राजस्थान में 40 IAS अधिकारियों के तबादले: कार्मिक विभाग ने जारी किए आदेश, पूरी सूची पढ़ें

जयपुर: राजस्थान में भजनलाल सरकार ने एक बार फिर बड़ी प्रशासनिक सर्जरी करते हुए 40 IAS अधिकारियों के तबादले कर दिए हैं। सरकार ने पिछले दिनों ही करीब ढाई दर्जन जिलों के जिला कलेक्टर बदल दिए थे, उसके बाद दर्जनों एडीएम और एसडीएम भी बदले गए थे। आज जारी की गई नई तबादला सूची में टॉप ब्यूरोक्रेसी में बड़े स्तर पर बदलाव किया गया है। सीएम भजनलाल के प्रमुख सचिव आईएएस टी. रविकांत को प्रमुख शासन सचिव नगरीय व आवासन विभाग और प्रमुख शासन सचिव स्वायत्त शासन विभाग की भी जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है।

कार्मिक विभाग की ओर से जारी की गई तबादला सूची में मुख्य सचिव सुधांश पंत को मुख्य आवासीय आयुक्त नई दिल्ली और प्रशासक राजफैड जयपुर की अतिरिक्त जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। सरकार ने जोधपुर जेडीए आयुक्त बदल दिया है, उत्साह चौधरी को जोधपुर जेडीए का नया आयुक्त नियुक्त किया गया है। वहीं जयपुर जेडीए आयुक्त पद पर मंजू राजपाल को लगाया गया है। अजमेर संभागीय आयुक्त के पद पर महेश शर्मा को लगाया गया है।

चुनाव आचार संहिता के दौरान चुनाव आयोग की ओर से एपीओ किए गए पुखराज सैन को सरकार ने अब नियुक्ति दे दी है। उन्हें आयुक्त कॉलेज शिक्षा विभाग के पद पर लगाया गया है। पिछले दिनों जारी की गई तबादला सूची में आईएएस अरुण गर्ग को जिला कलेक्टर सलूम्बर के पद पर लगाया गया था लेकिन उनका स्थानांतरण इस सूची में निरस्त कर दिया गया है। सलूम्बर में उनके स्थान पर मुकुल शर्मा को जिला कलेक्टर लगाया गया है।

आलोक गुप्ता को प्रमुख शासन सचिव ऊर्जा विभाग लगाया। कांग्रेस राज में अशोक गहलोत के प्रमुख सचिव रहे कुलदीप रांका नई सरकार के आने के बाद से ही एपीओ चल रहे थे, उनको अब नियुक्ति दे दी गई है। रांका को अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग और पंचायती राज (सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता) के पद पर लगाया गया है। आईएएस आलोक गुप्ता को प्रमुख शासन सचिव ऊर्जा विभाग लगाया गया है।

अखिल अरोड़ा को मिली अहम जिम्मेदारी: पिछली सरकार में वित्त सचिव रहे अखिल अरोड़ा को फिर से अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव वित्त, आबकारी और कराधान की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है। वहीं पूर्ववर्ती सरकार में गृह सचिव रहे आनंद कुमार को अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव गृह, गृहरक्षा, जेल और राजस्थान राज्य अन्वेषण ब्यूरो एवं पदेन मुख्य सतर्कता आयुक्त के साथ ही अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन तथा सहायता एवं नागरिक सुरक्षा की भी जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।

Transfer of 40 IAS officers in Rajasthan: Personnel Department issued orders, read full list

Jaipur: Bhajan Lal government in Rajasthan has once again done a major administrative surgery and transferred 40 IAS officers. Recently, the government had changed the District Collectors of about two and a half dozen districts, after which dozens of ADMs and SDMs were also changed. In the new transfer list released today, major changes have been made in the top bureaucracy. IAS T. Ravikant, Principal Secretary to CM Bhajan Lal, has also been given the responsibility of Principal Secretary, Urban and Housing Department and Principal Secretary, Autonomous Government Department.

In the transfer list released by the Personnel Department, Chief Secretary Sudhansh Pant has been given the additional responsibility of Chief Resident Commissioner, New Delhi and Administrator Rajfed, Jaipur. Government has changed Jodhpur JDA Commissioner, Utsaha Chaudhary has been appointed as the new Commissioner of Jodhpur JDA. Manju Rajpal has been appointed to the post of Jaipur JDA Commissioner. Mahesh Sharma has been appointed to the post of Ajmer Divisional Commissioner.

The government has now appointed Pukhraj Sain, who was made APO by the Election Commission during the Election Code of Conduct. He has been appointed as Commissioner, College Education Department. In the transfer list released recently, IAS Arun Garg was posted on the post of District Collector Salumber but his transfer has been canceled in this list. Mukul Sharma has been appointed District Collector in his place in Salumber.

Alok Gupta was appointed Principal Secretary to the Energy Department. Kuldeep Ranka, who was the principal secretary of Ashok Gehlot during the Congress rule, was running as APO since the coming of the new government, he has now been appointed. Ranka has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment and Panchayati Raj (Social Justice and Empowerment). IAS Alok Gupta has been appointed Principal Secretary, Energy Department.

Akhil Arora got important responsibility: Akhil Arora, who was the Finance Secretary in the previous government, has again been given the responsibility of Additional Chief Secretary Finance, Excise and Taxation. Anand Kumar, who was the Home Secretary in the previous government, has been given the responsibility of Additional Chief Secretary Home, Home Defense, Jail and Rajasthan State Investigation Bureau and ex-officio Chief Vigilance Commissioner as well as Additional Chief Secretary Disaster Management and Assistance and Civil Defense.
