72 सालों में पहली बार नागौर से कांग्रेस का कोई प्रत्याशी नहीं, RLP के चिन्ह पर चुनाव लड़ेंगे हनुमान बेनीवाल

लोकसभा चुनाव के तहत नागौर लोकसभा सीट  पर चुनावी जाजम बिछ चुकी है. इस सीट पर भाजपा की प्रत्याशी ज्योति मिर्धा ने अपना नामांकन दाखिल कर दिया है, तो वहीं कल कांग्रेस और आरएलपी के संयुक्त उम्मीदवार हनुमान बेनीवाल ने भी अपना पर्चा दाखिल कर दिया. नागौर सीट पर अब तक कुल 12 उम्मीदवारों ने अपने नामांकन दाखिल किए हैं. मगर मुख्य मकाबला भाजपा और इंडिया गठबंधन के बीच ही माना जा रहा है. 72 सालों के इतिहास में इस बार यह पहला मौका होगा, जब नागौर लोकसभा सीट पर कांग्रेस का कोई प्रत्याशी नहीं होगा. बल्कि कांग्रेस और आरएलपी के संयुक्त उम्मीदवार हनुमान बेनीवाल आरएलपी के चुनाव चिन्ह पर चुनाव लड़ेंगे.

भाजपा ने अपनाई थी यही रणनीति
दरअसल, नागौर लोकसभा सीट कांग्रेस की परंपरागत सीट रही है. यहां से अधिकांश बार कांग्रेस ने चुनाव जीते हैं. इस सीट पर जाट बाहुल्य मतदाताओं की संख्या अधिक होने से यहां मिर्धा परिवार का प्रभाव रहा है. लेकिन पिछले दो चुनाव में लगातार कांग्रेस को मिली हार के बाद इस बार कांग्रेस ने अपनी रणनीति बदली है और इस बार राष्ट्रीय लोकतांत्रिक पार्टी के साथ गठबंधन किया है. ऐसे में कांग्रेस और आरएलपी के संयुक्त उम्मीदवार के रूप में हनुमान बेनीवाल चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं. उनका चुनाव चिन्ह आरएलपी का चुनाव चिन्ह "बोतल" होगा. यानी चुनाव में कांग्रेस का सिंबल नहीं होगा. ऐसा पिछली बार भाजपा के साथ भी हुआ था, जब भाजपा का कोई प्रत्याशी मैदान में नहीं था, बल्कि भाजपा और आरएलपी के गठबंधन के चलते हनुमान बेनीवाल संयुक्त रूप से उम्मीदवार बने थे. तब भाजपा के चुनाव चिन्ह की बजाय आरएलपी के चुनाव चिन्ह पर हनुमान बेनीवाल ने चुनाव लड़ा था. 

चेहरे वही, बस पार्टियां बदल गईं
मगर इस बार परिस्थितियां बदल गई हैं. जो हनुमान बेनीवाल पिछले लोकसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी के साथ गठबंधन के उम्मीदवार के तौर पर चुनाव जीते थे. वह इस बार कांग्रेस के साथ गठबंधन में आ चुके हैं और कांग्रेस समर्थित उम्मीदवार बन चुके हैं. जबकि पिछली बार की कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी रहीं ज्योति मिर्धा इस बार भाजपा प्रत्याशी के रूप में चुनाव लड़ रही हैं. यानी दोनों और से चेहरे वही हैं, मगर उनकी भूमिकाएं और पार्टियां बदल गई है.

गठबंधन कर कांग्रेस ने खेला दांव
कांग्रेस ने आरएलपी से गठबंधन करके नागौर सीट पर बड़ा दांव खेला है. इससे यहां समीकरण बदल गए हैं, जिससे भाजपा की राह आसान नजर नहीं आ रही. क्योंकि नागौर लोकसभा सीट कांग्रेस की परंपरागत सीट रही है. इस सीट पर कांग्रेस 8 बार चुनाव जीत चुकी है. वहीं भाजपा तीन बार और एक बार गठबंधन में चुनाव जीत सकी है. हाल ही में हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में भी नागौर की 8 सीटों में से चार सीटें कांग्रेस ने जीती हैं, जबकि भाजपा दो सीटें ही जीत सकी. इसके अलावा आरएलपी के पास एक और एक सीट निर्दलीय के पास है. ऐसे में आरएलपी के पास मात्र एक सीट होने के बावजूद कांग्रेस ने नागौर सीट को आरएलपी के लिए छोड़कर बड़ा सियासी दांव खेला है. अबकी बार यह देखना दिलचस्प होगा कि इस बार जनता किस उम्मीदवार को अपना सांसद चुनती है और किस उम्मीदवार के सिर पर जीत का ताज पहनाती है.

BJP had adopted the same strategy
Actually, Nagaur Lok Sabha seat has been a traditional seat of Congress. Congress has won elections from here most of the times. Due to the large number of Jat majority voters in this seat, the Mirdha family has had influence here. But after consecutive defeats in the last two elections, Congress has changed its strategy this time and has formed an alliance with the National Democratic Party. In such a situation, Hanuman Beniwal is contesting the elections as a joint candidate of Congress and RLP. His election symbol will be RLP's election symbol "Bottle". That means there will be no Congress symbol in the elections. This happened last time with BJP too, when there was no BJP candidate in the fray, but due to the alliance of BJP and RLP, Hanuman Beniwal became the joint candidate. Then instead of BJP's election symbol, Hanuman Beniwal had contested the election on RLP's election symbol.

Same faces, just parties changed
But this time the circumstances have changed. Hanuman Beniwal had won the last Lok Sabha elections as a candidate of alliance with BJP. This time he has come into alliance with Congress and has become a Congress supported candidate. Whereas Jyoti Mirdha, who was the Congress candidate last time, is contesting the elections this time as a BJP candidate. That means the faces are the same from both sides, but their roles and parties have changed.

Congress played a gamble by forming an alliance
Congress has played a big bet on Nagaur seat by forging alliance with RLP. Due to this, the equations have changed here, due to which the path of BJP does not seem easy. Because Nagaur Lok Sabha seat has been a traditional seat of Congress. Congress has won elections on this seat 8 times. Whereas BJP has won the elections thrice and once in alliance. Even in the recently held assembly elections, Congress won four out of 8 seats in Nagaur, while BJP could win only two seats. Apart from this, RLP has one seat and an independent has one seat. In such a situation, despite RLP having only one seat, Congress has played a big political gamble by leaving Nagaur seat for RLP. This time it will be interesting to see which candidate the public elects as their MP and which candidate is crowned the winner.
