राजस्थान में कुत्तों और मुर्गों पर FIR दर्ज, पुलिस ने की गिरफ्तारी की तैयारी!

राजस्थान में 2 दिन में दो ऐसी घटनाएं घटित हुई है जो पुलिस के लिए परेशानी बनी हुई है। पुलिस को यह समझ में नहीं आ रहा जिनके खिलाफ एफआईआर हुई है, उन्हें गिरफ्तार करें या उनके खिलाफ दूसरा क्या एक्शन लेवे। जिनके खिलाफ एफआईआर हुई है , वह इंसान नहीं जानवर है।

पीड़ित का आरोप कुत्तों ने भोंक कर काट खाने की धमकी दी
दरअसल राजस्थान के बाड़मेर जिले में स्थित पचपदरा थाने में एक FIR दी गई है , जो पांच आवारा कुत्तों के खिलाफ है । कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी के मालिक ने यह FIR थाने में दी है । उन्होंने कहा है कि कंस्ट्रक्शन साइट पर कंपनी का जो बैनर और पोस्टर लगा हुआ था, वह कुत्तों ने देर रात फाड़ दिया। जब कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी पर काम करने वाले चौकीदार ने कुत्तों को भगाने की कोशिश की तो कुत्तों ने भोंक कर उसे काट खाने की धमकी दी । 

जिससे चौकीदार डर गया और कुछ नहीं कर पाया । इस बीच कुत्तों ने पूरे बैनर और पोस्टर फाड़ दिए और वहां से फरार हो गए। कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी की ओर से पचपदरा थाने में यह शिकायत दी गई है और पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज किया है। अब पुलिस को समझ में नहीं आ रहा कि कुत्तों के खिलाफ क्या एक्शन लेवे....।

मुर्गे के खिलाफ थाने पहुंचा मामला
राजस्थान के हनुमानगढ़ जिले के नजदीक स्थित अनूपगढ़ जिले से आज सवेरे एक मुर्गा के खिलाफ थाने में शिकायत पहुंची है। मुर्गा ने 5 साल के एक बच्चे अनमोल को चोंच मार कर घायल कर दिया । अनमोल की दादी राजा देवी थाने पहुंची और पड़ोसी ताराचंद के मुर्गे को गिरफ्तार करने की मांग पुलिस से की। पुलिस को एक शिकायत पत्र भी सौंपा । बाद में पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और दोनों पक्षों से समझाइश करने की कोशिश की । पुलिस ने ताराचंद को मुर्गे को काबू करने के लिए कहा ।

मुर्गा लोगों पर करता है जानलेवा हमला
पड़ोसियों ने कहा कि ताराचंद का मुर्गा आने जाने वाले लोगों पर हमला करता है। चोंच मार कर उन्हें घायल करता है । उसे कोई पकड़ने की कोशिश करता है तो पंजे भी मारता है । मुर्गे की यह लड़ाई सुलझाने में पुलिस को 3 घंटे का समय लगा और जब मुर्गे को बंद कराया गया तब जाकर पड़ोसी शांत हुए। पुलिस ने ताराचंद को चेतावनी देते हुए अपने मुर्गे को काबू करने के लिए कहा है।

FIR registered against dogs and chickens in Rajasthan, police prepared to arrest!

Two such incidents have happened in Rajasthan in two days which have become a problem for the police. The police are unable to understand whether to arrest those against whom FIR has been lodged or what other action to take against them. The person against whom FIR has been lodged is not a human but an animal.

Victim alleges dogs barked and threatened to bite him
Actually, an FIR has been lodged in Pachpadra police station located in Barmer district of Rajasthan, which is against five stray dogs. The owner of the construction company has given this FIR in the police station. He has said that the banner and poster of the company which was put up at the construction site was torn by dogs late at night. When the watchman working at the construction company tried to drive away the dogs, the dogs barked and threatened to bite him.

Due to which the watchman got scared and could not do anything. Meanwhile, the dogs tore all the banners and posters and ran away from there. This complaint has been given by the construction company to Pachpadra police station and the police has registered a case. Now the police is not able to understand what action to take against the dogs.

Case against chicken reached police station
A complaint has been received in the police station this morning against a cock from Anupgarh district, located near Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan. The rooster injured a 5 year old child Anmol by pecking him. Anmol's grandmother reached Raja Devi police station and demanded the police to arrest neighbor Tarachand's chicken. A complaint letter was also submitted to the police. Later the police reached the spot and tried to reason with both the parties. The police asked Tarachand to control the chicken.

Rooster attacks people fatally
Neighbors said that Tarachand's cock attacks people passing by. Injuries them by pecking. If someone tries to catch him, he also hits him with his claws. It took the police 3 hours to resolve the cock fight and it was only when the cock fight was stopped that the neighbors calmed down. The police warned Tarachand and asked him to control his cock.
