कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी गोविंदराम मेघवाल पुलिस रिकॉर्ड में हिस्ट्री शीटर, भाजपा ने प्रेस वार्ता कर नामांकन में तथ्य छुपाने का लगाया आरोप।
बीकानेर भारतीय जनता पार्टी जिला मुख्यालय में आज प्रेस वार्ता रखी गई जिसमे भाजपा लोकसभा संयोजक सत्यप्रकाश आचार्य की उपस्थिति में जिला प्रवक्ता अशोक प्रजापत ने कांग्रेस से बीकानेर लोकसभा प्रत्याशी गोविंदराम मेघवाल पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा लोकसभा बीकानेर के कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी श्री गोविंद राम मेघवाल जी ने अपने नामांकन पत्र में जो शपथ पत्र दिया है तथा आपराधिक मामला का रिकॉर्ड कॉलम में उन्होंने शून्य लिखा है
और शपथ पत्र में भी किसी प्रकार का आपराधिक मामला लंबित होना नहीं बताया है जबकि राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट की ई कोर्ट सर्विस में उन्हीं के द्वारा नामांकन पत्र के साथ दिए गए हाई कोर्ट के मामलों के पेज में प्रदर्शित अपराधिक मामलों की संख्याओं को अगर ई कोर्ट सर्विस की पोर्टल में देखे तो कई मामले ऐसे हैं जिनकी तारीख 4 .5 2024 13 मई 2024,,29 जून 2024 पेंडिंग बता रहा है अर्थात अभी भी उनके विरुद्ध न्यायालय में मामले पेंडिंग है तभी आगे तारीख है बता रहे हैं
जिसकी जानकारी उन्होंने अपने शपथ पत्र और आपराधिक मामलों के कॉलम में नहीं दी साथ ही पुलिस की वेबसाइट पर जब जय नारायण व्यास कॉलोनी थाने का जो हिस्ट्री सीटर संबंधी पुलिस की पोर्टल खोलकर देखते हैं तो गोविंद राम चौहान नाम से उनकी हिस्ट्रीसिट खुली हुई है व्यास कॉलोनी थाने ने गोविंद चौहान को अपना थाने का हिस्ट्रीशीटर माना है
जिसकी भी जानकारी उन्होंने अपने शपथ पत्र में नहीं दी है भारतीय जनता पार्टी के विधि समन्वयक और भाजपा जिला प्रवक्ता एवम् विधि समन्वयक लोकसभा बीकानेर एडवोकेट अशोक प्रजापत भाजपा विधि समन्वयक और विधि प्रकोष्ठ संयोजक चतुर्भुज सारस्वत इन दोनों ने जिला निर्वाचन,राज्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी और केंद्रीय निर्वाचन अधिकारी को शिकायत दी है
कि गोविंद राम मेघवाल के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाए साथ ही धारा 125 ए representation of the peoples 1951 के अनुसार जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारी को गलत तथ्य प्रस्तुत करने आपराधिक मामलों के तथ्य छिपायने के लिए श्री गोविंद मेघवाल के विरुद्ध एफआईआर दर्ज कराई जानी चाहिए साथ ही 195 सीआरपीसी और 340 सीआरपीसी के में यह प्रावधान है कि अगर कोई व्यक्ति गलत तथ्य प्रस्तुत करें उसकी जानकारी सक्षम अधिकारी या न्यायालय को हो तो वें स्वयं प्रसंज्ञान लेकर एफआईआर दर्ज कार संबंधित व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है एफ आई आर दर्ज की जा सकती है अतः कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी गोविंदराम मेघवाल का पर्चा खारिज किए जाने की मांग हम करते हैं।

And even in the affidavit it has not been mentioned that any kind of criminal case is pending, whereas in the e-Court Service of Rajasthan High Court, if the numbers of criminal cases displayed in the page of High Court cases given by them along with the nomination form, then the e-Court Service If we look at the portal, there are many cases whose date of 4th 5th 2024, 13th May 2024, 29th June 2024 is shown as pending, that is, cases are still pending against them in the court, only then the further dates are shown.

Also, there is a provision in 195 CrPC and 340 CrPC that if any person presenting false facts comes to the notice of the competent authority or the court, then they can take cognizance and file an FIR, and legal action can be taken against the concerned person. R can be registered, therefore we demand that the nomination of Congress candidate Govindram Meghwal be rejected.
