पिस्टल तानने के केस में BJP विधायक की सदस्यता रद्द, विधानसभा ने जारी की अधिसूचना

भाजपा विधायक कंवरलाल मीणा की विधायकी खत्म, पिस्टल तानने के केस में मिली 3 साल की सजा
MTCITYDILSE | 23 मई 2025 राजस्थान में भारतीय जनता पार्टी को बड़ा झटका लगा है। अन्ता से भाजपा विधायक कंवरलाल मीणा की विधानसभा सदस्यता समाप्त कर दी गई है। राज्य विधानसभा ने शुक्रवार को इसकी अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है।
पिस्टल तानने के मामले में मिली सजा
यह कार्रवाई उस केस के बाद हुई है जिसमें विधायक कंवरलाल मीणा ने एसडीएम पर पिस्टल तानी थी। कोर्ट ने इस मामले में उन्हें तीन साल की सजा सुनाई थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के निर्देशों के अनुसार, दो साल या उससे अधिक की सजा पाए जनप्रतिनिधि अयोग्य माने जाते हैं।
कानूनी राय के बाद हुई कार्यवाही
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष वासुदेव देवनानी ने इस विषय पर महाधिवक्ता और वरिष्ठ वकीलों से राय ली थी। सभी ने एकमत से कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट से राहत न मिलने पर सदस्यता खत्म करना अनिवार्य है। इसके आधार पर आज विधायकी खत्म करने की अधिसूचना जारी कर दी गई।
1 मई से मानी जाएगी समाप्त
जारी अधिसूचना के अनुसार, कंवरलाल मीणा की विधायक सदस्यता 1 मई 2025 से समाप्त मानी जाएगी। इससे पहले विधायक ने कोर्ट में सरेंडर भी कर दिया था।

Sentenced in pistol pointing case
This action has been taken after the case in which MLA Kanwarlal Meena had pointed a pistol at the SDM. The court had sentenced him to three years in this case. According to the instructions of the Supreme Court, public representatives sentenced to two years or more are considered disqualified.
Action taken after legal opinion
Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani had taken opinion from the Advocate General and senior lawyers on this subject. Everyone unanimously said that it is mandatory to end the membership if relief is not received from the Supreme Court. On this basis, a notification was issued today to end the MLA post.
Will be considered terminated from May 1
According to the notification issued, Kanwarlal Meena's MLA membership will be considered terminated from May 1, 2025. Earlier, the MLA had also surrendered in the court.
