राजस्थान में हम आए दिन बाल विवाह के कई मामले सुनते हैं। कहीं 10 साल की उम्र में तो कहीं 12 साल की उम्र में लड़की की शादी कर दी जाती है। लेकिन राजस्थान के जोधपुर जिले से हैरान कर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। यहां शादी के करीब 20 साल बाद एक लड़की को तलाक मिला है। इस लड़की की शादी तब हुई जब यह केवल चार महीने की थी।
फैमिली कोर्ट के जज ने सुनाया ऐतिहासिक फैसला
जोधपुर के फैमिली कोर्ट संख्या 2 के जज वरुण तलवार के द्वारा लड़की के बाल विवाह को निरस्त कर ऐतिहासिक फैसला सुनाया गया है। साथ ही जिस लड़के से उसकी शादी हुई थी उसके परिवार के द्वारा लड़की को केस का खर्च दिलवाने के संबंध में भी आदेश जारी किया गया है।
ससुराल वाले लड़की को दे रहे थे धमकियां
जोधपुर के ग्रामीण इलाके की रहने वाली अनीता का 4 महीने की उम्र में बाल विवाह हो चुका था। पिछले कई सालों से उसके ससुराल के लोग उसे ससुराल बुलाने के लिए दबाव बना रहे थे। कई बार उन्हें धमकियां भी दी गई। इस संबंध में जोधपुर के सारथी ट्रस्ट के द्वारा अनीता के बाल विवाह को निरस्त करने के लिए जोधपुर के फैमिली कोर्ट 2 में केस दायर किया गया।
बाल विवाहएक कुरीति नहीं बल्कि एक अपराध
इसके बाद अब कोर्ट के द्वारा इस संबंध में फैसला करते हुए बाल विवाह को निरस्त कर दिया गया है। मामले में जज वरुण तलवार का कहना है कि बाल विवाह केवल एक कुरीति नहीं बल्कि एक अपराध है। बच्चों का भविष्य खराब हो जाता है। बालिका या बालक बाल विवाह को निरंतर नहीं रखना चाहते तो उनको बाल विवाह निरस्त करवाने का अधिकार है।
राजस्थान में अक्षय तृतीया पर होते हैं बाल विवाह
राजस्थान में भले ही सरकार आज भी बाल विवाह पर कंट्रोल की बात करती हो लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी आज भी राजस्थान में अक्षय तृतीया जैसे कई मौकों पर बाल विवाह होते हैं। हालांकि ज्यादातर बाल विवाह आज भी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में होते हैं। इन्हें रोकने के लिए बकायदा प्रशासन अपने स्तर पर टीम भी बनाता है।

Judge Varun Talwar of Family Court No. 2 of Jodhpur has given a historic verdict by annulling the child marriage of the girl. Also, an order has been issued regarding the family of the boy she was married to, to provide the girl with the expenses of the case.
In-laws were threatening the girl
Anita, a resident of a rural area of Jodhpur, was married off at the age of 4 months. For the past several years, her in-laws were pressuring her to call her to her in-laws' house. She was also threatened many times. In this regard, a case was filed in Jodhpur's Family Court 2 by Jodhpur's Sarathi Trust to annul Anita's child marriage.
Child marriage is not a bad custom but a crime
After this, the court has now decided in this regard and annulled the child marriage. In the case, Judge Varun Talwar says that child marriage is not only a bad custom but a crime. The future of children is ruined. If the girl or boy does not want to continue the child marriage, then they have the right to get the child marriage annulled.
