विवाहिता से गैंगरेप…आरोपी ने अश्लील फोटो शेयर करने की धमकी देकर दोस्तों संग की हैवानियत

राजस्थान के चूरू में एक विवाहिता से गैंगरेप का मामला सामने आया है। आरोपी युवक ने उसकी फोटो को एडिट कर अश्लील बनाया गया। फिर आपत्तिजनक फोटो को शेयर करने की धमकी से ब्लैकमेल कर तीन युवकों ने उसके साथ गैंगरेप की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। पीड़िता ने आरोपियों के खिलाफ महिला थाने में रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। पुलिस ने पीड़िता का मेडिकल कराकर आरोपियों की तलाश शुरू कर दी है।

फोटो शेयर करने की धमकी देकर बनाए संबंध
महिला थानाधिकारी करतार सिंह ने बताया कि एक विवाहिता (25) ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। महिला ने शिकायत में बताया कि करीब तीन साल पहले चूड़ी की दुकान पर अगुणा मोहल्ला निवासी ईसरार उर्फ सोनू से जान पहचान हुई। इसके बाद सोनू ने उसका पीछा करना शुरू किया और जबरदस्ती मेलजोल रखने लगा। इस दौरान उसने उसके अपने साथ फोटो खींचे। फिर कुछ दिन बाद उन फोटो को एडिट कर मुझे मोबाइल पर भेजा और ब्लैकमेल कर कई बार उसके साथ संबंध बनाता रहा। पीड़िता के मना करने पर फोटो सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर करने की धमकी देता रहता। बदनामी से बचने के कारण कुछ नहीं बोल पाई। इस दौरान सोनू ने उससे सोने के जेवरात और करीब 2 लाख रुपए भी ले लिए। इसके बाद भी सोनू ने फोटो डिलीट नहीं की।

दोस्तों संग मिलकर किया गैंगरेप
पीड़िता ने बताया कि आरोपी सोनू उसे डाबला रोड स्थित एक खेत में बने मकान में ले जाकर रेप करता और फिर झारिया मोरी के पास छोड़कर चला जाता। आरोपी सोनू ने अपने दोस्त समीर उर्फ कालू और समीर उर्फ भोलू को उसकी फोटो शेयर कर दी और मेरे मोबाइल नंबर दे दिए। इसके बाद समीर उर्फ भोलू भी महिला को ब्लैकमेल करने लगा। क्रांफ्रेंस के द्वारा पीड़िता की सोनू से बात करवाता, जिसमें सोनू कहता कि तू इसके साथ भी संबंध बना ले।

पीड़िता के मना करने पर आरोपी सोनू ने अंतिम बार मिलने का कहकर उसे बुलाया। उनकी बातों पर विश्वास कर पीड़िता चूरू बस स्टैंड पहुंची। जहां यह तीनों मुझे वापस दो बाइक पर उसी खेत में लेकर गए। जहां तीनों ने मेरे साथ गैंगरेप किया। मेरी फोटो भी डिलीट नहीं की। इसके कुछ समय बाद सोनू विदेश चला गया।

फरवरी 2024 में सोनू विदेश से वापस आया और फिर से ब्लैकमेल करने लगा। परेशान होकर पीड़िता ने आरोपी सोनू, उसके दोस्त समीर उर्फ कालू और समीर उर्फ भोलू के खिलाफ गैंगरेप और मारपीट करने की रिपोर्ट दर्ज करवाई है। पुलिस ने विवाहिता का डीबी अस्पताल में मेडिकल कराकर आरोपियों की तलाश शुरू कर दी है।

The victim has lodged a report against the accused in the women's police station. The police have conducted the medical examination of the victim and started searching for the accused.

Relationship established by threatening to share photos
Female police station officer Kartar Singh said that a married woman (25) has lodged a report. The woman told in the complaint that about three years ago, she met Israr alias Sonu, a resident of Aguna Mohalla, at a bangle shop. After this, Sonu started following her and started forcibly interacting with her. During this he took photographs of her and himself. Then after a few days, he edited those photos and sent them on my mobile and blackmailed me and kept having relations with her several times. If the victim refused, he would threaten to share the photo on social media. Couldn't say anything to avoid being defamed. During this, Sonu also took gold jewelery and about Rs 2 lakh from her. Even after this Sonu did not delete the photo.

Gangraped with friends
The victim told that the accused Sonu would take her to a house built in a field on Dabla Road and rape her and then leave her near Jharia Mori. Accused Sonu shared her photo with his friends Sameer alias Kalu and Sameer alias Bholu and gave my mobile number. After this, Sameer alias Bholu also started blackmailing the woman. He would make the victim talk to Sonu through conference, in which Sonu would say that you should have a relationship with her also.

When the victim refused, accused Sonu called her asking to meet her for the last time. Believing his words, the victim reached Churu bus stand. Where these three took me back to the same farm on two bikes. Where all three gang-raped me. Didn't even delete my photo. After some time Sonu went abroad.

In February 2024, Sonu returned from abroad and started blackmailing again. Frustrated, the victim has lodged a report of gangrape and assault against the accused Sonu, his friends Sameer alias Kalu and Sameer alias Bholu. The police got the married woman medically examined at DB Hospital and started searching for the accused.
