नोखा। कंवलीसर गांव में विकास कार्य को रोकने और सरपंच प्रशासक को धमकी देने का मामला सामने आया है। इस संबंध में सरपंच प्रशासक नेमीचंद मेघवाल ने नोखा पुलिस थाने में चार लोगों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करवाई है। मामला जाति सूचक गालियों और जान से मारने की धमकी से जुड़ा होने के कारण काफी गंभीर माना जा रहा है।

रिपोर्ट में परिवादी ने बताया कि घटना बीती रात लगभग 3 बजे की है। देर रात उसे सूचना मिली कि गांव में विकास कार्य से जुड़ा सामान कोई उठा रहा है। इस पर वह अपने साथी के साथ मौके पर पहुंचा। जैसे ही वह मेघवालों के मोहल्ले स्थित स्थान पर पहुंचा, चार लोग पहले से मौजूद थे।

परिवादी के अनुसार, आरोपियों ने उसे देखकर गुस्से में जाति सूचक गालियां दीं और पूछा कि वह वहां कैसे आया। साथ ही धमकी देते हुए कहा कि अगर उनके खिलाफ पुलिस में मामला दर्ज करवाया, तो गंभीर अंजाम भुगतने पड़ेंगे। घटना के दौरान आरोपियों ने मौके से 9 सीमेंट के कट्टे पिकअप गाड़ी में डालकर ले गए।

विकास कार्यों के लिए रखी गई सामग्री को रात में उठाकर ले जाने और सरपंच प्रशासक को धमकाने से ग्रामीणों में भी नाराजगी है। यह भी जांच का विषय है कि आरोपी रात के समय वहां क्या करने आए थे और विकास सामग्री हटाने का उद्देश्य क्या था।

सरपंच प्रशासक नेमीचंद मेघवाल ने बताया कि आरोपियों की मंशा गांव के विकास कार्यों को रोकना और पंचायत प्रशासन पर दबाव बनाना है। घटना के बाद उन्होंने पुलिस में रिपोर्ट दी, जिसके आधार पर नोखा थाना पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

पुलिस अब आरोपियों की तलाश में जुटी हुई है। साथ ही विकास सामग्री की चोरी, धमकी और जाति सूचक गालियों को लेकर अलग-अलग धाराओं में कार्रवाई की जा रही है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि पंचायत स्तर पर लगातार विरोध और बाधाएं डाली जा रही हैं, जिस पर सख्त कदम उठाए जाने की जरूरत है।

घटना के बाद गांव में इस मामले की काफी चर्चा है, और लोग उम्मीद कर रहे हैं कि पुलिस जल्द कार्रवाई करेगी ताकि विकास कार्य बिना रुकावट आगे बढ़ सकें।

According to the complainant, the accused, upon seeing him, angrily hurled caste-based abuses at him and asked how he had come there. They also threatened him, saying that if he filed a police complaint against them, he would face serious consequences. During the incident, the accused loaded nine bags of cement into a pickup truck and drove away.

The villagers are also angry about the theft of materials meant for development work and the threats against the Sarpanch administrator. It is also a matter of investigation as to what the accused were doing there at night and what their motive was for removing the development materials.

Sarpanch administrator Nemichand Meghwal stated that the accused's intention is to obstruct the village's development work and put pressure on the panchayat administration. After the incident, he filed a police report, based on which the Nokha police station has registered a case and started an investigation.

The police are now searching for the accused. Action is being taken under different sections of the law regarding the theft of development materials, threats, and caste-based abuse. Villagers say that there are continuous protests and obstructions at the panchayat level, and strict action needs to be taken.
