नशे का कारोबार: घर में अफीम के पौधे उगाने वाले व्यक्ति को पुलिस ने किया गिरफ्तार

श्रीगंगानगर। पुलिस ने शनिवार को घमूड़वाली थाना क्षेत्र के गांव तेरह एमएल में घर में अफीम के पौधे उगाने वाले एक व्यक्ति को गिरफ्तार किया। आरोपी के पास नशे में उपयोग होने वाली 6400 गोलियां बरामद हुई हैं। पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है। पुलिस को मुखबिर के जरिए इलाके में एक व्यक्ति के नशे का कारोबार करने की जानकारी मिली थी। मौके पर दबिश दी तो आरोपी घर पर मिला। उसके घर में अफीम के सात पौधे लगे मिले। इन पौधों को पुलिस ने जब्त कर लिया है। 

पुलिस को शनिवार को इलाके में एक व्यक्ति के नशे की गोलियां बेचने और अपने घर में ही अफीम के पौधे उगाने की जानकारी मिली। इस पर गांव तेरह एमएल में कुलविंद्रसिंह उर्फ काला (27) पुत्र मलकीतसिंह के घर दबिश दी। घर के एक हिस्से में पुलिस को कुछ पौधे नजर आए। 

इनकी जांच की तो इनके अफीम के पौधे होने का पता लगा। इस पर इन पौधों को उखाड़कर पुलिस ने जब्त कर लिया। मकान में पुलिस को 6400 नशीली गोलियां भी बरामद हुईं। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर उससे पूछताछ शुरू कर दी है। उससे नशीली गोलियों के सप्लायर के बारे में पता किया जा रहा है। आरोपी नशे की खरीद-फरोख्त के काम से जुड़ा है।

The police is investigating the matter Through an informer, the police had received information about a person doing drug business in the area. When raided the spot, the accused was found at home. Seven opium plants were found growing in his house. These plants have been confiscated by the police.

On Saturday, the police got information about a person selling intoxicating pills and growing opium plants in his house in the area. On this, raid was conducted at the house of Kulvindra Singh alias Kala (27), son of Malkit Singh in village Terah ML. Police saw some plants in a part of the house.

When examined, they were found to be opium plants. On this, these plants were uprooted by the police and confiscated. Police also recovered 6400 intoxicating pills in the house. The police have arrested the accused and started interrogating him. He is being inquired about the supplier of intoxicating pills. The accused is involved in drug buying and selling.
