 युवती ने सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर किया डर्टी वीडियो, अमरीकी कंपनी ने पकड़ा तो हो गया मुकदमा दर्ज

जयपुर: अधिकतर सोशल मीडिया यूजर यह सोचते हैं कि जो कंटेंट वे अपने मोबाइल में छुप कर देखते हैं या साझा करते हैं। उसे किसी ओर को पता नहीं चलता है। जबकि ऐसा नहीं है। यह यूजर की सबसे बड़ी गलतफहमी है कि उनके कंटेंट पर किसी की नजर नहीं है। अगर वे कोई भी अश्लील कंटेंट देखते हैं या साझा करते हैं। उसका पता रखने के लिए सरकार की ओर से एक नोडल एजेंसी नियुक्त की गई है जो ऐसे कंटेट पर विशेष निगरानी रखती है। कोई भी व्यक्ति प्रतिबंधित कंटेट को देखते हैं या साझा करते हैं तो सॉफ्टवेयर के जरिए उसका पता चल जाता है। उसके बाद ऐसे यूजर के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई भी होती है।

जयपुर की युवती के खिलाफ चाइल्ड पोर्नोग्राफी का मुकदमा दर्ज
जयपुर के गांधीनगर इलाके में रहने वाली एक युवती के खिलाफ चाइल्ड पोर्नोग्राफी का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है। करीब 6 महीने पहले इस युवती ने अपने मोबाइल से चाइल्ड पोर्नोग्राफी का एक वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर किया था। अमेरिका की सॉफ्टवेयर एजेंसी साइबर टिप लाइन ने इस कंटेट को पकड़ लिया। इसकी शिकायत भारत सरकार को भेजी गई। बाद में संबंधित थाने तक इसकी रिपोर्ट पहुंच गई। जयपुर के गांधी नगर थाने में युवती के खिलाफ चाइल्ड पोर्नोग्राफी शेयर करने का मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ है।

एनसीआरबी के जरिए एसओजी को भेजी जाती है सूचना
सॉफ्टवेयर एजेंसी की ओर से प्रतिबंधित कैंटट देखे या सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर किए जाने पर एजेंसी की ओर से भारत सरकार के एनसीआरबी को रिपोर्ट भेजी जाती है। एनसीआरबी की ओर से राज्य की नोडल एजेंसी को रिपोर्ट अग्रेषित की जाती है। राजस्थान में एसओजी ऐसे मामलों की नोडल एजेंसी है। एसओजी को रिपोर्ट मिलने पर संबंधित एसपी या डीसीपी को रिपोर्ट भेजी जाती है। युवती के मामले में डीसीपी ईस्ट को रिपोर्ट भेजे जाने के बाद गांधी नगर इलाके का मामला होने पर इस थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज की गई है।

हर साल 1 हजार से ज्यादा मुकदमे
प्रतिबंधित कंटेंट को देखने या सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर करने के मामले आए दिन सामने आते हैं। राजस्थान में हर साल करीब 1 हजार ऐसे प्रकरण सामने आते हैं जब इस तरह के मामलों में आईटी एक्ट के तहत पुलिस की ओर से मुकदमे दर्ज किए जाते हैं। कई बार ऐसे मामलों में कार्रवाई नहीं हो पाती है क्योंकि साल दो साल पुराने मामले हो जाने पर कई बार यूजर अपना मोबाइल बदल लेता है या पुराने गेजेट्स को नष्ट कर देते हैं। हालांकि जयपुर में चाइल्ड पोर्नोग्राफी के मामले में कई गिरफ्तारियां भी हो चुकी है। गांधी नगर थाना प्रभारी उदयभान का कहना है कि रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है। अब युवती का पता लगाकर उसे पूछताछ के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। इसके बाद आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी।

To keep track of it, a nodal agency has been appointed by the government which keeps special monitoring on such content. If any person views or shares restricted content, it is detected through the software. After that, legal action is also taken against such user.

Child pornography case registered against Jaipur girl
A case of child pornography has been registered against a girl living in Gandhinagar area of Jaipur. About 6 months ago, this girl had shared a video of child pornography from her mobile on social media. America's software agency Cyber Tip Line caught this content. Its complaint was sent to the Government of India. Later its report reached the concerned police station. A case has been registered against the girl in Gandhi Nagar police station of Jaipur for sharing child pornography.

Information is sent to SOG through NCRB
When restricted content is viewed or shared on social media by the software agency, a report is sent to the NCRB of the Government of India. The report is forwarded by NCRB to the nodal agency of the state. SOG is the nodal agency for such cases in Rajasthan. On receiving the report by SOG, the report is sent to the concerned SP or DCP. After the report was sent to DCP East regarding the girl's case, a report has been registered in this police station regarding the case of Gandhi Nagar area.

More than 1 thousand cases every year
Cases of watching or sharing restricted content on social media come to light every day. Every year about 1 thousand such cases come to light in Rajasthan when cases are registered by the police under the IT Act in such cases. Many times action is not taken in such cases because when the cases become one or two years old, many times the user changes his mobile or destroys the old gadgets. However, many arrests have been made in the case of child pornography in Jaipur. Gandhi Nagar police station in-charge Udaybhan says that the report has been registered. Now the girl will be traced and called for questioning. After this, further legal action will be taken.
