विदेशों में चुन-चुन कर मारे जा रहे हैं भारत विरोधी, पाकिस्तान में खौफ में जी रहे आतंकवादी

भारत के मोस्टवांटेड आतंकियों में से एक शाहिद लतीफ की पाकिस्तान में मौत की खबर के बाद एक बार फिर विदेशी जमीन पर भारत विरोधी आतंकी गतिविधियों में शामिल संगठनों को झटका लगा है। एक के बाद एक भारत के ख़िलाफ़ साज़िश रचने या हमलों के मास्टरमाइंड रहे आतंकियों की मौत से भारत विरोधी आतंकी या अलगाववादी गुटों को झटका लग रहा है और उनके अंदर ख़ौफ़ भी है।

कनाडा में हरदीप सिंह निज्जर सहित कुछ मामलों में हत्या के झूठे आरोप भारतीय एजेंसियों पर लगाये गये लेकिन भारत ने ने सिर्फ़ इसे सिरे से ख़ारिज किया बल्कि भारत ने आतंकियों की हत्या पर आंसू बहाने वालों के दबाव में आये बिना आतंकी गुटों पर कार्रवाई को लेकर विदेशी सरकारों पर दबाव बनाया हुआ है।

ग़ौरतलब है कि भारत के मोस्टवांटेड आतंकियों में से एक शाहिद लतीफ की पाकिस्तान में कथित तौर पर गोली मारकर हत्या की गई। इसके अलावा एक दर्जन से ज़्यादा भारत विरोधी आतंकी विदेशी जमीन पर हाल के दिनों में ढेर हुए हैं। हालाँकि कुछ हत्याएँ संदिग्ध रही हैं और इनकी आधिकारिक पुष्टि अभी तक नहीं हो पाई है।

शाहिद लतीफ़ पठानकोट हमले के बाद से ही एनआईए की रडार पर था। इसके ऊपर यूएपीए के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया था। पाकिस्तान के पंजाब प्रांत के गुजरांवाला के रहने वाला शाहिद जैश -ए-मोहम्मद से जुड़ा हुआ था। वह सियालकोट सेक्टर का कमांडर था। हत्या क्यों और किसने की यह अभी साफ़ नहीं हुआ है।

लश्कर आतंकी भी मारा गया था

पाकिस्‍तान के कराची में ही कुछ दिन पहले लश्‍कर-ए-तैयबा के आतंकी कैसर फारूक की हत्‍या की खबर सामने आई थी। लश्कर से जुड़े मुफ्ती कैसर फारूक की हत्‍या गोली मारकर की गई थी और मस्जिद के करीब इसे अंजाम दिया गया। इसके अलावा लश्‍कर-ए-तैयबा के सरगना हाफिज सईद के बेटे कमालुद्दीन की मौत की भी खबर आई थी। हालाँकि इसकी पुष्टि नहीं की गई।

कनाडा में मारा गया था ख़ालिस्तानी

कनाडा में भी जून में खालिस्‍तानी आतंकी हरदीप सिंह निज्‍जर की भी हत्‍या हो गई है। कनाडा के ख़ालिस्तानी संगठन इस मौत के बाद से बौखलाहट में हैं। सूत्रों का कहना है कि विदेशों में टारगेट किलिंग में 16 भारत विरोधी आतंकियों को कथित तौर पर मारा गया है। इनमें से अधिकतर टारगेट किलिंग को पाकिस्तान और कनाडा में अंजाम दिया गया है। ये सभी भारत विरोधी ग़ातिविधि में शामिल थे।

लगातार मौत से दहशत

लगातार हो रही हत्याओं से लश्कर जैसे दुर्दांत आतंकी संगठन में भी दहशत है। कुछ दिन पहले कैसर फारूक पर पाकिस्तान के कराची के सोहराब गोथ में दो मोटरसाइकिल सवार बंदूकधारियों ने हमला किया था। वह मोस्‍ट वॉन्‍टेड आतंकी हाफिज सईद का करीबी था। फारूक की हत्या, पिछले 19 महीनों में विदेशों में हुई 16वीं हत्‍या थी। साथ ही इस घटनाक्रम को सईद के अलावा जमात-उद-दावा और लश्कर के लिए हाल के दिनों में सबसे बड़ा झटका माना जाता है। इस बीच हाफिज सईद के बेटे कमालुद्दीन सईद का शव भी बरामद होने की खबर आई थी। कुछ लोग उसे हाफिज का भतीजा बताते हैं। कहा जा रहा है कि कुछ अपहरणकर्ताओं ने उसकी हत्‍या कर दी है। सईद 26 सितंबर 2023 से लापता है।

हत्‍यारों का कोई सुराग नहीं

कनाडा में खालिस्तानी अलगाववादी हरदीप सिंह निज्जर की मौत के लिए भारत पर उंगली उठाई गई थी। इस आरोप पर भारत ने कनाडा को कठोर अंदाज में जवाब दिया था । दोनों देशों के बीच कूटनीतिक विवाद भी इस मामले पर बढ़ता जा रहा है। इस्लामिक स्टेट ऑफ जम्मू एंड कश्मीर (आईएसजेके) के शीर्ष आतंकी ऐजाज अहमद अहंगर उर्फ अबू उस्मान अल-कश्मीरी, 18 जुलाई 2019 को अफगानिस्तान के नंगरहार में मृत पाया गया था। जानकारों का कहना है कि सभी टारगेट किलिंग्‍स में हत्यारों का कुछ पता नहीं चल सका है।

कब से शुरू हुआ सिलसिला

विदेशों में भारत विरोधी आतंकियों की हत्‍या का मौजूदा सिलसिला जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के आतंकी मिस्त्री जहूर इब्राहिम उर्फ जाहिद अखूंद की हत्या के साथ शुरू हुआ था। वह आइसी- 814 विमान के हाइजैकर्स में से एक था। उसे एक मार्च 2022 को कराची में अज्ञात बंदूकधारियों ने गोली मार दी थी। इसके अलावा प्रमुख आईएसआई ऑपरेटिव, मोहम्मद लाल,जो कश्मीर विद्रोह से निकटता से जुड़ा हुआ था, उसकी 19 सितंबर 2022 को नेपाल के काठमांडू के बाहर गोथातर में रहस्यमय तरीके से गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी।

खालिस्‍तानी आतंकियों की मौत

बब्बर खालसा इंटरनेशनल आतंकवादी हरविंदर सिंह संधू उर्फ रिंदा की लाश 19 नवंबर 2022 को लाहौर के एक मिलिट्री हॉस्पिटल में मिली थी। बताया गया कि नशीली दवाओं के ओवरडोज से उसकी मृत्यु हो गई। रिंदा पंजाब पुलिस मुख्यालय पर आरपीजी हमले सहित कई भारत विरोधी आतंकवादी कृत्यों में शामिल था।

हिजबुल मुजाहिदीन के लॉन्चिंग चीफ और टॉप ऑपरेटिव बशीर अहमद पीर उर्फ इम्तियाज आलम की 20 फरवरी 2023 को पाकिस्तान के रावलपिंडी में अज्ञात बंदूकधारियों ने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी थी। इसके अलावा हिजबुल मुजाहिदीन के लॉन्चिंग चीफ और टॉप ऑपरेटिव बशीर अहमद पीर उर्फ इम्तियाज आलम की 20 फरवरी 2023 को पाकिस्तान के रावलपिंडी में अज्ञात बंदूकधारियों ने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी। उसके बाद अलबदर मुजाहिदीन के पूर्व कमांडर सैयद खालिद रजा की 26 फरवरी 2023 को कराची में हत्‍या हुई। एक प्रमुख जिहादी विचारक सैयद नूर शोलाबर की चार मार्च 2023 को पाकिस्तान के खैबर पख्तूनख्वा के बारा खैबर में हत्या हो गई थी।

खालिस्तान कमांडो फोर्स के प्रमुख और भारत में शीर्ष वांछित आतंकवादी परमजीत सिंह पंजवार को छह मई 2023 को पाकिस्तान के लाहौर में मार दिया गया। एक और खालिस्तानी आतंकी अवतार सिंह खांडा की 15 जून 2023 को ब्रिटेन के बर्मिंघम के एक अस्पताल में मृत्यु हो गई। खांडा वही शख्‍स था जिसने मार्च में लंदन में भारतीय उच्चायोग पर हमला किया था।

फ़िलहाल एनएआईए सहित भारतीय एजेंसियां इन मामलों पर नज़र बनाये हुए हैं। एजेंसियों से जुड़े सूत्रों का कहना है कि कई मामलों में स्थिति संदिग्ध रही है। मौत के कुछ मामलों की पुष्टि भी नहीं हुई है लेकिन सभी चर्चित मामलों पर एजेंसी की नज़र बनी हुई है।

After the news of the death of Shahid Latif, one of India's most wanted terrorists, in Pakistan, once again the organizations involved in anti-India terrorist activities on foreign soil have received a shock. Shahid Latif was on the radar of NIA since the Pathankot attack. A case was registered against this under UAPA. Shahid, a resident of Gujranwala in Punjab province of Pakistan, was associated with Jaish-e-Mohammed. He was the commander of Sialkot sector. Why and who committed the murder is not yet clear.

Lashkar terrorist was also killed

A few days ago, the news of the murder of Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Qaiser Farooq came to light in Karachi, Pakistan. Lashkar-affiliated Mufti Qaiser Farooq was shot dead near a mosque. Apart from this, there was also news of the death of Kamaluddin, son of Lashkar-e-Taiba leader Hafiz Saeed. However this was not confirmed.

Khalistani was killed in Canada

Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar was also murdered in Canada in June. Khalistani organizations of Canada are in panic after this death. Sources say that 16 anti-India terrorists have allegedly been killed in target killing abroad. Most of these target killings have been carried out in Pakistan and Canada. All of them were involved in anti-India activities.

Due to the continuous killings, even a dreaded terrorist organization like Lashkar is in fear. A few days ago, Qaiser Farooq was attacked by two motorcycle-riding gunmen in Sohrab Goth, Karachi, Pakistan. He was close to the most wanted terrorist Hafiz Saeed. Farooq's murder was the 16th murder abroad in the last 19 months. Apart from Saeed, this development is considered to be the biggest blow to Jamaat-ud-Dawa and Lashkar in recent times. Meanwhile, there was news that the body of Hafiz Saeed's son Kamaluddin Saeed had also been recovered. Some people call him Hafiz's nephew. It is being said that some kidnappers have murdered him. Saeed has been missing since 26 September 2023.

Fingers were pointed at India for the death of Khalistani separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar in Canada. India had responded harshly to Canada on this allegation. The diplomatic dispute between the two countries is also increasing on this matter. Top terrorist of Islamic State of Jammu and Kashmir (ISJK), Aizaz Ahmed Ahangar alias Abu Usman al-Kashmiri, was found dead in Nangarhar, Afghanistan on July 18, 2019. Experts say that in all the target killings the killers could not be found.

When did the series start?

The current series of killings of anti-India terrorists abroad started with the killing of Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist mechanic Zahoor Ibrahim alias Zahid Akhund. He was one of the hijackers of IC-814 aircraft. He was shot by unknown gunmen in Karachi on March 1, 2022. Apart from this, key ISI operative, Mohammad Lal, who was closely linked to the Kashmir insurgency, was mysteriously shot dead in Gothatar, outside Kathmandu, Nepal on 19 September 2022.

Death of Khalistani terrorists

The body of Babbar Khalsa International terrorist Harvinder Singh Sandhu alias Rinda was found in a military hospital in Lahore on 19 November 2022. It was reported that he died of drug overdose. Rinda was involved in several anti-India terrorist acts, including the RPG attack on the Punjab Police Headquarters.

Hizbul Mujahideen's launching chief and top operative Bashir Ahmed Peer alias Imtiaz Alam was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Rawalpindi, Pakistan on 20 February 2023. Apart from this, Hizbul Mujahideen's launching chief and top operative Bashir Ahmed Peer alias Imtiaz Alam was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Rawalpindi, Pakistan on 20 February 2023. After that, former commander of Albadar Mujahideen Syed Khalid Raza was murdered in Karachi on 26 February 2023. Syed Noor Sholabar, a prominent Jihadi ideologue, was assassinated on March 4, 2023, in Bara Khyber, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.

Khalistan Commando Force chief and top wanted terrorist in India, Paramjit Singh Panjwar, was killed in Lahore, Pakistan on May 6, 2023. Another Khalistani terrorist Avtar Singh Khanda died on 15 June 2023 in a hospital in Birmingham, UK. Khanda was the same person who attacked the Indian High Commission in London in March.

Currently, Indian agencies including NAIA are keeping an eye on these cases. Sources associated with the agencies say that the situation has been suspicious in many cases. Some cases of death have not even been confirmed but the agency is keeping an eye on all the discussed cases.
