लोकसभा चुनाव की घोषणा के बाद पूरे देश में पुलिस की मुस्तैदी देखी जा रही है. इस मुस्तैदी के कारण अलग-अलग जगहों से मादक पद्वार्थों की खेप पकड़ी जा रही है. साथ ही बेनामी कैश और अन्य अनैतिक गतिविधियों का खुलासा भी हो रहा है. इसी कड़ी में शनिवार को जोधपुर में पुलिस ने एक करोड़ रुपए का गांजा जब्त किया. पुलिस ने एक तस्कर को भी गिरफ्तार किया है. जिससे मामले में पूछताछ की जा रही है. 

बताया गया कि गांजे की इस बड़ी खेप को गाय के बाड़े में छिपाकर रखा गया था. पुलिस ने गांजें के कट्टे बरामद करते हुए आरोपी को हिरासत में लिया है. बाड़े से 200 किलो 170 ग्राम गांजा बरामद हुआ है. संभवत: कमिश्नरेट में गांजे की इतनी बड़ी पहली बार पकड़ी गई है. पुलिस अब पकड़े गए अभियुक्त से गांजे के सप्लायर के बारे में पता लगाने का प्रयास कर रही है.

रोजाना दिया जाता है स्पेशल टास्क
कार्रवाई के बारे में पुलिस उपायुक्त पूर्व आलोक श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि मादक पदार्थ एवं अवैध हथियारों की धरपकड़ जारी है. पुलिस को रोज स्पेशल टास्क के तहत कार्रवाई के आदेश दिए जाते है. इसी के तहत करवड़ पुलिस को सूचना मिली कि विनायकपुरा गांव में रहने वाला धर्मेंद्र पुत्र हीराराम विश्नोई मादक पदार्थ की तरस्करी करता है. उसके यहां पर भारी मात्रा में मादक पदार्थ बरामद हो सकता है.  इस पर एसीपी मंडोंर पीयूष कविया के सुपरविजन में वहां पर थानाधिकारी अवधेश सांदू मय जाब्ते के रेड दी गई.

तब गायों के बाड़े में तिरपाल से ढके प्लास्टिक कट्टों में मादक पदार्थ मिला. जांच में यह गांजा निकला. पुलिस ने बाड़े से 200 किलो 170 ग्राम गांजा बरामद किया है. इस गांजे की बाजार में अनुमानित कीमत एक करोड़ रूपए है. पुलिस ने आरोधी धर्मेंद्र विश्रोई को एनडीपीएस एक्ट मेें गिरफ्तार कर अब अग्रिम जांच शुरू की है. उससे गांजा सप्लायर के बारे में पता लगाने का प्रयास जारी है.

Besides, benami cash and other unethical activities are also being exposed. In this series, police seized ganja worth Rs 1 crore in Jodhpur on Saturday. The police have also arrested a smuggler. Due to which the matter is being interrogated.

It was told that this big consignment of ganja was kept hidden in the cow shed. The police have recovered marijuana packets and detained the accused. 200 kg 170 grams of ganja has been recovered from the enclosure. Probably, this is the first time that such a huge amount of ganja has been seized in the Commissionerate. The police is now trying to find out the supplier of ganja from the arrested accused.

Special tasks are given daily
Regarding the action, former Deputy Commissioner of Police Alok Srivastava said that the seizure of drugs and illegal weapons is going on. The police are given orders to take action every day under special tasks. Under this, Karvad police got information that Dharmendra son of Hiraram Vishnoi, living in Vinayakpura village, smuggles drugs. A huge quantity of drugs can be recovered from his place. On this, under the supervision of ACP Mandor Piyush Kavia, a raid was conducted under the guidance of Police Officer Awadhesh Sandu.

Then drugs were found in plastic bags covered with tarpaulin in the cow shed. During investigation it was found to be ganja. Police have recovered 200 kg 170 grams of ganja from the enclosure. The estimated price of this ganja in the market is Rs 1 crore. The police have arrested the protester Dharmendra Vishroi under the NDPS Act and have now started advance investigation. Efforts are on to find out the ganja supplier from him.
