पीड़िता ने रिपोर्ट में पूर्व विधायक मेवाराम जैन, डिप्टी एसपी आनंद सिंह राजपुरोहित, बाड़मेर कोतवाल गंगाराम, नगर परिषद के उपसभापति सुल्तान सिंह समेत 9 लोगों के खिलाफ सामूहिक दुष्कर्म और पॉक्सो के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है। हालांकि अभी तक इस मामले में कोई भी गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है।
