नागौर शहर में एक युवक की हत्या का सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया है. एक युवक को पिछले दिनों इतना पीटा गया कि वह गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया. सोमवार को उसकी जोधपुर में इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई. उसकी मौत से गुस्साए परिजनों और मोहल्ले के लोगों ने सोमवार को प्रदर्शन किया. उसके साथ मारपीट की पूरी घटना का सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी सामने आया है. 

इस बीच मृतक के परिजनों ने एक सकारात्मक पहल करते हुए उसकी आंखें दान कर दी.मृतक का नाम नवीन सोनी है. पूरा मामला नागौर शहर के बाजरवाड़ा का है. यहां 20 जून को युवक के साथ गंभीर मारपीट हुई और इलाज के दौरान इस युवक ने सोमवार को दम तोड़ दिया. मामले में समाज के लोगों ने नागौर कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचकर धरना प्रदर्शन किया. लोगों ने पुलिस के प्रति भी नाराजगी जाहिर की. साथ ही पूरे मामले में सभी आरोपियों को जल्द गिरफ्तार करने की मांग की.

 परिवार वालों ने दिखाई मानवता 
सोनी समाज के अध्यक्ष ओम सोनी ने बताया कि समाज ने बेटा तो खो दिया, लेकिन उसकी आंखें हम दान कर रहे हैं. परिवार के आंखों का तारा तो चला गया, लेकिन उसकी आंखों को कोई इस्तेमाल कर सकेगा. अब नवीन की आंखें किसी अंधेरे का उजाला बनेगी. 

दरअसल, नागौर शहर में कुछ युवकों में विवाद हो गया. इस विवाद के चलते आधा दर्जन युवकों ने गत 20 जून को नवीन सोनी नामक युवक के साथ गंभीर रूप से मारपीट की. आधा दर्जन युवकों ने नवीन सोनी को बुरी तरीके से पीटा. घायल नवीन को तत्काल जोधपुर रेफर कर दिया. वहां इलाज के दौरान सोमवार को उसकी मौत हो गई. इसके बाद परिवार जनों ने इस घटना का सीसीटीवी फुटेज भी मीडिया के साथ साझा किया.

 पुलिस ने नहीं की कार्रवाई 
युवकों में पिछले कई दिनों से विवाद चल रहा था. इस विवाद को लेकर 12 जून को ही मृतक नवीन सोनी की मां ने थाने जाकर रिपोर्ट दी थी कि उसके बेटे पर कभी भी हमला हो सकता है. ऐसे में आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाए, लेकिन 12 जून को दी गई रिपोर्ट के मामले में कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई और इसका खमियाजा इस परिवार को भुगतना पड़ा. 

पुलिस पर यह भी आरोप है कि 20 जून को जब नवीन पर हमला हुआ तो उसके बाद पुलिस ने धारा 307 नहीं जोड़ी और हल्की धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया, आज जब युवक की मौत हो गई तो उसके बाद 302 की धारा जोड़ ली गई. हालांकि, इस मामले में पुलिस कुछ भी कहने से बच रही है.

स्वर्णकार समाज में नाराजगी
मामले में नवीन की मौत की जानकारी मिलने के बाद स्वर्णकार समाज में नाराजगी देखने को मिली. समाज से जुड़े लोग पहले बाजरवाड़ा मोहल्ले में एकत्र हुए. इसके बाद कलेक्ट्रेट पहुंचे. यहां जमकर नारेबाजी की और पुलिस प्रशासन के प्रति नाराजगी जाहिर की. इसमें यह बताया कि अगर 12 जून को दी गई रिपोर्ट पर कार्रवाई कर ली होती तो आज यह नौबत नहीं आती. उन्होंने आरोपियों की गिरफ्तारी और मृतक नवीन के परिवार को आर्थिक सहायता देने की मांग की.

Actually, there was a dispute between some youths in Nagaur city. Due to this dispute, half a dozen youths severely assaulted a youth named Naveen Soni on June 20. Half a dozen youths beat Naveen Soni badly. The injured Naveen was immediately referred to Jodhpur. He died on Monday during treatment there. Police did not take action

There was a dispute going on between the youths for the last several days. Regarding this dispute, on June 12, the mother of the deceased Naveen Soni went to the police station and reported that her son could be attacked anytime. In such a situation, action should be taken against the accused, but no action was taken in the case of the report given on June 12 and this family had to suffer the consequences.

The police is also accused that when Naveen was attacked on June 20, after that the police did not add section 307 and registered the case under lighter sections, today when the youth died, then section 302 was added. However, the police is avoiding saying anything in this matter.

Resentment in the goldsmith community
After getting information about Naveen's death in the case, resentment was seen in the goldsmith community. People associated with the community first gathered in Bajarwada locality. After this, they reached the Collectorate. Here they raised slogans and expressed resentment towards the police administration. It was told that if action had been taken on the report given on June 12, then this situation would not have arisen today. He demanded the arrest of the accused and financial assistance to the family of the deceased Naveen.
