बीकानेर: पैरोल के बाद फिर गिरफ्तार, डबल मर्डर के आरोप में आरोपी को बीकानेर सेंट्रल जेल भेजा गया

बीकानेर: झुंझुनूं के नवलगढ़ में डबल मर्डर मामले में गिरफ्तार एक युवक को बीकानेर सेंट्रल जेल भेजा गया था। 2019 में उसे पैरोल पर छोड़ा गया लेकिन वापस नहीं लौटा। डबल मर्डर के इस आरोपी को पकड़ने के लिए पुलिस ने दस हजार रुपए का ईनाम घोषित किया। अब बीकानेर पुलिस ने इसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

बीकानेर पुलिस अधीक्षक तेजस्वनी गौतम के अनुसार, नवलगढ़ के हनुमान की ढाणी तन ढाणिया में रहने वाले 31 साल के कमलेश माली को डबल मर्डर के एक मामले में गिरफ्तार किया गया था। उसे सेंट्रल जेल बीकानेर भेजा गया है। यहां से उसने 2019 में पैरोल ली थी। तय अवधि के बाद उसे वापस लौटना था लेकिन वह नहीं आया। उसकी छानबीन की गई लेकिन हाथ नहीं आया।

पिछले दिनों उसके बारे में सुराग मिला था, इसके बाद पुलिस की एक टीम उसकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए कोशिश करती रही। उसके खिलाफ स्थायी वारंट जारी किया गया था, साथ ही दस हजार रुपए का ईनाम भी रखा गया था। आखिरकार उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया। इस गिरफ्तारी में हेड कांस्टेबल किशन सिंह, कांस्टेबल रविंद्र सिंह और पुष्पेंद्र सिंह की खास भूमिका रही।

जेल से पैरोल लेने पर जमानत भी देनी पड़ती है। पिछले दिनों बीकानेर जेल से एक बंदी फरार हुआ था, तो उसके जमानतियों के खिलाफ बीछवाल थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई गई थी। इस दौरान, बंदी को फरार कराने में सहयोग वालों की भी पुलिस को तलाश है।

According to Bikaner Superintendent of Police Tejaswani Gautam, 31-year-old Kamlesh Mali, resident of Hanuman Ki Dhani Tan Dhaniya, Nawalgarh, was arrested in a case of double murder. He has been sent to Central Jail Bikaner. He took parole from here in 2019. He was supposed to return after the stipulated period but he did not come. It was searched but was not found.

Recently, a clue was received about him, after which a police team kept trying to arrest him. A permanent warrant was issued against him, along with a reward of Rs 10,000. Eventually he was arrested. Head constable Kishan Singh, constable Ravindra Singh and Pushpendra Singh played a special role in this arrest.

On getting parole from jail, surety also has to be given. Recently, a prisoner had escaped from Bikaner jail, so an FIR was lodged against his sureties in Bichwal police station. During this time, those who helped in the escape of the prisoner were also arrested.
