीर आरोप लगाया है। पीड़िता की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने केस दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

थानाधिकारी ईश्वरचंद पारीक के अनुसार, आरोपी नागौरी गेट थाने का हिस्ट्रीशीटर है। महिला ने बताया कि पति की मौत के बाद वर्ष 2023 में उसकी मोंटू से जान-पहचान हुई थी। आरोपी ने शादी का झांसा देकर उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाए और देह शोषण करता रहा।

 सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल की अश्लील तस्वीरें

कुछ दिन पहले दोनों के बीच झगड़ा हुआ, जिसके बाद मोंटू ने महिला से मारपीट की और उसे जान से मारने की धमकी दी। यही नहीं, तीन दिन पहले आरोपी ने महिला की सोशल मीडिया आईडी हैक कर दोनों की अश्लील तस्वीरें अपलोड कर दीं, जो तेजी से वायरल हो गईं। बाद में महिला की आईडी से वे तस्वीरें हटा दी गईं।

गंभीर घटना से आहत महिला ने थाने पहुंचकर रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई। पुलिस ने आरोपी के खिलाफ IPC की धारा 376 (बलात्कार), 354 (छेड़छाड़), 506 (धमकी), 67 IT एक्ट (अश्लील सामग्री फैलाना) के तहत केस दर्ज किया है। मेडिकल जांच कर ली गई है और पुलिस मामले की गहन जांच कर रही है।

MTCITYDILSE | 23 May 2025 A woman has accused history-sheeter Montu Kandara in Jodhpur of rape, assault and making obscene photos viral. On the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case and started investigation.

According to SHO Ishwarchand Pareek, the accused is a history-sheeter of Nagauri Gate police station. The woman told that after the death of her husband, she got acquainted with Montu in the year 2023. The accused had physical relations with her on the pretext of marriage and kept exploiting her body. 

Obscene pictures viral on social media

A few days ago, there was a fight between the two, after which Montu beat up the woman and threatened to kill her. Not only this, three days ago, the accused hacked the woman's social media ID and uploaded obscene pictures of both of them, which went viral rapidly. Later those pictures were removed from the woman's ID.

The woman, hurt by the serious incident, reached the police station and lodged a report. The police have registered a case against the accused under IPC sections 376 (rape), 354 (molestation), 506 (threat), 67 IT Act (spreading obscene material). Medical examination has been done and the police is investigating the case thoroughly.
