अहमदाबाद से लंदन जा रहा एअर इंडिया का विमान अहमदाबाद के मेघानी नगर में क्रैश कर गया है. सूचना के अनुसार ये विमान टेकऑफ के तुरंत बाद क्रैश कर गया. क्रैश के बाद विमान में आ लग गई है. अमहदाबाद से आई तस्वीरों में विमान से घना काला धुआं निकलता दिख रहा है. मौके पर फायर ब्रिगेड की 7 गाड़ियां मौजूद है और आग बुझाने की कोशिश की जा रही है. जानकारी के मुताबिक विमान में 130 पैसेंजर मौजूद थे. अहमदाबाद से एअर इंडिया की ये विमान बोइंग की 787-8 ड्रीमलाइनर विमान थी. ये विमान 11 साल पुरानी थी.
समाचार एजेंसी ANI के अनुसार इस विमान में क्रू समेत 242 लोग सवार थे.
ताजा जानकारी के अनुसार रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन के लिए NDRF की टीम को मौके पर भेज दिया गया है. BSF की टीम भी मौके पर पहुंच गई है और रेस्क्यू ऑपरेशन में जुट गई है. ये विमान दिल्ली से अहमदाबाद पहुंचा था और यहां से लंदन के लिए रवाना होने वाला था. इस दुखद दुर्घटना पर गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने मुख्यमंत्री भूपेन्द्र पटेल से बात की है. अहमदाबाद के पुलिस कमिश्नर ने कहा है कि विमान हादसा मेघानीनगर में हुआ है.
घटना के बाद अहमदाबाद के आस-पास के सभी अस्पतालों को अलर्ट कर दिया गया है. इमरजेंसी सेवाओं को एक्टिवेट कर दिया गया है. घटनास्थल से यात्रियों को अस्पताल लाने के लिए 5 बड़े एम्बुलेंस को मौके पर भेजा गया है. एअर इंडिया ने इस हादसे की जानकारी देते हुए कहा है कि फ्लाइट संख्या AI171 जो कि अहमदाबाद-लंदन गैटिविक के लिए दी हादसे का शिकार हो गई है. हम घटना के बारे में जानकारी इकट्ठा कर रहे हैं.
घटनास्थल से आई तस्वीरों में दिख रहा है कि विमान टेकऑफ करने के बाद आसमान में जाता है, विमान को थोड़ा एलिवेशन मिलता है, यानी विमान थोड़ी ऊंचाई पर पहुंचता है, लेकिन इसके बाद विमान सीधे नीचे आते हुआ दिखता है और कुछ ही सेंकेंड में विमान आग के गोले में तब्दील हो जाता है.
