रेप के बाद खून से लथपथ और बिना कपड़ों घंटों भटकती रही बच्ची, देखते रहे लोग

उज्जैन में 12 साल की एक बच्ची के साथ हैवानियत की हदें पार करने का झकझोर देने वाला मामला सामने आया है। खून से लथपथ रेप की शिकार बच्ची बिना कपड़ों के उज्जैन की गलियों में घंटों भटकती रही। लोगों से मदद मांगती रही, लेकिन कोई आगे नहीं आया। एक सीसीटीवी वीडियो भी सामने आया है जिसमें वह किसी तरह अपने तन को ढंकने की कोशिश करते हुए लोगों से मदद की गुहार लगाती दिख रही है। बाद में उसे महाकाल थाना क्षेत्र के बड़नगर रोड पर मुरलीपुरा के पुलिस उठाकर अस्पताल ले गई। पुलिस ने अब पूरी घटना की जांच के लिए एसआईटी का गठन किया है।

बच्ची को जब अस्पताल ले जाया गया तो उसके साथ दुष्कर्म की घटना की पुष्टि हुई। बालिका के प्राइवेट पार्ट्स में गंभीर चोटों के निशान हैं। बालिका ढाई घंटे तक अर्ध अवस्था में एक कॉलोनी से दूसरे कॉलोनी तक भटकती रही। सीसीटीवी फुटेज में दिख रहा है कि कुछ लोग उसे भटकते हुए देखते हैं लेकिन मदद के लिए आगे नहीं आते। अधिक खून बह जाने की वजह से उसकी स्थिति नाजुक हो गई थी। बच्ची को इंदौर रेफर किया गया, जहां उसे खून चढ़ाया गया है। फिलहाल वह खतरे से बाहर बताई जा रही है। बालिका उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रयागराज की बताई जा रही है। अभी यह साफ नहीं हो पाया है कि बच्ची उज्जैन कैसे पहुंची और किसने उसके साथ हैवानियत की।

यूपी के इलाहाबाद की है बच्ची

बालिका की भाषा की वजह से पुलिस को जांच में बड़ी समस्या आ रही है। पुलिस अधीक्षक सचिन शर्मा ने उत्तर प्रदेश की महिला एक्सपर्ट से बालिका की बातों को समझा और पता चला कि वह उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रयागराज के आसपास की हो सकती है। बच्ची जो भाषा बोल रही है वह वहां के एक समुदाय के द्वारा बोली जाती है। मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस से भी संपर्क कर बालिका के परिवार का पता लगाने का प्रयास कर रही है।

पुलिस और साइबर टीम कर रही जांच 

पुलिस और साइबर टीम सीसीटीवी फुटेज और लोगों से पूछताछ के जरिए जांच आगे बढ़ा रही है। पुलिस को इंदौर-नागदा बाईपास पर हार्ट स्पेशल कॉलोनी के पास फुटेज में कुछ सुराग हाथ लगे हैं। महाकाल थाना पुलिस के साथ नीलगंगा पुलिस भी जांच में लगी हुई है। साइबर एक्सपर्ट की भी मदद ली जा रही है। पुलिस इस एरिया के आसपास भी सीसीटीवी फुटेज कंगाल में लगी हुई है।

ऑटो ड्राइवर हिरासत में

पुलिस को सीसीटीवी फुटेज में एक ऑटो ड्राइवर हार्ट स्पेशल रोड पर दिखाई दिया है, जिसमें वह पीड़िता के साथ दिखाई दे रहा है। सीसीटीवी फुटेज की मदद से ऑटो ड्राइवर को हिरासत में लेकर उससे पूछताछ की जा रही है। पुलिस को बच्ची से मिली जानकारी के आधार पर पुलिस संबंधित व्यक्ति तक पहुंचने की संभावना जाता रही है। बच्ची ने पुलिस से बातचीत में बताया कि वह दरिंदगी का शिकार होने के बाद जान बचाकर भाग निकली। 

अज्ञात के खिलाफ एफआईआर

उज्जैन पुलिस अधीक्षक सचिन शर्मा ने बताया कि अज्ञात के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। बालिका की हालत नाजुक होने से उसे इंदौर रेफर किया गया था। और जो भी बेस्ट ट्रीटमेंट है वह कराया जा रहा है। खून की कमी थी जिसकी व्यवस्था कराई गई है। इस मामले में एसआईटी टीम गठित की गई है और लगातार आसपास के क्षेत्र में सर्चिंग अभियान चल रहा है। घटनास्थल का अभी पता नहीं चल पाया है पुलिस इस मामले में भी जांच कर रही है। इस मामले में अज्ञात के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है। इसमें भौतिक साक्ष्य तकनीकी साक्ष्य और जिसने भी इस घटना को अंजाम दिया है उसके खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करेंगे।

The girl kept wandering from one colony to another in a half state for two and a half hours. CCTV footage shows that some people see him wandering but do not come forward to help. His condition had become critical due to excessive bleeding. The girl was referred to Indore, where she was given a blood transfusion. At present she is said to be out of danger. The girl is said to be from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. It is not yet clear how the girl reached Ujjain and who brutalized her.

Due to the language of the girl, the police are facing big problems in the investigation. Superintendent of Police Sachin Sharma understood the girl's words from a female expert from Uttar Pradesh and came to know that she could be from around Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The language the girl is speaking is spoken by a community there. Madhya Pradesh Police is also contacting Uttar Pradesh Police and trying to trace the girl's family.

Police and cyber team are investigating

Police and cyber team are carrying forward the investigation through CCTV footage and questioning people. Police have found some clues in the footage near Heart Special Colony on Indore-Nagda bypass. Along with Mahakal police station, Neelganga police is also engaged in the investigation. Help of cyber experts is also being taken. The police is also busy scanning the CCTV footage around this area.

auto driver in custody

Police have seen an auto driver on Hart Special Road in CCTV footage, in which he is seen with the victim. With the help of CCTV footage, the auto driver is being detained and interrogated. Based on the information received by the police from the girl, there is a possibility of the police reaching the concerned person. While talking to the police, the girl told that she escaped to save her life after becoming a victim of cruelty.

FIR against unknown

Ujjain Superintendent of Police Sachin Sharma said that a case of rape has been registered against an unknown person. The girl was referred to Indore as her condition was critical. And whatever is the best treatment is being given. There was shortage of blood for which arrangements have been made. SIT team has been formed in this case and searching operation is going on continuously in the surrounding area. The spot of the incident has not been known yet, the police is also investigating this matter. An FIR has been registered against unknown persons in this case. There will be physical evidence and technical evidence and strict action will be taken against whoever has committed this incident.
