 राजस्थान को आप हमेशा शाही शादियों के लिए तो जानते ही होंगे। लेकिन शादियों में होने वाली फिजूलखर्ची को रोकने के लिए भी यहां के हमेशा आगे रहते हैं। ऐसा ही कुछ किया है उदयपुर के मेनारिया समाज के लोगों ने। जिन्होंने निर्णय किया है कि शादी के दौरान दूल्हे को अपनी दाढ़ी पूरी साफ यानि क्लीन शेव रखनी होगी। इतना ही नहीं शादी के दौरान डीजे नहीं बजेगा और न ही शादी के पहले कोई प्री वेडिंग शूट होगा।

शादी में 11 पग और इतनी साड़ियां मिलेंगी...
दरअसल समाज की ओर से एक बैठक बुलाई गई जिसमें यह निर्णय किया गया। वही शादी या फिर मुकलावे के दौरान परिवार के अलावा अन्य किसी को पहरावनी नहीं देने का भी निर्णय इस बैठक में हुआ। और शादी के दौरान दिए जाने वाले मेरे में 11 पाग और इतनी ही साड़ियां दी जाएगी।

दूल्हा-दुल्हन को लिफाफा देने की प्रथा भी बंद
शादी से जुड़े फैसलों के अलावा निर्णय किए गए हैं कि मांगलिक कार्यक्रमों में परिवार के अन्य लोगों को लिफाफा देने की प्रथा बंद रहेगी। इतना ही नहीं शादी के दौरान पशुओं को नाचना पर भी प्रतिबंध रहेगा और दूल्हा मेवाड़ी परिधान में ही नजर आएगा।

फिजूलखर्ची रोकने के लिए समाज ने लिया फैसला
समाज के पदाधिकारियों का कहना है कि वर्तमान में बदलते जा रहे युग में धीरे-धीरे परिवारों में रिश्ते कमजोर होना शुरू हो चुके हैं। देखादेखी की होड़ में काम करने के लिए व्यक्ति पर कर्ज बढ़ता चला जाता है। इसके लिए यह सभी निर्णय किए गए हैं।
