भोपाल;  26 लड़कियों के अवैध गायब होने के मामले में, जिन्होंने बिना अनुमति संचालित गर्ल्स हॉस्टल से बाहर जाने का मामला सामने आया था, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के तीन अधिकारियों को निलंबित कर दिया गया है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, ये अफसर संबंधित मामले में लापरवाही का आरोपी बने।

बीते दिन, राजधानी के परवलिया सड़क थाना क्षेत्र के तारा सेवनिया में स्थित आंचल चिल्ड्रन होम से बाहर जाने के आरोप में शुरू हुई खोज ने बताया कि यह संस्था किशोर न्याय बालकों की देखरेख और संरक्षण अधिनियम-2015 के मानकों के खिलाफ है। संस्था विवादास्पद रूप से वर्ष 2020 से संचालित है, लेकिन उसका कोई पंजीकरण नहीं है और इसलिए यह कानूनी रूप से मान्यता प्राप्त नहीं है।

भोपाल के संभागायुक्त पवन शर्मा ने महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के तीन अधिकारियों को इस मामले में निलंबित करते हुए कहा कि इस संस्था का कार्य विधिवत नहीं हो रहा है और इसने किशोर न्याय बालकों की देखरेख और संरक्षण अधिनियम-2015 का उल्लंघन किया है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, चिल्ड्रन होम के संचालक और पदाधिकारी के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज की गई है।

इस मामले की जांच के बाद, बाल कल्याण समिति ने 41 लड़कियों को विभिन्न बाल गृहों में प्रवेश कराया है, जिसमें से 14 लड़कियाँ भोपाल के शासकीय बालिका गृह में, 10 लड़कियाँ बाल निकेतन ट्रस्ट बाल गृह में, और 17 लड़कियाँ नित्य सेवा सोसायटी में स्थित हैं।

Bhopal Divisional Commissioner Pawan Sharma, while suspending three officers of the Women and Child Development Department in this matter, said that the work of this institution is not being done properly and it has violated the Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act-2015. As a result, a report has been filed against the operator and official of the children's home.

After investigating the matter, the Child Welfare Committee has admitted 41 girls to various children's homes, out of which 14 girls are in the Government Girls Home of Bhopal, 10 girls are in Bal Niketan Trust Children's Home, and 17 girls are located in Nitya Seva Society. Are.
