राजस्‍थान में फोन टैपिंग मामले में अब भजन सरकार लेगी एक्‍शन, राठौड़ के खत से मचा सियासी तूफान

राजस्‍थान में बहुचर्चित फोन टैपिंग का मामला गर्मा रहा है। हाल में पूर्व सीएम अशोक गहलोत के ओएसडी रहे लोकेश शर्मा के खुलासों के बाद अब भाजपा नेता और पूर्व नेता प्रतिपक्ष राजेन्द्र राठौड़ ने मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा को पत्र लिखकर वर्ष 2020 में कांग्रेस सरकार के समय हुए फोन टैपिंग प्रकरण में तत्कालीन उच्च पदस्थ प्रशासनिक व पुलिस अधिकारियों के खिलाफ उच्च स्तरीय जांच करवाकर सख्त कार्रवाई किए जाने की मांग की है। राठौड़ की ओर से यह मुद्दा उठाए जाने के साथ ही सियासी तूफान आ गया है। सियासी हलकों में खबर है कि अब भजनलाल सरकार इस मामले में कोई अहम कदम उठा सकती है।

बहरहाल, पूर्व नेता प्रतिपक्ष राठौड़ ने सीएम को लिखे खत में कहा कि वर्ष 2020 में कांग्रेस सरकार के समय मुख्यमंत्री रहे अशोक गहलोत के पूर्व ओएसडी लोकेश शर्मा ने दो दिन पूर्व फोन टैपिंग से जुड़े प्रकरण को लेकर जो गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। उससे प्रमाणित हो रहा है कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री गहलोत ने तत्समय उच्च पदस्थ आइएएस-आइपीएस अधिकारियों के साथ मिलीभगत कर संविधान प्रदत्त अपनी शक्तियों का दुरुपयोग कर कानून की धज्जियां उड़ाई और सरकारी एजेंसियों पर दबाव बनाकर अवैधानिक ढंग से जनप्रतिनिधियों के फोन टैप करवाए। पूर्व ओएसडी द्वारा मानेसर गए कांग्रेस सरकार में पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री रहे सचिन पायलट सहित उनके करीब 19 सहयोगी विधायकों के फोन टैप करवाए जाने का प्रमाण देना और स्वीकार करना अत्यन्त गंभीर प्रकरण है।

राठौड़ ने अपने सोशल मीडिया हैंडल पर इस बात की जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि “आज राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल जी को पत्र लिखकर वर्ष 2020 में कांग्रेस सरकार के समय हुए फोन टैपिंग प्रकरण में तत्कालीन उच्च पदस्थ प्रशासनिक व पुलिस अधिकारियों के खिलाफ उच्च स्तरीय जांच करवाकर सख्त कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है।” उन्‍होंने कहा कि यह दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि मुख्यमंत्री जैसे जिम्मेदार एवं संवैधानिक पद पर रहते हुए अशोक गहलोत द्वारा न केवल गैर कानूनी तरीके से फोन टैप करवाए गए, बल्कि पुलिस प्रशासन की पूरी मशीनरी का भी दुरुपयोग किया गया। अवैध फोन टैप के इस षड्यंत्र में उच्च पदस्थ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी एवं पुलिस अधिकारी शामिल थे, जो आज भी उच्च पदों पर पदस्थापित है। इस संबंध में उच्च स्तरीय कमेटी द्वारा निष्पक्ष जांच करवाकर इनके विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई की दरकार है।

However, former Leader of Opposition Rathod said in a letter to the CM that Lokesh Sharma, former OSD of Ashok Gehlot, who was the Chief Minister during the Congress government in the year 2020, has made serious allegations two days ago regarding the case related to phone tapping. This proves that former Chief Minister Gehlot, in collusion with the then high ranking IAS-IPS officers, misused his powers given by the Constitution, flouted the law and put pressure on the government agencies and got the phones of the public representatives illegally tapped. The former OSD giving and accepting evidence of tapping the phones of about 19 of his associate MLAs, including former Deputy Chief Minister of the Congress government in Manesar, Sachin Pilot, is a very serious matter.

Giving this information on his social media handle, Rathore said, "Today, by writing a letter to the Chief Minister of the state, Bhajan Lal ji, a high-level investigation has been conducted against the then high-ranking administrative and police officers in the phone tapping incident that took place during the Congress government in the year 2020. “Strict action has been demanded.” He said that it is unfortunate that while holding a responsible and constitutional post like Chief Minister, Ashok Gehlot not only got the phones tapped illegally, but also misused the entire machinery of the police administration. High-ranking administrative officers and police officers were involved in this conspiracy of illegal phone tapping, who are still holding high positions. In this regard, there is a need to conduct an impartial investigation by a high level committee and take strict action against them.
