राजस्थान में आगामी बजट से पहले सीएम से मिले ABVP युवा नेता, रखी यूनिवर्सिटी से जुड़ी यह 10 मांग

राजस्थान में विधानसभा सत्र शुरू होने वाला है और भजनलाल सरकार बजट की तैयारियों में लगी है. आगामी बजट को लेकर ABVP का प्रतिनिधिमंडल सीएम भजनलाल शर्मा से मुलाकात की है. जिसमें उन्होंने आगामी बजट में छात्रों और युवाओं से जुड़े मुद्दों को लेकर अपना सुझाव दिया. इसके अलावा कॉलेजों में संसाधन विकसित करने, रिक्त पदो पर भर्ती, स्टार्टअप को बढ़ावा देंने व खिलाड़ियों व प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं के लिए जिलो में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर विकसित करने के सुझाव दिये गये साथ ही राज्य में महिला सुरक्षा के लिए सख़्त कदम उठाने, पेपरलीक करने वालों पर कठोर कार्यवाही और परीक्षा तंत्र में सुधार जैसी बिंदुवार 10 मांगे रखी है.

शैक्षणिक सुधार के लिए ABVP ने दिये हैं यह सुझाव 
1. राज्य के युवाओं को संघ लोक सेवा आयोग और राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित भर्ती परीक्षाओं में निशुल्क कोचिंग के लिए जिला केन्द्रों पर विश्वविद्यालयों और महाविद्यालयों में प्रतियोगी परीक्षा तैयारी हेतु केन्द्रों की स्थापना की जाए.

2. राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों में शोध को बढ़ावा देने हेतु शोधार्थी जिन्हें केंद्र से शोध छात्रवृति नहीं मिलती है, ऐसे शोधार्थियों को राज्य सरकार महाराजा सुरजमल शोध फेलोशिप प्रदान करें.

3. समरसता के निर्माण हेतु राजस्थान के अंदर सर्व समाज के विद्यार्थी (अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति, पिछड़ा व सामान्य वर्ग) के छात्रों की आवासीय व्यवस्था हेतु प्रत्येक जिले में एकता छात्रावास बनाया जाए, जिससे छात्रों के रहने के लिए सुगमता हो और समाज में समरसता का भाव प्रकट हो.

4. जनजाति क्षेत्रों मैं बालिका शिक्षा प्रोत्साहन के लिए सभी जिला केंद्रों पर कालीबाई भील कन्या मॉडल छात्रावास स्थापित किए जाएं, जिससे छात्राओं को जिला केंद्रों पर रहने की व्यवस्था हो सके.

5. राजस्थान में अन्य राज्यों के तर्ज पर फॉरेंसिक यूनिवर्सिटी की रचना किया जाए. जिससे छात्र-छात्राओं को फॉरेंसिक संबंधित विषयों में निपूर्ण व फोरेंसिक जांच अध्ययन के अवसरों में वृद्दि और विषय विशेषज्ञ प्राप्त होंगे.

6. राजस्थान में प्रतिवर्ष लाखों छात्र-छात्राएं प्रतियोगी परीक्षा देने के लिए अलग-अलग जिला केंद्रों पर जाते है. जिनके सुविधा के लिए सभी जिला केंद्रों पर महाराणा प्रताप परीक्षा सुविधा केंद्र बनाया जाएं, इन केंद्रों को आधुनिक संसाधन (कंप्यूटर, सॉफ्टवेयर) से सुसज्जित किया जाए और एक व्यवस्थित परीक्षा प्रणाली बनाई जाए जिससे पेपर लीक पर भी रोक लगाई जा सके.

7. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीएससी) जैसे महत्वपूर्ण परीक्षा सभी वर्ग के विद्यार्थी के लिए बाबा साहेब भीमराव अंबेडकर प्रतियोगी परीक्षा केंद्र प्रत्येक जिलों या विश्वविद्यालय में स्थापित करायी जाए, जिससे आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर छात्र-छात्राऐं मुख्य धारा में आ सके.

8. विगत सरकार में राजस्थान सोसाइटी (राजसेस) के तहत विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में 303 नवीन महाविद्यालय बिना किसी अध्ययन के खोले गए थे, जिनकी समीक्षा के लिए आपने समिति का गठन किया है. यह स्वागत योग्य है लेकिन उक्त महाविद्यालयों को बंद करने के बजाय वहां सुविधाएं बढ़ाने और सुधार पर ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है, जिसके कारण राजकीय महाविद्यालय बंद होने से निजीकरण को बढ़ावा मिलेगा.

9. निजी विश्वविद्यालयों में शैक्षणिक क्षेत्र में हो रही अनियमितताएं चिंताजनक है, विगत वर्षों में शोध जैसी महत्वपूर्ण डिग्रियां भी संशय के दायरे में हैं, अधीनस्थ बोर्ड में भर्तियों की जांच में डिग्रियों के फर्जी होने का तथ्य भी सामने आया है इनमें सुधार व राज्य में स्वतंत्र नियामक बोर्ड बनाने की आवश्यकता है.

10. राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020, सभी विश्वविद्यालयों में लागू किया जाना चाहिए तथा विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालयों मे राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के अनुरूप युवाओं के लिए स्टार्टअप्स, स्किल डेव्लपमेंट, कैरियर मार्गदर्शन केन्द्रों की स्थापना किया जाना चाहिए.

ABVP youth leaders met CM before the upcoming budget in Rajasthan, put forth these 10 demands related to the university

The assembly session is about to begin in Rajasthan and the Bhajanlal government is busy preparing for the budget. ABVP delegation has met CM Bhajanlal Sharma regarding the upcoming budget. In which they gave their suggestions regarding the issues related to students and youth in the upcoming budget. Apart from this, suggestions were given to develop resources in colleges, recruitment on vacant posts, promoting startups and developing infrastructure in districts for players and competitive examinations. Along with this, 10 point-wise demands have been put forth like taking strict steps for women's safety in the state, strict action against those who leak the paper and improvement in the examination system.

ABVP has given these suggestions for educational reform

1. Centers for competitive examination preparation should be established in universities and colleges at district centers for free coaching to the youth of the state in the recruitment examinations conducted by the Union Public Service Commission and the State Public Service Commission.

2. To promote research in the state universities, the state government should provide Maharaja Surajmal Research Fellowship to those researchers who do not get research scholarship from the centre.

3. To create harmony, Ekta hostels should be built in every district for residential arrangements of students of all communities (scheduled caste, tribal, backward and general category) in Rajasthan, so that students can easily live and a sense of harmony is expressed in the society.

4. To promote girl education in tribal areas, Kalibai Bhil Girls Model Hostels should be established at all district centres, so that girl students can have accommodation at district centres.

5. Forensic University should be created in Rajasthan on the lines of other states. So that students will get full knowledge in forensic related subjects and opportunities to study forensic investigation and subject experts will increase.

6. Every year lakhs of students go to different district centres in Rajasthan to give competitive exams. For their convenience, Maharana Pratap Examination Facilitation Centers should be made at all district centers, these centers should be equipped with modern resources (computers, software) and a systematic examination system should be made so that paper leak can also be stopped.

7. Baba Saheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Competitive Examination Center should be established in every district or university for students of all classes in important examinations like Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), so that economically weaker students can come into the mainstream.

8. In the previous government, 303 new colleges were opened in various areas under Rajasthan Society (Rajcess) without any study, for the review of which you have formed a committee. This is welcome but instead of closing the said colleges, there is a need to focus on increasing and improving facilities there, due to which the closure of government colleges will promote privatization.

9. The irregularities happening in the educational sector in private universities are worrisome, in the past years, important degrees like research have also come under suspicion, the investigation of recruitments in subordinate boards has also revealed the fact of degrees being fake, there is a need to improve these and create an independent regulatory board in the state.

10. National Education Policy 2020 should be implemented in all universities and in accordance with the National Education Policy 2020, startups, skill development, career guidance centers should be established for the youth in universities and colleges.
