केनेरा बैंक  के शेयरों का बंटवारा हो सकता है। कंपनी स्टॉक स्प्लिट पर अगले हफ्ते फैसला करेगी। शेयर बाजारों को दी जानकारी में बैंक ने कहा है कि 26 फरवरी 2024 यानी सोमवार को बोर्ड ऑफ डायरेक्टर्स की मीटिंग है। इस दिन शेयरों के बंटवारे का फैसला किया जाएगा। अगर बोर्ड ने शेयरों के बंटवारे की मंजूरी दी तो 7 साल के बाद कोई बैंक के लिए बड़ा कॉरपोरेट ईवेंट होगा। बता दें, 20 फरवरी 2017 को केनेरा बैंक ने राइट्स इश्यू का ऐलान किया था। इस राइट्स इश्यू का साइज 1124 करोड़ रुपये का था। 

बैंक ने एक्सचेंज को दी जानकारी में कहा है कि डायरेक्टर्स, बैंक के बड़े अधिकारी, बैंक की सिक्योरिटीज के लिए ट्रेडिंग विंडो 7 फरवरी से 28 फरवरी 2024 तक बंद रहेगा। बोर्ड की मीटिंग ऐसे दिन है जब मार्केट ओपन रहेगा। ऐसे में सोमवार को निवेशकों का ध्यान इस बात पर जरूर रहेगा कि बोर्ड ने स्टॉक स्प्लिट पर क्या फैसला किया है। 

केनेरा बैंक के शेयरों का इतिहास कैसा है? 
कोविड के बाद से ही इस पीएसयू बैंक के शेयरों में तेज उछाल देखने को मिली है। एनएसई में बैंक के शेयरों का भाव इन 4 चार सालों के दौरान 80 रुपये से बढ़कर 580 रुपये के लेवल पर पहुंच गया है। यानी शेयर होल्डर्स को इस दौरान 625 प्रतिशत का फायदा हुआ है।

पिछले एक साल से स्टॉक को होल्ड करने वाले निवेशकों का पैसा इस दौरान दोगुना हो गया है। बैंक के शेयरों का भाव इस दौरान 115 प्रतिशत बढ़ा है। निवेशकों के नजरिए से अच्छी बात यह है कि पिछले 6 महीने में बैंक के शेयरों की कीमतों में 75 प्रतिशत की तेजी देखने को मिली है।
