शादी से इंकार करने की सजा : भाई ने की मां और बहन की हत्या, 7 फीट गहरे गड्ढे में कर दिया दफन

राजस्थान का पाली जिला आज देश भर में चर्चा में है। जहां पर एक युवक ने अपनी ही मां और बहन का मर्डर कर दिया। इतना ही नहीं मर्डर करने के बाद उसने दोनों के शव को जेसीबी के जरिए 7 फीट गहरे गड्ढे में फेंक दिए। यह हत्या उसने कोई विवाद के चलते नही बल्कि राजस्थान की ही आटा-साटा प्रथा में शादी से इंकार करने पर की।

आरोपी ही शिकायत करने पहुंचा थाने
दरअसल पाली के भालेलाव गांव के रहने वाले रमेश ने पुलिस में शिकायत दी थी कि उसकी मां पानी देवी और बहन कविता 25 मार्च से लापता है। और उसका छोटा भाई सुरेश भी घर पर नहीं है। हालांकि घर पर खून के छींटे मिले। मामला गंभीर लगने पर पुलिस तुरंत मौके पर पहुंची और पुलिस को सबसे पहले सुरेश पर ही शक हुआ।

खेत में गड्ढे खुदवाकर गाड़े शव
पुलिस ने जब आसपास के लोगों से पूछताछ की तो पता चला कि सुरेश ने अपने खेत में चार गड्ढे भी खुदवाए। जब पुलिस ने जेसीबी के जरिए उन गड्ढों की खुदाई करवाई तो वहां से दोनों के शव निकले। हालांकि अभी तक मामले में फरार आरोपी सुरेश का कुछ पता नहीं चल पाया है।

आटा साटा प्रथा से हुई थी शादी
करीब 15 साल पहले सुरेश और उसकी छोटी बहन कविता की शादी आटा-साटा प्रथा में हुई थी। सुरेश के व्यवहार को देखते हुए उसके ससुराल वालों ने पत्नी को उसके साथ नहीं भेजा। लेकिन उसकी बहन कविता को अपने साथ ले गए। 3 साल पहले कविता ने भी अपने पति को छोड़ दिया और दूसरे युवक से शादी कर ली।

पीकर मारपीट करने लगा आरोपी
लेकिन कविता की वहां भी अपने पति से नहीं बनी और वह अपने पीहर आ गई। यहां पीहर में अपनी बहन को देखकर सुरेश परेशान रहने लगा। वह रोजाना शराब के नशे में अपनी मां और बहन से मारपीट भी करता। सुरेश चाहता था कि दोबारा उसकी और बहन की आटा साटा प्रथा में शादी हो जाए। जिससे दोनों का घर बस जाए लेकिन उसकी बहन हमेशा मना ही करती रही।

The accused himself reached the police station to complain
Actually, Ramesh, a resident of Bhalelav village of Pali, had given a complaint to the police that his mother Pani Devi and sister Kavita were missing since March 25. And his younger brother Suresh is also not at home. However, blood splatter was found at the house. When the matter seemed serious, the police immediately reached the spot and the first thing the police suspected was Suresh.

Dead bodies were buried by digging pits in the field
When the police interrogated the people nearby, they found out that Suresh had also dug four pits in his field. When the police got those pits dug using JCB, the bodies of both were found from there. However, till now nothing has been found about the absconding accused Suresh in the case.

The marriage took place according to the Atta Sata tradition.
About 15 years ago, Suresh and his younger sister Kavita were married in the Atta-Sata tradition. Seeing Suresh's behavior, his in-laws did not send his wife with him. But he took his sister Kavita with him. Three years ago, Kavita also left her husband and married another young man.

The accused started fighting after drinking
But even there Kavita did not get along well with her husband and she left for her own country. Suresh started getting worried after seeing his sister here in Pehar. He would also beat his mother and sister every day under the influence of alcohol. Suresh wanted that he and his sister should get married again in the Atta Sata tradition. So that both of them could settle down but his sister always refused.
