सबसे पहले बात धर्मेंद्र पारीक की जो जयपुर के जमवारामगढ़ स्थित नटाटा सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल में पॉलीटिकल साइंस के लेक्चर है। इनका पढ़ाया हुआ एक भी स्टूडेंट 2017 से फेल नहीं हुआ। इसी तरह डीडवाना कुचामन में बवाल क्षेत्र में स्थित सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल के टीचर संदीप त्रिवेदी इंग्लिश पढ़ते हैं। यह स्टूडेंट को पूरा बेसिक क्लियर करवाते हैं।

100 प्रतिशत रिजल्ट दे रहे
देवीकुंड सागर में हिंदी के प्रोफेसर जैसाराम मूंड कई साल से लगातार 100% परिणाम दे रहे हैं। इनका मानना है कि स्टूडेंट को आगे की पढ़ाई तभी करवाई जाए जब उसका पीछे का सब कुछ क्लियर हो। पाली के धीतरिया क्षेत्र में स्थित सरकारी स्कूल के हरदेव चौधरी बचपन से दृष्टिहीन है। लेकिन हिंदी की पढ़ाई पिछले कई सालों से करवा रहे हैं। इनके पढ़ाई बच्चे कभी फेल नहीं होते।

यह टीचर केवल टीचर के पद पर ही नहीं बल्कि प्रमोशन होने के बाद प्रिंसिपल और वाइस प्रिंसिपल के पदों तक भी पहुंचते हैं। दृष्टिहीन टीचर्स ने व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप भी बनाए हुए हैं। इस पर वॉइस नोट के जरिए स्टूडेंट कोई भी चीज पूछ सकते हैं और वॉइस नोट के जरिए ही टीचर उसका जवाब दे देते हैं। वही इस मामले में प्रदेश के शिक्षा मंत्री मदन दिलावर का कहना है कि दिव्यांग शिक्षकों के द्वारा दिया जा रहा रिजल्ट काफी प्रशंसनीय है। इन्हें सम्मानित किया जाएगा।
