राजस्थान में अब बच्चों का भविष्य शिक्षा विभाग ने एक आत्मा के हाथ में सौंप दिया है. यह अजीबोगरीब मामला चित्तौडगढ़ जिले का है, जहां एक दिवंगत आत्मा की ड्यूटी परीक्षार्थियों की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को जांचने के लिए लगाई गई है. दरअसल, राजस्थान शिक्षा बोर्ड ने एक ऐसे कर्मचारी को आंसर सीट जांचने की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है, जिसकी मौत हो चुकी है.

राजस्थान शिक्षा बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित दसवीं की बोर्ड परीक्षाओं की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की जांच के लिए जिलेभर के कई स्कूलों से शिक्षकों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई हैं. इन शिक्षकों की एक महिला की ड्यूटी लगी है, जिसकी माह मौत हो गई थी, हैरत यह है कि एक महीने बाद भी बोर्ड इससे अनभिज्ञ है.
 
गया। इसके चलते शिक्षा विभाग से यह चूक हो गई। इस मामले में जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ने संबंधित स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल को कारण बताओं नोटिस जारी किया है। शिक्षा विभाग माध्यमिक द्वारा गत मंगलवार को अंग्रेजी विषय की उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के मूल्यांकन के लिए 53 वरिष्ठ अध्यापक/अध्यापिकाओं की सूची जारी की गई। इस सूची में संबंधित लोगों को 27 मार्च से गाड़ी लोहार राजकीय उच्च प्राथमिक विद्यालय पहुंचने को कहा गया। यह सूची जब संबंधित शिक्षकों के पास पहुंची तो आदेश के क्रमांक संख्या 24 पर मीनाक्षी महेश्वरी का नाम देखकर शिक्षक भी चौक गए। चित्तौड़गढ़ उपखण्ड क्षेत्र के राजकीय उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय जालमपुरा में बतौर वरिष्ठ अंग्रेजी अध्यापक मीनाक्षी महेश्वरी का गत महीने 26 फरवरी को निधन हो गया था।

इसके बावजूद भी विभागीय सूची में उनका नाम देखकर विभागीय अधिकारी भी हैरान रह गए। माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड की इन दिनों परीक्षाएं चल रही है। इसके लिए गठित फ्लाइंग टीमों में बतौर सुपरविजन जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी माध्यमिक की ड्यूटी लगी है। पिछले 3 दिन से जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी भैसरोडगढ़ क्षेत्र में है। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी की ड्यूटी फ्लाइंग में होने के कारण संग्रहालय प्रभारी गोपाल त्रिपाठी द्वारा उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं की जांच के लिए अध्यापकों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई। त्रिपाठी के आदेश पर शाला दर्पण से अध्यापकों के नाम उठाए गए जिसमें जालमपुरा की वरिष्ठ अंग्रेजी शिक्षिका मीनाक्षी महेश्वरी का नाम दर्ज था।

 शाला दर्पण के आधार पर 53 शिक्षकों की सूची तैयार कर जारी कर दी गई। जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी कल्पना शर्मा का कहना हैं कि संग्रहालय प्रभारी गोपाल त्रिपाठी द्वारा उक्त सूची तैयार की गई जो की शाला दर्पण से उठाई गई थी। शाला दर्पण को अपडेट करने की जिम्मेदारी संबंधित प्रिंसिपल की होती है लेकिन जालमपुरा प्रिंसिपल द्वारा सूची अपडेट नहीं की गई। इस कारण यह ब्लेंडर मिस्टेक हुई। जालमपुरा स्कूल प्रिंसिपल को कारण बताओं नोटिस जारी कर दिया हैं। स्कूल की कार्यवाहक प्रिंसिपल रेखा वैष्णव को नोटिस जारी कर दो दिन में मामले में स्पष्टीकरण मांगा गया हैं। वहीं एक अन्य आदेश जारी कर जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी ने मीनाक्षी माहेश्वरी की मृत्यु होने के कारण ड्यूटी निरस्त की गई हैं।

Meenakshi Maheshwari, a senior English teacher in Government Higher Secondary School Jalampura in Chittorgarh subdivision area, died on 26 February last month.

Despite this, even the departmental officers were surprised to see his name in the departmental list. These days the examinations of the Board of Secondary Education are going on. In the flying teams formed for this, District Education Officer Secondary is on duty as supervision. District Education Officer is in Bhaisrodgarh area for the last 3 days. Due to the District Education Officer being on flying duty, museum in-charge Gopal Tripathi put the teachers on duty to check the answer sheets. On the orders of Tripathi, names of teachers were taken from Shala Darpan in which the name of senior English teacher of Jalampura, Meenakshi Maheshwari was recorded.

On the basis of Shala Darpan, a list of 53 teachers was prepared and released. District Education Officer Kalpana Sharma says that the above list was prepared by museum in-charge Gopal Tripathi which was picked up from Shala Darpan. The responsibility of updating Shala Darpan lies with the concerned principal but the list was not updated by the Jalampura principal. Due to this, this blender mistake happened. Show cause notice has been issued to Jalampura School Principal. A notice has been issued to the acting principal of the school, Rekha Vaishnav, seeking clarification in the matter within two days. By issuing another order, the District Education Officer has canceled the duty due to the death of Meenakshi Maheshwari.
