जयपुर। पहाड़ों पर हुई बर्फबारी का असर अब राजस्थान में साफ दिखाई देने लगा है। राज्य के कई शहरों में शीतलहर का दौर शुरू हो गया है, खासतौर पर शेखावाटी क्षेत्र में ठंड का प्रकोप तेज है। मौसम केंद्र जयपुर की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार रविवार को राजस्थान के 10 शहरों में न्यूनतम तापमान 10 डिग्री सेल्सियस से नीचे दर्ज किया गया।

उत्तरी हवाओं के लगातार चलने से तापमान सामान्य से 4–6 डिग्री तक कम हो गया है। सबसे अधिक असर सीकर, झुंझुनूं और चूरू जिलों में देखने को मिल रहा है। सीकर में न्यूनतम तापमान सामान्य से 6.6 डिग्री कम होकर 7.5°C दर्ज किया गया, जबकि वनस्थली में तापमान 9.9°C रहा, जो सामान्य से 4.7 डिग्री कम है।

मौसम केंद्र के निदेशक राधेश्याम शर्मा के अनुसार, फिलहाल अगले चार दिनों तक मौसम में कोई बड़ा परिवर्तन नहीं होगा और सर्द हवाओं का दौर जारी रहेगा। दिन के समय धूप रहने से अधिक ठंड महसूस नहीं होती, लेकिन रात में तापमान तेजी से गिर रहा है, जिससे कंपकंपी बढ़ गई है।

 शीतलहर के कारण बढ़ीं स्वास्थ्य समस्याएँ

ठंड बढ़ने के साथ ही अस्थमा, एलर्जी और श्वांस संबंधी समस्याओं से जूझ रहे लोगों की परेशानी भी बढ़ गई है। एसएमएस अस्पताल जयपुर के वरिष्ठ श्वसन रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ. अजीत सिंह का कहना है कि जैसे ही ठंडी और शुष्क हवा चेहरे या नाक पर लगती है, सांस लेने में दिक्कत, छाती में भारीपन और श्वांस नली में सिकुड़न महसूस हो सकती है।

उन्होंने मरीजों को महत्वपूर्ण सलाह दी—
  धूप निकलने के बाद ही मॉर्निंग वॉक करें
  मास्क लगाकर रखें
  नियमित दवाएं लें
  बहुत ठंडे पेय या बाहर की ठंडी हवा से बचें
  गरम पानी और पौष्टिक आहार लें

 अगले 4 दिन तक सर्दी से राहत नहीं

मौसम विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के बाद पहाड़ों पर भारी बर्फबारी हुई, जिसका सीधा असर मैदानों पर पड़ रहा है। राजस्थान की सर्दी अभी और बढ़ सकती है, खासकर ग्रामीण इलाकों में रात के तापमान में और कमी संभव है।

राजस्थान में अब सर्दी ने आधिकारिक रूप से दस्तक दे दी है। सुबह-शाम सर्द हवाएँ चल रही हैं और लोग गर्म कपड़ों, अलाव और हीटर का सहारा ले रहे हैं। स्कूल और कार्यालय के समय पर भी ठंड का असर महसूस किया जा रहा है।

According to a report from the Jaipur Meteorological Center, the minimum temperature was recorded below 10 degrees Celsius in 10 cities of Rajasthan on Sunday.

Due to the continuous flow of northerly winds, the temperature has dropped by 4-6 degrees below normal. The most affected districts are Sikar, Jhunjhunu, and Churu. In Sikar, the minimum temperature was recorded at 7.5°C, 6.6 degrees below normal, while in Vanasthali, the temperature was 9.9°C, 4.7 degrees below normal.

According to Radheshyam Sharma, director of the Meteorological Center, there will be no major change in the weather for the next four days, and the cold wave will continue. While the sunshine during the day prevents the cold from feeling too intense, the temperature is dropping rapidly at night, increasing the chill.

 Health Problems Increase Due to Cold Wave

With the increase in cold, the problems of people suffering from asthma, allergies, and respiratory problems have also increased. Dr. Ajit Singh, a senior respiratory specialist at SMS Hospital Jaipur, says that as soon as the cold and dry air touches the face or nose, one may experience difficulty breathing, heaviness in the chest, and constriction in the airways.

He gave important advice to patients:
Go for a morning walk only after the sun is out
  Wear a mask
  Take regular medication
  Avoid very cold drinks or exposure to cold outside air
  Drink warm water and eat nutritious food

 No Relief from Cold for the Next 4 Days

Weather experts say that after the Western Disturbance, there was heavy snowfall in the mountains, which is directly affecting the plains. The cold in Rajasthan may intensify further, especially in rural areas where a further drop in night temperatures is possible.

Winter has now officially arrived in Rajasthan. Cold winds are blowing in the mornings and evenings, and people are resorting to warm clothes, bonfires, and heaters. The effects of the cold weather are also being felt during school and office hours.
