नोखा। कृषि मंत्री डॉ. किरोड़ी लाल मीणा के हाल ही में लगातार हो रहे एक्शनों के बाद एक बार फिर नकली बायोडीजल के गोरखधंधे पर कार्रवाई हुई है। नोखा के रासीसर गांव स्थित एक प्राइवेट स्कूल में संदिग्ध पिकअप गाड़ी मिली है, जिसमें बड़ी मात्रा में ऑयल भरा हुआ था। इस ऑयल को बायोडीजल बताया जा रहा था, लेकिन शक है कि यह इंडस्ट्रियल ऑयल है, जिसे गलत तरीके से बेचने की तैयारी थी।

जानकारी के अनुसार मंत्री मीणा को सूचना मिली थी कि रासीसर गांव के एक निजी स्कूल परिसर में रात के समय बायोडीजल के नाम पर इंडस्ट्रियल ऑयल का अवैध कारोबार चल रहा है। इस पर उन्होंने देर रात ही संभागीय आयुक्त को फोन करके तत्काल कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

मंत्री के निर्देश के तुरंत बाद नोखा थाना प्रभारी अरविंद भारद्वाज टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे। स्कूल परिसर की तलाशी लेने पर एक पिकअप गाड़ी खड़ी मिली। गाड़ी के पीछे ऑयल भरे कंटेनर रखे हुए थे। प्रारंभिक जांच में यह अनुमान लगाया गया कि यह ऑयल बायोडीजल नहीं, बल्कि इंडस्ट्रियल ऑयल हो सकता है।

पुलिस ने गाड़ी जब्त कर ली और मामले की सूचना एएसपी कैलाश सिंह सांदू को दी। चूंकि इस प्रकार के मामलों में ईसी एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई का अधिकार डीएसओ और सीओ स्तर के अधिकारियों को होता है, इसलिए जांच का अगला चरण उनके निर्देशन में होगा। अधिकारियों द्वारा ऑयल के सैंपल लिए जाएंगे और प्रयोगशाला जांच के बाद ही स्पष्ट होगा कि यह बायोडीजल है या नकली इंडस्ट्रियल ऑयल।

रात में स्कूल परिसर में इस तरह की गतिविधि सामने आने से ग्रामीणों में भी सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं। इस बात की भी जांच होगी कि निजी स्कूल परिसर में पिकअप वाहन कैसे और किस अनुमति से खड़ा था तथा यह ऑयल वहां क्यों लाया गया। यदि जांच में फर्जीवाड़ा साबित होता है, तो आरोपियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

राजस्थान में पिछले कुछ दिनों से नकली बायोडीजल और अवैध ऑयल कारोबार के कई मामले सामने आए हैं। मंत्री किरोड़ी मीणा लगातार इन पर निगरानी रखे हुए हैं और जोरदार कार्रवाई करवा रहे हैं। नोखा की यह कार्रवाई भी उसी कड़ी का हिस्सा मानी जा रही है।

Nokha. Following a series of recent actions by Agriculture Minister Dr. Kirodi Lal Meena, another crackdown has taken place on the illegal trade of counterfeit biodiesel. A suspicious pickup truck was found at a private school in Rasiser village, Nokha, containing a large quantity of oil. This oil was being passed off as biodiesel, but it is suspected to be industrial oil, which was being prepared for illegal sale.

According to information received by Minister Meena, an illegal trade of industrial oil, disguised as biodiesel, was being conducted at night within the premises of a private school in Rasiser village. He immediately contacted the Divisional Commissioner late at night and instructed him to take prompt action.

Following the minister's instructions, Nokha Police Station इंचार्ज Arvind Bhardwaj and his team reached the spot. During a search of the school premises, a pickup truck was found parked there. Containers filled with oil were found in the back of the vehicle. Preliminary investigations suggest that the oil is not biodiesel, but likely industrial oil.

The police seized the vehicle and informed ASP Kailash Singh Sandhu about the matter. Since the authority to take action in such cases under the Essential Commodities Act rests with DSO and CO level officers, the next phase of the investigation will be conducted under their direction. Samples of the oil will be taken by the authorities, and only after laboratory testing will it be clear whether it is biodiesel or counterfeit industrial oil.

The discovery of such activity within the school premises at night has raised questions among the villagers. An investigation will also be conducted to determine how and with what permission the pickup truck was parked on the private school premises and why the oil was brought there. If the fraud is proven during the investigation, strict action will be taken against the culprits.

In recent days, several cases of counterfeit biodiesel and illegal oil trading have come to light in Rajasthan. Minister Kirodi Meena has been continuously monitoring these activities and ensuring strong action is taken. This action in Nokha is also considered part of that ongoing effort.
