राजस्थान: एक साल से घर की छत पर लगा है सोलर पैनल, फिर भी बिजली का बिल आया 9.53 करोड़!

जयपुर: राजस्थान में हर घरेलू उपभोक्ता को 100 यूनिट मुफ्त मिल रही है, जो परिवार छोटे हैं और बिजली का उपयोग कम करते हैं। उनके घरों में बिजली का बिल शून्य या 300 से 400 रुपये के आसपास आता है। सोचिए अगर किसी घरेलू कनेक्शन धारक को लाखों रुपये का बिल मिल जाये तो क्या होगा। जयपुर में एक बड़ा हैरान करने वाला मामला सामने आया है। एक घरेलू उपभोक्ता को 9.53 करोड़ रुपये का बिल मिला है।

बिजली बिल देखकर उड़े होश

जयपुर के अजमेर रोड निवासी राजीव तिवाड़ी के घर शुक्रवार 19 अप्रैल को बिजली का बिल आया। बिजली का बिल देखकर राजीव तिवारी का सिर चकरा गया। बिल की राशि को उन्होंने चार पांच बार गिना। पहले उन्हें लगा कि बिल साढ़े 9 लाख रुपये का आ गया होगा। फिर ध्यान से गणना की तो पता चला कि बिजली का बिल पूरे 9.53 करोड़ रुपये का आया है। राजीव तिवारी का छोटा सा परिवार है, जिसमें बच्चों सहित कुल 5 सदस्य हैं। चंद घंटों तक बिजली का इस्तेमाल होता है। इसके बावजूद भी बिल 9.53 करोड़ रुपये का आ गया।

घर पर लगा है सोलर पैनल
राजीव तिवारी के घर की छत पर पिछले एक साल से सोलर पैनल लगा है। यानी सूर्य की किरणों से बिजली का उत्पादन किया जाता रहा है। अधिकतर बिजली का इस्तेमाल सोलर पैनल से उत्पादित बिजली का ही होता है। बिजली कनेक्शन से ली गई बिजली का उपयोग बहुत कम किया जाता है। पिछले महीने यानी मार्च 2024 में उन्हें माइनस 319 रुपये का बिल मिला था, जबकि इससे पहले फरवरी में 6967 रुपये का बिल आया था।

1000 यूनिट से ज्यादा खर्च कभी नहीं
राजीव तिवारी का कहना है कि फरवरी 2024 में उनके परिवार में शादी थी। इस वजह से बिजली का उपयोग ज्यादा हुआ था। फरवरी में 6967 रुपये का बिल मिला था। इससे पहले कभी इतना बिल नहीं आया। नवंबर 2023 में 3418 रुपये, दिसंबर 2023 में 3650 रुपये का बिल आया था। उनका कहना है कि उनके परिवार में 1000 यूनिट से ज्यादा बिल कभी नहीं आया। इस बार अप्रैल में 825 यूनिट बिजली खपत दिखाई गई है।

क्यों आया राजीव के घर 9 करोड़ का बिल?
जो बिल 9.53करोड़ रुपये का आया था। दरअसल वह तकनीकी गड़बड़ी के कारण हो गया था। राजीव तिवारी की शिकायत के बाद डिस्कॉम ने अपनी गलती में सुधार किया है, जो बिल पहले 9.53 करोड़ रुपये का दिया था। उस राशि में बदलाव करके अब 807 रुपये का बिल बनाया गया है। राजीव तिवारी ने 807 रुपये का बिल जमा कराया है।

Shocked after seeing electricity bill

Electricity bill came to the house of Rajeev Tiwari, resident of Ajmer Road, Jaipur on Friday, April 19. Rajeev Tiwari got confused after seeing the electricity bill. He counted the amount of the bill four-five times. At first he thought that the bill would have been Rs 9.5 lakh. Then after calculating carefully, it was found that the electricity bill was a total of Rs 9.53 crore. Rajiv Tiwari has a small family, which has a total of 5 members including children. Electricity is used for a few hours. Despite this the bill came to Rs 9.53 crore.

Solar panel installed at home
Rajiv Tiwari has a solar panel installed on the roof of his house for the last one year. That means electricity has been produced from the sun's rays. Most of the electricity used is generated from solar panels. The electricity taken from the electricity connection is used very little. Last month i.e. in March 2024, he had received a bill of minus Rs 319, whereas earlier in February he had received a bill of Rs 6967.

Never spend more than 1000 units
Rajiv Tiwari says that there was a marriage in his family in February 2024. Due to this, electricity was used more. A bill of Rs 6967 was received in February. This much bill has never come before. A bill of Rs 3418 came in November 2023 and Rs 3650 in December 2023. He says that his family never received a bill for more than Rs 1000 units. This time electricity consumption has been shown to be 825 units in April.

Why did a bill of Rs 9 crore come to Rajiv's house?
The bill which came was Rs 9.53 crore. Actually it happened due to technical glitch. After the complaint of Rajiv Tiwari, the discom has rectified its mistake, which had earlier given the bill of Rs 9.53 crore. By changing that amount, a bill of Rs 807 has now been made. Rajeev Tiwari has deposited a bill of Rs 807.
